Wish I can give negative star.The worst service I’ve never had. First, a customer service with Indian accent hang up my phone because I keep asking question for clarification. Second, they keep delay the job due to “unpredictable” situation: from Friday PM, Saturday AM, Saturday PM, to gods know when. Third, I cannot have the manager and customer service’ name, who hang up my phone again. Lastly, this is a company or agent full of excuse, lack of training, lack of responsibility.Please go review the 1 star review, and you will find out how the “owner” respond: rude.STAY AWAY FROM THIS “COMPANY”.

Had to get one of my company vehicles towed to the shop this morning and Jason from Best Price Glendale Towing came out and did a real great job. Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable new exactly what he was doing. Best Price Glendale Towing is lucky to have such an awesome customer service oriented employee. I hope I never need another tow but if I do, I hope it is Jason that shows up. He was awesome!

Seems like Best Price Glendale Towing has an excellent employee like Jason. He provided excellent service through AAA for me today and replaced a dead battery. He was there within 5 minutes, and took care of everything within another five minutes. He was cheerful and helpful. He showed me all the diagnostics so that I would know I truly needed a replacement.

Had an oil leak for my BMW and Ben quickly came to the rescue. He was right on time, and took care of everything perfectly. We were referred to them by AAA and would absolutely ask for them by name next time. I am totally satisfied with the service and how quickly I was able to get the help I needed. My car was protected for the tow and I felt very comfortable while riding passenger in the tow truck.

Excellent towing services, professional, clean, nice and personable. Delightful conversation and input about the car made the trip home so nice. Highly recommend and no need to look any further.

Tower arrived quickly in the cold, windy, wet weather and was great at problem solving on how to get my defunct car out of the parking garage. Once my car was at the repair shop - he even called to let me know who the service guy was. These guys were nice, fast, helpful, and professional - even recommended a place to get another battery.

Very very reliable! I locked my keys in my car and they came right away. From the minute the call started checked in with me and kept me updated. When he got to the location made sure I was out of the way of traffic and I was safe. Was knowledgeable about the car and directed me what to tell the mechanic.

Peace of mind knowing our car will get where it needs to be for servicing. I was so happy I got a local driver who knew good services to help me out.

Great sevice, on time, best price, friendly, half the price of other companys. He is very knowledgeable, he told me that my alternator was was bad, and how to get it fix. Definitely call if you need a tow. They even gave me info on how to fix my car.

BEWARE!!!! Once these people get your CREDIT CARD NUMBER their original quote means nothing. I contracted w Nina at Best price Glendale Towing on 11/22/19 to transfer a trailer from our flatbed to the ground. The quote for the job was $139 after waiting for almost 2 hours for the tow truck driver to arrive he did the job and I assumed all was good. Until 12/04/19 We receive credit card statement and there are 2 charges on it from Best Price Glendale Towing one for $139 and another for $200. I immediately call and am told I need to speak with someone named Tom and he would call me back in 5 minutes. Tom never called. Approx. 15 minutes later I receive a call from the driver that actually did the job and he says it took him longer than he expected so he charged more. I had not known anything about the additional charges until we received the monthly statement. I called back to Best Price Glendale Towing and spoke with Nina again and she said she can not do anything. This Best Price Glendale Towing is Just a dispatch service and they REFUSE TO HELP CORRECT ANY INCORRECT BILLING ON THEIR PART.

I called this company for a simple tow. Gave them the address from point A to B. Actual miles show 3.2 ml and the girl told me her computer is showing 7ml. I stated that Googled maps in 3 different versions shows less than 3.5 ml how do you want to charge me for 7. This company is a cheat. STAY AWAY.

Just called. Got an answer after 4 calls and was hung up on when giving the addresses because I didnt know the mileage even though its a couple blocks down on the same street. Wow! Please... If you are any of my reputable friends...dont support this rudeness.

Rip off! Terrible service! They tell you one price over the phone and once they deliver it they give you a different price, and if you dont pay theyll impound your vehicle! Our price was 6Xs more than what they quoted us, and we even called the cops, and were taking them to court! Stay away!!!!

Worst service, that I ever met.They transfer orders to their subcontractors, and never take responsibility for their actions.Our card has been charged twice, and the office does not want to take any actions.Also quoted one price, but charged almost twice as much

This outfit runs a jump start scam. There’s a $50 fee up front, which I agreed to up front. Their agent arrived in his personal car and wanted $100 more. I declined. You should too.
