My mom was stuck on the freeway with a dead battery. I called multiple places and they were the one to say they can get her car towed in 45 mins. Everything was good until 2 hrs later still no tow truck. I called them multiple times during that 2 hrs but gave up. Then they answered to my aunt call and told us we had to wait till morning. We rescheduled it and comes 8am still no tow. I finally called them at 11am to find out what’s taking so long. Come to find out apparently they had called me prior to that to confirm my request, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME. A charge was made to my mom’s account. I asked the person I was on the phone with to dispute that charge, Bc on my end I never receive a phone call. I’m disappointed and irritated. It’s already stressful enough with a dead car, and these people are not communicating properly at all. I highly suggests some place else. This place would be your last resort if you really need it.

I locked my keys in my car while on my break at work. It was nearing closing and our parking lot closes when we close. My car would be locked in the parking lot with the keys inside! I called DANS CITY GLENDALE TOWINGS and they were able to send a nice guy. He was super fast and friendly. I highly recommend you call him if you arent a AAA member!!

The owner really made calling for a tow really easy!!! He was there within 20 mins and even waited for my ride to arrive with no hassle that he was in a hurry to do another job and this was on a Sunday. To my surprise he was able to identify the problem and get my engine running.

Driver arrived when he said he would, took care of things quickly, and was very pleasant. After three hours of trying to get roadside assistance through my insurance and failing in increasingly Kafkaesque ways, I was totally happy to pay slightly more for this kind of service. Next time, Ill be calling him right away.

So my son got stuck n I called the tow place to get him out and in process of this his bumper got taken off and usually that’s just part of the tow your responsibility but this tow company didn’t charge him for the tow n they paid for his bumper to be put back on, so if y’all need a tow I’d call them B n D 24 hour towing ... thank u so much for everything
