I had a great experience last time I used Heavy Duty Towing Glendale for a tow service. After a great and helpful conversation with the office lady I started to calm down because you all know that needing a tow is never fun. The guy that towed my car was super helpful, he arrived on the scheduled time. He even tried to jump my car for me first and since it did not work we proceed with a tow. Once the job was completed he was willing to bring me the keys back by that I forgot when I gave him the car keys! As good of an experience you can have, when your car is needing a tow.

I just want to say thank you to heavy duty towing. I just cant believe how absolutely amazing my experience with them has been. I park in a lower level of a parking garage and was stuck there. I called, they got all the information needed from me and dispatched the tow truck right away came, but since my garage has a temporary door right now, he couldnt fit in the garage. He went to get his bigger truck, and also had his coworker come out so they could rope tow me up to ground level in the garage. They were amazing! They went above and beyond, and I couldnt be more grateful. Their prices are extremely fair as well! I will never use another tow company. Highly recommended!

I want to compliment Heavy Duty Towing Glendale for their outstanding customer service in responding to tow on my rental car. The driver and the person who answered in the office quickly when I called could not have been more courteous and on time with scheduling my car pick up. They made the whole experience pleasant and I would recommend them for all emergency servicing. I usually get really nervous when these types of things happen but they made me feel calm since the moment I called.

I never had to use a tow service before because luckily I have always had help but yesterday the issue was beyond the hands of anyone available to help me so I ended up calling Heavy Duty Towing Glendale to have my car towed. I had just bought a 1972 Chevrolet Nova Yenko and I was beyond excited to drive it back home, my son was in the car with me when the engine stopped and we got stuck in the freeway. Luckily we were able to pull over the shoulder. My son found towing and called them explaining our emergency situation. He called and they said they will be there in 30 minutes. They arrived right on time. The guy really knew what he was doing. Excellent service.

My battery died outside a bakery and I needed to get going asap so I took a uber. I started to look for some roadside assistance and the uber driver suggested to call heavy duty towing. I was hesitant because it sounded like they only did heavy duty jobs and I only needed a Jumpstart but I called anyway. We talked for a bit and scheduled the service for later that afternoon. They tried to Jumpstart but didnt work, lucky enough they were ready to tow the car if the jumpstart failed so they waisted no time and had my car towed to my dealership. I saved their number in my phone you know... Just in case.
