If you need help on the road, call Garfield!! My daughter was stuck with a hole in her tire and no spare (I know...wont happen again) and after calling multiple companies Auto Genius AZ was the ONLY one who would help us AND who wasnt trying to rip us off because she was stranded!!!! He even brought water for them!! We HIGHLY recommend this company! THANK YOU Garfield!!!!

They were the third towing company that answered, the fourth called. Everyone else had a 3-5 hour wait, they picked me up in about 40min, maybe less, the owner was friendly, communicative and had a good sense of humor, will 100/10 use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Only guy Ive come across out of 5 seperate towing companies properly equipped with motorcycle towing gear, didnt have to lift a finger to help.

I was struggling to find a tow truck to get my car from point A to point B and they were their every step of the way. I made a last min call to pick up a vehicle I had at the auction and they made accommodations to help me put. 10/10 service and very genuine people that will definitely take care of you.

I highly recommend Auto Genius AZ. Garfield was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived within 25 minutes, jump started my battery and had me drive around the block to make sure it would not stall. He went above and beyond by looking up the closest Auto Zone and told me to drive right there and not to turn off the car. After he left, I ended up accidentally turning it off out of habit when I ran back in the house. I called Garfield right way in a panic and he was back within minutes to jump start me again. He told me if I had any trouble on the way to give him a call and he would be right there to help. Thanks for having my back Garfield!
