These guys are awesome! Brad is a super nice guy, he was straightforward and communicative. My AC was broken, no air was coming out of it. I took it in and left the car overnight so they could work on it the following day. They gave me a call the next day saying that their tech had taken a look at the blower motor and everything was working fine. I came in in disbelief and everything was working fine as they said and they didn’t charge me anything. I don’t know what they did but I highly recommend them and they have earned my future business.

I had the BEST experience at Scott Repmans! I am newer to Arizona and away from my dad who usually fixes my car. I walked in and felt comfortable that I was getting the best deal. Brad called me to let me know exactly what work would be done, the cost, and timing. Picking up my car was easy and painless. I would recommend Scott Repmans to any one needing work done on their car!

I brought my truck to the W. Bell location for coolant hose and thermostat replacement as well as a power steering fluid leak. It ended up also needing a radiator which I was fine with. The staff was nice enough... After I picked up the vehicle the trans cooler line came off of the radiator leaving me stranded. They picked up the truck and fixed the issue and left trans fluid all over the truck. When I went to pick it up there was no power steering fluid in it because they didnt check the leak as requested. They replaced a hose to solve the leak. After returning home, I noticed they didnt replace the thermostat so I gave up. Ill do it myself.

Excellent service. Scott personally goes outta his way to take care of my show truck and definitely has done an amazing job helping me out! Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs.

While I was on the road, the check engine light came on. I was worried sick. After searching through a bunch of repair shops and their reviews, I decided to go to Scotts shop. They ran the diagnostics for free and told me that I can make it to California no problem, but if I wanted to fix it here, it would cost about three to four hundred dollars. Im not even a local, and they could have ripped me off, but they were super honest. Thank you so much.

If you are looking for a mechanic that is truly honest a really cares about customer service please take all your vehicles here. My husbands work truck died the week of Christmas and I had read other reviews for this shop so I called up Scott. The owner actually answers the phone and understood his truck is just like one of his tools and made its repair a priority. It was an intermittent problem but he stuck with it until the correct issue was fixed instead of just throwing parts at it and running up a bill. It was a terrible time to have your work truck go down but Scott and his team were wonderful to deal with and got us back on the road with great customer service and very affordable.

This was the first time Ive used Scott Repmans. It was a great experience. Good people doing good work at a fair price. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends. The next time I need service or repair I will be going back to Scott Repmans.

Scott Repman Autobody is the ONLY shop I take my vehicles, he has provided me with honest, reliable service time and time again, I highly recommend this shop to all of my family and friends.

These guys treated me like family and breathed life back into my 2010 SUV by reprogramming a used computer for the vehicle. The dealership told me it would be 6 months to get a new one! Scott was more interested in getting me back on the road when the dealership only cared about earning profit on a new computer. It drives like a brand new car again! Scott’s crew also took extra time to thoroughly sanitize the vehicle after servicing it. I really appreciated that especially during COVID. Highly recommend this shop!!!

Arrowhead BMW Dealership gave me a run around and tried to sell me repairs I never asked for and couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car, which was the reason I took it in. Scott spent a great deal of time and energy to finally find out what was wrong with the car and got it fixed for me. I will be forever grateful. Scott Repman also replaced value cover gasket, rear brakes, rotors, motor mounts, control arms, windshield viper fluid holder, battery and computer wire, on and on of things he took care of. Oil change, etc. He also repaired and serviced our Ram pickup. Very happy with his customer service and work. He has OUTSTANDING INTEGRITY and is extremely honest.

