A friend got my truck impounded by the phx pd, Im trying to get my vehicle back, and everyone at this number immediately starts acting like there not a tow yard, like they trying to let the holding fees build up smh

If at all possible, you should NOT use this company. If you are involved in an accident and the Phoenix police use DV towing to tow your vehicle, DV towing will, of course charge a pick up fee, and a daily storage fee. I was told that DV towing would cover the broken drivers side window, they did not. My accident occurred on a Monday night around 8 p.m., when I contacted the responsible parties insurance, I was told I needed to call DV towing to settle up. I called DV towing Wednesday morning, I was told the fees were $45 for the pick up, about $40 per day for storage, and to bring it to my home, about 6 miles away it would be another $122. The total was $282.60. I went to DVs storage yard on Maryland Ave. After I gave the person the cash, I was told they would not be able to deliver my car until maybe Thursday or possibly Friday, but I would not have any additional storage fees. Well, I called on Thursday to check, and was told they only had 2 drivers, so maybe Friday. On Friday, Olivia said only 2 drivers, so maybe Saturday. I called again and the woman would not give me her name stating she has been stalked on social media, but again, only 2 drivers, so maybe Monday. I called on Monday, Brian said only 2 drivers, maybe tomorrow. I received a letter from ADOT and City of Phoenix that implied I had abandoned my vehicle. I was willing to make other arrangements and asked DV towing about a refund of the $122 that I paid for them to tow my car home. The said they would mail me a check if I had another tow company deliver my car. DV towing finally delivered my car Tuesday. Roy was super nice and understanding. Again, try NOT to use this company, or if you have to after an accident, have them tow it to your home, you will be glad you did in the long run.

I took my neighbor to see his car and he saw the damage it had but thankfully it was minor!!! They were helpful to him!
