Transmission in our car went out after driving home from work. I called my insurance company for a tow truck, and they sent out Asenat. They arrived in the time window provided by the company and quickly picked up the car and took it to our mechanic. Thank you!

This “ company” had me waiting for over 2 hours on the side of the highway with my wife and 2 kids. They were contacted by my insurance for roadside assistance. I called this company multiple times for confirmation and got no answer. After giving up and finding an alternative way home they called me 3 AND A HALF hours later asking if I still needed a tow. They are very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely horrible service! This “company” was sent thru insurance. Told me they were 10 minutes, called me and said they didn’t know where I was, tried explaining directions to them, and was hung up on. Then I called back they said they would tell him where I was. Proceeded to wait for 30 MINUTES, and I called and they said that he “gave up” on trying to find me. And they didn’t even call me to let me know they weren’t going to come find me. Where I was located was not hard at all. He said “We gave up on trying to find you, let just let it go”. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not give them any service.

Called roadside assistance through my insurance company and they provided me this “company” waited over 2 hours and they never arrived called them multiple times and straight to voicemail. So unprofessional. I had to cancel my request and figured it on our own. Please do not waste your time with this people. I will make sure to file a claim with my insurance about them using this towing company

Our Insurance sent this “company” to pick up my daughter’s car after she was rear-ended. They were told multiple times that the car was not at a house but on the side of the road at two specific crossroads. They called to say they were at our house waiting for us. What?! When we tried to tell them the correct location (again), they got frustrated and hung up on us. When we tried to call them back, they did not answer.Well, they never came and after the time they said they would be there, my daughters catalytic converter was stolen. It was a real messed up situation and this company was horrible!We could hear kids screaming in the background each time we called. They could barely understand us, even basic instructions. They had no patience and even hung up on us.Please please don’t trust that your insurance company has checked the companies they work with. Always dbl check and request a different place.And DO NOT do business with this company!

After hiring the tow truck the driver called me 2 hours after saying he said he would be there in 15 minutes proceeding to call me an hour after that call saying that he would be there in 3 minutes which actually took him 15 minutes so in total after hiring the tow truck it took him upwards of 3 and a half hours to get him to my car this company is a scam. Also the only non-one star reviews were done by the driver don’t use this company but if you make the mistake you’ll believe this comment in entirety, because you’ll recognize the face of the profile picture that gave this company a 5 star review.

I used KIA Roadside Service and have been waiting over 3 1/2 hours for these guys to show up. They never answer their phone when I call and when I call back to KIA they keep saying they are 15 minutes away. Unreliable and not professional at all.*update*After not showing or answering the phone for over 4 hours KIA canceled the work order and sent out another company.I STRONGLY advise avoiding this company like the plague. They are horrible and awful and completely unreliable.

I call this for roadside service for a tow .it took over 4 hours for them to show. The the guy informed my wife that we owed $20 she told him to let me know so before he said anything to me he asked for a tip saying he saved me $200 . I told him no he called and said he was running late 2 times and still showed 20 minutes late. I gave him the address to tow to and left . I got a mile down the road he called me this time telling me to call some number saying his boss said I owe them $60 to do a cash transfer, I told him no he has my number his boss can call me . Never heard back from them. They dumped my vehicle at autonation left it 🔓and keys in the cup holder and didnt notify Noone so I had to hunt it down the next morning and almost called police for a stolen vehicle report. This was all serviced through platinum coverage plan by Ford. The towing company are crooks do not allow the to touch your vehicle. Next step bbb and irs.

As I drive on Grand(60west) the tow truck driver almost hit me and 2 other cars with his reckless driving, speeding, swerving, tailgating etc you should really watch out for these guys on the road! They don’t care and are dangerous!

I have State Farm so I called my road side assistance number they put me in contact with this company it was 6:20 PM when I received a tex from this place that the driver was on his way they sent me a tex with his number with ETA of 60min to like115 min at 7:15PM I send him a text what is the ETA no response at about 7:50PM I called him could not understand what he was saying he sounded upset and unprofessional kept saying I got you bro I got you bro so I said yes you got me bro but what is your ETA he said 20min so I said ok by 8:40PM called him again went to voicemail no call back from him or the company worst company I have ever dealt with I can not believe State Farm who I have been with for over 25years uses this place and by the way they charged my card 97.00 dollars which I hope State Farm reimburses me for putting me through this and my truck never got picked up

WHY IS ZERO STARS NOT AN OPTION. I called for road side through my insurance company. After receiving the towing company info I called and explained the exact situation the truck was in and what would need to be done. Owner of the company said “ok, I tow” and then got off the phone. Two hours later I try to call back, no answer. 10 minutes after that I call, no answer. I then text him asking if he was still coming stating that if he was not coming that I would be leaving the truck overnight, NO ANSWER. I call my insurance company to let them know. The friendly agent says she’ll put me on hold and call him. HE THEN FLAT OUT LIES TO THE INSURANCE AGENT TELLING HER THAT HE CAME OUT, TRIED TO MOVE THE TRUCK AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PERFORM THE SERVICE. Please, I beg you not to give this man a single cent of your money. He’s a flat out scam. Looks like this lines up with the other reviews noted here. Absolutely pathetic to leave someone waiting in a parking lot with zero intention of trying to come and help.

So the driver picked my car up from my home. He could not get my car on the to the tow bed so he burned rubber and made my car smoke. He then came to my husband and I to tell us, I will take you car. Then he left. Dropped car off at Discount tire and didnt tell any of the workers. Dropped it off and left the keys in the cup holder. After Discount tire stated they were unable to repair my tire and it was unsafe to drive, I had to contact the towing company. The again they same guy came and called me and said he couldnt find my car at Discount tire. I then contacted discount tire and the gentleman stated, kinda funny cause I am looking at your car. he directed the tow guy to my car. 2 hours past and the CarMax roadside called and asked if my car made it. Mind you my husband was out in the garage the entire time. I contacted the tow guy and he said your car is there at your house. Well it was 3 houses down parked in front of our neighbors house blocking their driveway. I called him and let him know that he took it to the wrong house. He continued to argue with me and sent me the address he left it at. Mind you the address he text me was my address but my car was not there. I called roadside assistance to have them tow my car 3 houses down because my car is not drivable. The tow driver text me and asked me where my car was and if it was far he would tow it but if it was close he would not. Also, he left the keys in the cupholder. As the other tow company came he shows up and throws his hands up and asked what are you doing? I will tow.. My husband said no you wont we do not want you to because you dont know what your doing. He got in my husbands face and continued to get aggressive. Very unprofessional and would never use this company. They have no clue on what they are doing and should not be in contact with the public. I will be reporting them to CarMax to make sure that the contract is cancelled. It tells you something when all the reviews are negative and they get a 2.6. WOW.. What a day!!

They did run later then they originally quoted but they communicated that they were running late. Once they arrived they were professional and handled my tow very well.

After 2 companies no showing and 5 hrs of waiting this guy said an hour and he was there in an hour. Took it right to where I needed it.

This guy is the biggeset pos. Terrible person and super rude. Do not use this company for anything.

They could not figure out where to take my car after talking with the insurance company. They also do not have a secure location to keep vehicles that belong to customers I will never go back. I do not trust the people who work there and would not recommend this company to anyone.
