I had the most pleasant experience here from when I scheduled my appointment to when I walked out from it. I had called because our insurance had switched over and the wonderful receptionists were available, helpful, and ready to assist. We walked in for our appointment and were greeted and taken back right away. Everyone my husband and I came into contact with during our visit were phenomenal. Hands down the best dental experience the two of us have ever had. So happy there is an office like this one around! Never said this before, but I can’t wait for my next appointment! Lovely people and such a lovely place.

We have been going to AZ Family Dental for years. The dental practice name describes it all. They are like family to us. As you enter the reception area, you are greeted with a friendly smile and your name welcoming you. I have complete trust in the advice given for dental workday the dentist Dr Parker. This time a went in to See Suzi for a teeth cleaning . She is wonderful and and caring about your comfort in the dental chair while the work is being performed. Love the people!

The last 5 years I neglected my dental hygiene and I am now paying for it, literally. Im extremely uncomfortable while at the dentist office but that was not my experience at AZ Family Dental. I was scheduled for a root canal that was performed by Justin Ewell and assisted by Shelby. Those two were beyond fantastic throughout the entire procedure not shying away from any questions or requests in order to make sure it went nothing less than perfect. We have been going to this dental office for many years. The office staff are the best people ever! The dentists, assistants, and hygienists, are professional and efficient. We would not go anywhere else. We also like the modern equipment used that makes procedures easier and more comfortable.

2 years ago we moved to the far East Valley in Mesa from Central Phoenix and yet, to this day, I still drive almost an hour to visit AZ Family Dental. The reason for that is simple. Great customer service. The ladies up front are always flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and they do a great job of contacting your insurance company to give you an exact cost before you ever step foot in their office. I have only ever had Dr. Parker work on my teeth because he came highly recommended for having a gentle touch and a great demeanor. Just this week I had to have an emergency root canal as well as a molar extraction and was nervous to find I was scheduled with Dr. Ewell as Dr. Parker wasnt available. Thankfully, Dr. Ewell has the exact same gentle touch and great demeanor as Dr. Parker so I was very happy with the work he did. In my personal opinion, I think it speaks volumes to AZ Family Dental when a patient is willing to drive almost 2 hours round trip for such great care. There are plenty of dentists out where I live in East Mesa but AZ Family Dental has earned a customer for life. Thanks so much!

Justin was amazing. Unfortunately ive had a lot of dental work done but ive never had a painless visit before. Three extractions and four fillings is a lot for one sitting. And 12 hours later, no pain and headed to work. He was very fast and thorough. Im going to start taking my kids here for everything i can.

AZ Family Dental truly treats you like family. The ladies at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. The Assistants make you feel comfortable and the Dentists dont try to sell you things that you dont need. I was nervous to back to the dentist after an experience I had a few years ago at a different office. I was told I needed over $1000 worth of work done. I never went back. Went for an exam at AZ Family dental and was told I only have 2 small problems and I need a basic cleaning. My boys also come here, they are 6 and 9. The staff is very sweet and understanding with them. So thankful I have found this office.

I have always hated dentist experiences, from the smells and sounds to the guilt for having such bad teeth and habits. But this dental office is completely different! I have been seeing Dr. Parker off and on for a couple years now. And there is zero judgment for my bad teeth, complete understanding when I dont dare come until Im ready. This entire office has epitomized what being a phenomenal human being is! Truly, from the front desk to the chair, I would completely recommend this office for all....especially those who think they hate all dentists. I had my teeth cleaned and it was an absolutely flawless experience. Susie, the hygienist was skilled in her procedures, and pleasant to talk with. People sometimes abhor going to the dentist, but I can truthfully say that I actually enjoyed having my teeth cleaned! I am also relieved that I regularly brush and floss under the recommendations of Dr. Parker. Wise advice for anyone.

My experience with AZ Family Dental was the best experience Ive ever had when it comes to dental care. Came in through emergency, cracked the crowns on my front teeth. From office staff, dental hygienist & physicians, they worked as a team, state-of-the-art equipment, never have experienced such a professional, caring approach in a dental environment. My wife recently had a dental emergency with an abcess tooth. Az family dental fit her in on short notice and made her experience a great one. Myself just had a crown done. I have a fear of the dentist so I dont like going! However they make me feel relaxed andy experience as comfortable as possible. I wouldnt think of going to anyone else.

I have used AZ Family Dental for years. They always take good care of me and my family. Years ago they got my teeth into good shape with fillings and more complicated work. Since then, I have been back twice a year for cleanings and check-ups. The staff are friendly and helpful. My kids even love going to the dentist now!

Dr. Parker is wonderful. I have been going there for years and each time I marvel at his skill level. Prior to him I have gone to dentist who jab the needle into your mouth and were a little less than patient while working on your mouth. If you want a dentist who puts the needle in your mouth and you hardly notice he has polked you then Dr, Oarker is your dentist. Doctor Parker is wonderful. He has a great knowledge of the dental field and is up to date on newer equipment to service his customers. Over the years, I have been impressed with his ability to care for his customers, diagnose a problem quickly and service it the same day. In my case this last time, I broke off a crown on the front tooth and he was able to replace it the same day.I guess one other thing he does so well is when a shot is given to the mouth I have not felt the needle go in. This has not happened with other dentist before Dr Parker. He is a very gentle dentist and I would highly recommend him.Dennis Williams

I have been going to Arizona family Dental for a couple of years now and I have really love this group of dedicated dentists, hygienists, and all the staff! The facility is clean and attractive and full of the latest equipment. My hygienist, Natalie, is a delightful and skilled practitioner. Ive been taking advantage of their dental plan since I do not have dental insurance and I find I get way more than my moneys worth out of it!

