This isn’t a real business. Calls go to site called 247-roadside-services.com that hires independent contractors. They will not take payment over the phone but insist that you upload images of your card to an insecure server and threaten you with impoundment if you do not. None of this is disclosed up front. It is extremely likely that your card info will be stolen.

Extremely responsive, quick to act and provide suggestions for a dead battery. In the end we only needed a jump and they were there within 30mins! Will use again if needed.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! SHADY BUSINESS DO NOT USE!!! THEY DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO PREVENT GIVING QUOTES!I called this company looking to get a quote on towing my vehicle out of a parking garage and taking it less than 2 miles to the dealership. The woman I spoke with was very rude, confrontational, and sketchy. She asked for the clearance of the garage and I told her to assume it was 10.5 feet because I didn’t see it listed anywhere. I then asked her for a quote assuming they had to use their shortest vehicle and she said it was impossible to provide the number since she didn’t know exactly how high the clearance was. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager, but later referred to her bosses giving her instructions on how to do things. She told me she can’t give a quote unless I was 1,000,000% sure of the height.After another three minutes of bickering, I told her that I was indeed 3 million percent sure the clearance was 10.5 feet, at which point she quoted me $200.Moral of the story is don’t use this towing company as their service reps (at least the one I was so unlucky enough to talk to) are deceitful.

I had a fantastic experience with Hollywood Towing yesterday.  My car broke down and I called several tow companies that wanted to charge through the roof. Luckily, Hollywood Towing was willing to offer me an affordable price and swift assistance. Within 5 minutes, Jose from Hollywood Towing called me to verify my location and said hed be there in 10 minutes which he was. He was friendly, courteous and very quick to get the car loaded and on our way to the dealership.  What could have been a very long and agonizing experience was just the opposite! Thanks to Jose and Hollywood Towing!

I was really impressed Hollywood Towing towed my car yesterday- I lost my keys AND the car was parked in an underground garage. But the driver handled the situation wonderfully and got me to the dealership on time. I’ll call them again anytime.

Sears Towing services Glendale ca was referred to me by a friend. I got stuck on the 110 and they got out to me in 15 minutes! My friend also had a good experience with this towing company, so I always recommend them to anyone who needs towing or roadside. Great work!

Had a flat tire need to get someone out to change my tire to the spare gave this company a call they had someone out in about 25 min he changed it for me gave me a good price very satisfied

The pros at Sears Towing Glendale saved me 2 hours of towing time and a nice piece of change by jumpstarting my Nissan Cube instead of towing it.TWO other towing companies had already been out. One came with a huge flatbed truck that couldnt fit into out garage. That driver never even got out of the truck. He got to the entrance of the parking structure, made a call on his cell phone, and drove off without rolling down his window or saying a word to me.The second tow truck was smaller, but still couldnt fit into the garage. He used extra-long jumper cables, and tried for about 25 minutes, jumping and charging, but nothing worked. He said it probably wasnt the battery, and told us our only option was towing with a low-clearance truck.
