Im so impressed by the care and skill of this dental office. I hadnt been to the dentist for many years, due to extreme fear, but theyve been so understanding, and are doing an excellent job with all the work that needs to be done. Dont be like me...go to the dentist NOW!

Very clean and uses all the extra precautions for CV19 issues. Felt very safe. Teeth cleaning was super fast and just the right blend of gentle and deep clean. Had the easiest X-ray procedure I’ve ever had. Zero awkward tray positions and no trays dug into the gum when biting down. Also was very fast. A great and friendly staff. I’ve been going there for about 20yrs now, and they are better than ever.

The staff and dentists at North Brand Dental are exceptionally professional, courteous, and compassionate. Dr. Acopian always takes the time to explain any dental procedures which might be necessary and answers my questions patiently. Prices are reasonable.I have recommended them to my friends, and would make the same positive recommendation to anyone looking for a good dentist!

First visit for a cleaning and exam. Everyone there seems top notch at their respective jobs, from the front office to hygiene to the dentist. This inspired confidence. I had a very good experience. The equipment was state of the art. And the best thing was the experience of a brief chat with Dr. Shenklin who is a human gem. What a pleasure to chat with someone so experienced, wise and kind.

It’s a unique experience to find doctors/dentists who aren’t in a hurry to do major work and make money . These doctors saved a tooth I was told had to be pulled $5000 and replaced. Instead they are saving my tooth and I’m spending less than $500. Amazing! Always patient, understanding and familial. Yes they treat you like you are family. I can’t say enough. I never leave without a hug of gratitude for dr shanklin and the other brilliant dentists at north brand 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love my dentist and my dental hygienist, so I followed them to their new office, North Brand Dental in Glendale. The first thing I was really happy about is that I did not have to look for parking in the neighborhood. They provide ample parking for their patients, which seems to be rare these days. I walked into a beautiful lobby area, which was both cheerful and clean. Very nicely done. The inside offices are also immaculate, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office. I travel from the Beverly Grove area, and its worth it.

Ive been a patient of Dr Shanklin for around 25 years. He and his staff have always treated me with care and understanding. I dont think Ive ever had to wait any significant amount of time. The new offices are excellent and the new method of taking an x-ray by computer is wonderful. Highly recommend the practice.

We love Dr. Shanklin. He has been taking care of my family and my immediate family for more than 20 years. He is gentle, honest, considerate and very professional. His staff is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about him. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Shanklin is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I started going 15 years ago when I met my wife. She’s been a patient of his all her life. You won’t find a better dentist, Patty is wonderful and all his support staff are super nice!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The receptionist Karen is extremely helpful, and she really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. The medical staff are really good at what they do. I would very highly recommend it.

North Brand Dental is definitely the friendliest dental office I have ever experienced. That is why Ive been a patient here, for almost 20 years. I’m always treated like a queen by Karen and Daphne, the Dental Hygienist. Plus, I was delighted to see Dr Cesare again! I was sorry I didn’t see Dr Shanklin though, he’s such a great guy, very personable!

Friendly and know what they doing and flexibility on appointments

When I went here for the first time a few days ago and I t was a great experience!! Right when I entered the building I felt welcomed and they were very polite and nice. I went to get a cleaning done and I had no pain. The doctor did my exam and she was very nice and told me that I had something wrong and fixed it with delicacy.

I was pleasantly surprised very nice and inviting made me comfortable. Would defently go again

I have been to this office a few times, for both cleaning and getting a crown done. The front desk staff always makes you feel welcome and comfortable - its not the easiest experience going to the dentist.I had the experience with working with Dr Anna as well as the hygienist - i think her name was Evlin. Both very professional and courteous in explaining what is being done and why. Going over the x-rays and allowing me to schedule the treatments at my own time rather than pushing me into it.They recently also remodeled the office - which looks amazing and much more welcoming. Great staff and great place.

I recently went in to get some dentures with implants done for my mother, and general dentistry for myself. I used to live in Glendale and recently moved to Vegas and still travel back and forth because they attention to detail and professionalism doesnt compare to anything I have seen anywhere. Dr Anna and Dr Rodrick are by far the beat dentists I have ever had!

I had emergency toothach and they took me in right away even though they were busy. They helped me with paperwork and they took x_ray till dr. Anna came and saw me. My first time seeing her she was very approachable and caring she explained everything to me got me ready for procedure and took care of my toothach later that night bridget called me to c how i was doing. I loved this ofgice and i would definitly go there and take my family.

They gave me wrong price for cleaning and charged me 25 more when I had it done. Also they billed for an exam when I clearly went there just for a cleaning. Wont be going to this place again.
