This guy brought back my faith in good customer service and quality work! He communicated very well, was on time, and showed me he cared about my car! I drive all modified vehicles of some sort and my most sentimental one is a low VW CC. Its not a 50,000 dollar car but its my baby and he help ease my mind by showing up, absolutely stepping up and got right to work, alone, and bust out the job in 15 min or less with absolute care and a perfect load. If you drive lowered vehicles you know you can only tow on a flat bed tow truck and it takes skill ( and wood/lumber pieces- which he stopped to get cut at Home Depot to save TIME by not stopping at his yard - and keep me from waiting - major extra points) to get a car on a flat bed - undamaged! I had the morning from you know where with another company showing up with out a flatbed ( after I specified it 10 times) trying to convince me to let them hook it up on one of those repo looking tow trucks - no freakin way- but Im not even wasting my breath on that - back to WOLF PACK TOWING ! He is amazing and knows how to get the job done right the first time. He even texted me pictures of my car safely delivered to the shop. No questions - you want this guy to tow your vehicle when in need !! Hes saved in my contacts now for sure. Thank you !!

Absolutely no complaints here!Showed up quick & found the vehicle without much issue.Called as requested so we could provide the key location. We had to leave it was 111 out. 🔥Found it loaded up & brought it to the house no issues.Being a retired asset recovery specialist. Ive driven multiple different types of trucks. Chris was by far THE BEST tow truck driver Ive encountered. He was down to earth, had an AMAZING driver skillet, and has extraordinary customer service skills. He learned I had been screwed over by my insurance 3 times and been stuck waiting in the heat for 4 hours. I wasnt able to leave the truck as it was sitting beside a red curb. He bumped me to priority. He arrived within 20 mins and ensured my truck and I got to my dealership, safely. I HIGHLY recommend Wolf Pack Towing!

On Friday night 03/13/2020. My GMC Evoy SUV was locked in the parking gears and this company was very knowledgeable and professional about towing cars in this situation. The company had special tools and a flat bed tow truck to transport my car safely. The tow truck driver responded to my call quickly and was very reasonable with their price. I will recommend this this company highly to people. 5 stars 😁👍