My father and I took our motor home to the shop on 19th ave and Pinnacle Peak Rd. to have the air bags on the front end repaired. We were told the bags were bad and needed replacing so we said go ahead. After we got the motor home back everything seemed to be working fine and we were satisfied. We planned a trip and the night before we were to leave we pulled in the slide outs, picked up the stabilizing feet and went to bed. The next morning when I went out to start up the motor home, the front end was actually sitting on the ground. The body was so far down it was touching. We had never seen that before so it was a little shocking. After I started the motor it took about 20 minutes but the air bags filled up and it was riding properly so we left for our 10 day trip. On the road we stop at a rest area and shut off the motor. Almost immediately the front end started dropping and within a few minutes the body was to the point of touching the ground. We knew then that something was seriously wrong and decided to not shut off the engine without putting the feet down. When we got home my dad called the shop to tell them what happened and he was told to bring it in because something was definitely not right. After paying $1,200 the first time we thought it should be covered beings it had been less than 90 days. We dropped it off and we were told there shouldn’t be a charge for the repairs. Much to our surprise when dad picked it up a week later they had a bill for $1,700 because the air bags were punctured and damaged! Really? You “fix” the RV incorrectly and then charge even more to repair your mistake? On top of that they told my 87 year old father that the inside of the front tires were split and cracked and the serpentine belt was badly cracking. I crawled under the motor home to check the tires, NO CRACKS at all. When I checked the belt, NO CRACKS!! Then we noticed that the carpet had greasy foot prints in front of and all around the drivers seat. Totally unprofessional to say the least. On top of ripping my dad off on the air bags they lied about the condition of the tires and belt to try to get even more money from him! I am very disappointed with this repair shop and would never go back there again, not even to have my grandson’s bike tires fixed. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly and pushing repairs that don’t need to be done. I definitely will NOT be recommending this shop and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.After reading the owner’s response I am adding this! My father was NOT driving the motor home. I was driving the motor home and I drove large trucks professionally for 25 plus years. If we HAD hit something hard enough to break that heavy plastic bracket and destroy the air bag than why was there NO other damage to the front end of the motor home? No tire damage, no body damage, no damage of any kind to the steering or the rest of the suspension? We DID NOT HIT ANYTHING! As far as filing a claim with the insurance, we didn’t hit anything so there was no claim to file! You, as the repair shop did the repairs wrong and should own up to it. Also, there are absolutely NO cracks it the belt so that IS a lie!! You gotan honest review from an honest person so your rant is null and void! THAT IS THE END OF THE STORY!!!

Called Brad the service writer on march 18th 2021 to find out when I could bring my classic F100 down for an estimate on replacing a rear main seal, was told a appointment date to bring my truck down would be March 29th. When arrived I explained to brad what needed to be estimated to remind him and was then told he could not do anything for a couple days. So when I returned on April 1st I confronted brad to why my truck was not estimated yet and was told that he was waiting for me to give him an I D number off my motor before they could give an estimate which he should have done by simply looking at the engine number casted in very large letters and numbers at the left side of the front of motor above the starter which you can clearly see with no abstraction if he was an experienced service writer So I ask you... dont you think when you are given an appointment that the repair company would be ready and waiting to make the estimate for the customer?? Very unprofessional people here!...and might make you wonder ....how good are the mechanics !!!?? Very Dissatisfied!! MTP

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place!!!! Honest, hard working, fairly priced, integrity, and knowledgeable!!! We have taken our 2015 thor challenger to multiple repair shops and constantly being told nothing was wrong. Within days this shop was able to identify exactly what was wrong and able to fix it. We have wasted thousands of dollars and this place was able to find us a solution and charge us next to nothing to fix it! They are hands down the best!!

My car broke down on Saturday and I didnt know where to take my car. I remember a friend telling me about this shop. This was the best decision I have made when it comes to my car. The work was done reasonable and quickly. They made me aware of what needed to be done and what could wait. I will definitely be taking my car back here anytime work needs done.

This company is great I have had oil changes done here. While there doing that they do a full inspection and have told about my breaks and a small leak I was not aware of. Even check all my lights. They even walked me thru everything on things to watch for In the future. I would tell everyone to go here

I took my truck in with major front end issues that I had taken into Firestone complete auto repair previously to repair. After Thousands of dollars spent with Firestone it never was correct. While driving down the freeway the hardware installed by Firestone came apart and felt like my passenger tire was ready to fall off.I decided to take my truck here and they were completely professional communicated through the whole process and checked it all out and fixed it. My truck now works like I first purchased it. I am completely impressed with this company and their quality of service!

If you go into Scott Repmans Truck and Auto Repair, I want you to know who you are dealing with. Last year I saw a broken down minivan chock full of stuff in his parking lot. Homeless guy w 2 dogs obviously living in it. I went in to talk to the owner of the shop. I offered some $ to help make whatever repairs it needed because I have been there too - broke, broken down, without funds or hope. The shop owner (Scott?) told me...Put your wallet away, We got this! This despite the van possibly needing major. Please bless this good man with YOUR business. We were having our home treated for termites and I backed my car out of the garage and our technician said I think you might want to get your brakes checked. He gave me Scotts name. I called Scott and got in the same day. Scott was honest and inexpensive just need new pads. I was out the door in a hour and squeaky brakes are gone.

Transmission broke down in the middle of a rain storm. They came, towed my truck, rebuilt my transmission, replaced my tie rods, and alerted me of upcoming issues I should address. Truck is driving better than it ever has since I bought it.

My Scion suddenly had the AC turn off and the steering become very hard. I scheduled an appointment was seen right away and was genuinely treated well.They figured what was wrong but couldnt replicate the problem. It was up to me if they were to fix it or I could drive on it and see if it happened again. I choose to not fix it and it has driven with no problems. They didnt charge me for the diagnostic and were very helpful.Honest people and I am happy to bring my vehicle back if anything happens.
