Im not one to give one star reviews. But having a little bit of an emergency and receiving no communication via phone calls via text message or even via the built-in Google maps chat function no response was given I ended up having to go with another towing company in order to get my vehicle home and get it repaired. Still have not received any communication so two Stars.

Website literally says clearly it’s $65 for a tow under 5 miles. Called to receive a quote and get picked up and was told over the phone is would be $125 for less than one mile.Your receptionists are either straight up lying, or you don’t know how to update a basic website. Either way I wouldn’t trust you with machinery worths 10s of thousands. Called Towboy Llc instead. The people are nicer and they actually charge $65 like their website says. 👍

10pm on a Friday night, when most people are closed we needed a tow.. Cool guy, professional and friendly. Didnt have to wait very long for the tow truck to arrive which was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend this place!

Vary quick and helpful and inexpensive.

Quoted me 185 dollars for a 7 mile tow. They want payment up front before they even dispatch because they know they are ripping people off.

My brother broke down in camp Verde and all the tow truck companies wanted an arm and a leg ! But not Tom! He was super reasonable and friendly!! And the best deal we had all day!! Id give more stars if I could! Definitely found our new tow truck driver!!😊

We had a fantastic experience with this company. Steve was the gentleman that helped us, he was prompt and polite. My daughter had bought her first car that she had been saving 3 yrs for. The guy we bought it from sold us a broken car. We didnt even make it 2 miles and it broke down. We had to leave it in a shopping center in an unfamiliar part of town. We had called a couple places before these folks, ( 24/7 towing- said they werent towing in our area on this day- LOL what? ) and another one who just wouldnt answer. Well, it turned out to be a blessing, These guys were cheaper, fast and efficient. THANK YOU!!

I had never used a tow truck company before so I read tons of reviews online and that basically led me here. very fast, like 10 mins after I called fast. Very inexpensive (about $65) and I would recommend to others. I didnt get the name of the driver but was friendly. Thank you again.

I cant thank you guys enough for transporting my van back home last evening. Being new in the city and scared to death of the DUI laws here, I had no desire to even attempt to drive home. One phone call and my van made it back safe and sound. You guys rock and will definitely use you again on my next bender in Scottsdale. AAAA++++++

Man this the second time I have attempted to used them for a towe. I called to ask about a towe they told me 80 to travel 0.9 miles. I felt that was a little high but I was still going to pay. The lady was a little rude when i asked If 80 was the lowest they can go before I can finish talking she cut me off told me to hold on and put someone else on the phone. I was given a wait time of 1hr to 1hr 30 min at most. I waited 2 hrs before I called back for an ETA. The Dispatcher said she wasn’t able to get a hold to the driver so she will call back, She called back about 10 minutes later just to tell me that I would have to wait another 2 to 3 hours because the driver ran into some issues. Instead of them letting me know as soon as it happened they let me wait TWO WHOLE HOURS, 30 minutes AFTER my given max time. I probably would have still been waiting if I wouldn’t have called to check myself. This is the second time they made me wait for hrs without even calling me. Very careless and unprofessional in my opinion, I understand things happen but to leave people hanging is not cool you never know someone’s situation ..NEVER EVER again

Horrible experience. I called at 11:20 to request towing since my car broke down. I told him my situation, he quoted me a price and said hed be there in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour went by, my boyfriend called him and he said he was gonna be there in 20 to 30 more minutes so we waited and nothing. We both called and no answer. Its 2:10am and we just made it home, we were lucky to find a real professional towing company who promptly showed up to help. This company did not even have the courtesy to let us know that he wouldnt be able to show up.

Ae towing owner Danial Turner look out I was parked in a parking spotand there tow truck driver was picking up a car next to me and backedthere truck into mine AND WILL NOT FIX MY CAR everytime I call forthem to fix it the person will take my name and phone number and sayill have someone call days and day go buy and me calling and now no answerlook out

It’s a pretty pathetic working strategy to have a 24hr service and label online yet have no one employee ready to do their job till 10a...but you’re 24hr....they’ll probably take an arm and leg too just putting it out there

I called needing a tow, and the guy answered the phone yo, whats up. I thought it was very unprofessional given that it was a company number I called. Then after I asked if this was a towing company, he relied sorry Im busy then hung up. Hmm, I thought this was a 24 hour company???

Terrible. Lied and said they were on their way for 6 hours....then poor phone help as well.....use someone else