After reading so many good reviews about this dentist, I decided to take my kid to him. He discovered a cavity in one of his tooth for which he suggested root canal. He did the work with great care so as not to scare him. My kid is happy and totally not in pain. I recommend him highly.

My family and I have been going to AZ Family Dental for 30 years. I had avoided the dentist for 12 years before finding this place. I had been hurt badly by a dentist when I was a teen and so started my extreme fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Lamb was the dentist then and Marcy was at the reception desk. Marcy and the staff are great. My four kids all went to this office as they grew up. The staff have always been great and I will miss Dr. Lamb as he is retired now. But he left the practice in good hands with Dr. Parker. I have since had work done by Dr. Parker and he sets your mind at ease and answers any questions you have. The office atmosphere has been great for 30 years! All my kids loved this dentist office as well so they didnt have any fear of going to the dentist like I did. I am so thankful I found this dental practice!

Dr. Parker is a fantastic dentist. The receptionists and his assistant, Desiree, could not have been any nicer. Truly an amazing staff and great experience. I had a broken front tooth and they created a crown right there. The entire appointment took less than 2 hours, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been to AZ Family Dental for three different issues, two of which were emergencies. I cannot say enough about Dr. Parker and his staff. Not only did they fit me in for both emergencies, but the work Dr. Parker does is fantastic. He and his staff treat patients with such kindness and professionalism. I love going to AZ family dental. I have been going there as long as I can remember. I love the Dentists who work there. they are very nice, and kind and easy to talk to. and they clean my teeth great. I am getting use to Dr. Parker he is very nice, I never thought anyone could replace Dr. Lamb since Ive had him ever since I can remember. I do love the new changes to the place but I hope it doesnt change to much. I always hear people saying that they hate going to the Dentist but me I always say I cant wait to go.

Dr. Lamb has been my dentist since 2000 (maybe longer) and now Dr. Parker. My dental tech, Kim is wonderful, very patient and personable too. Ive never had a problem with the crowns theyve done or any other work for that matter. I recommend them to my family and friends.

I used to skip my old dentist for 5 plus years at a time because of the fear of Dentists. My wife finally talked me into going to this one and try and by all means this is the best dental office in the valley hands down! Staff and Dr. is very friendly and knowledgeable plus listens to any questions or concerns. Equipment is state of the art! Window and TV is in every room to take my mind off of any procedures! I take my 4 kids here too. As for how much I enjoy this facility, we drive 35 miles just one way to have work done! There is my proof in the confidence I have with this wonderful place. Doctor Parker and his Staff are great!I’ve always had trouble with Dentists and dental offices. I’ve had 6-7 dentists over the years and Dr. Parker is only the second one I can honestly say I like. (The other one retired and I had to move on.) My teeth have always been a problem and I believe Dr. Parker sees me as a challenge, but that’s all right. He does a great job and goes above and beyond to reassure me things are going well and I’ll survive. Although he encourages me to stay on top of the work, he has never pressured me like several other dentists. I am retired and have limited funds and he is happy to work with me so I can spread out the work and not build up a huge bill (like other dentists have wanted to do). The staff (especially Marcy) has always been friendly and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more. My daughter now sees Dr. Parker and I almost have my wife and sister convinced to change dentists.

Oh my goodness - I love going here! Every one who works here is very friendly and they make you feel like youre family. More importantly though is the trust I feel with the dental hygenists, the dental assistants and the dentist, Dr. Parker. No one likes going to the dentist but they are sensitive to my particular needs and Dr. Parker instills confidence in his ability to assess what needs to be done and that it is going to be done right. Lets face it, very few people look forward to going to the dentist, myself included. But the whole crew at AZ Family Dental make it almost pleasant. I have had work done by both Dr. Parker and Dr. Talbott and they are both excellent. They both ensure that the patient is as comfortable as possible during any procedure.

Ive been going to Dr. Lamb and AZ Family Dental for over 15 years now even though I have to make a longer drive than I once did. Theres very little turnover in staff which I like and shows this is a great place to work. Marcys been on the front desk since before I started going and Ive had the same friendly hygienist, Mondi, for at least the past 5 years. The staff is always in a good mood and I like being able to watch the news and have early morning or late appointments so I dont miss much work. I highly recommend AZ Family Dental if youre looking for a dentist in the area.

I had not been to this dentist in over ten years and when I walked in with one of my capped front teeth in my hand instead of in my mouth the dentist still asked me, what do you want to do today? I knew then, that I had come back to the right place. Just like I had never left.Dr. Parker always recommends what should be done then he lets me decide what I want to do. Its like he knows that maybe your not up for multiple fillings in one day or your concerned of how much its going to cost. Whatever it is that needs to be done he wants to make sure that Im OK with it.The staff goes out of their way to make sure that Im comfortable and welcome. I brought my wife in for her appointment and as I waited they wanted to know if there was anything I needed while I was waiting, that was a first for me, ever.Thanks to the staff at AZ Family Dental, I no longer dread going to the dentist. In fact every time I see the email reminder about my appointment, it makes me...well...Smile.

We recently moved back to The Valley after being gone for over 20 years. My wife and I moved into the area close to 59th and Cactus, we saw the AZ Dental office driving by and since they were close to our house gave them a try. We have been in several times now and the staff is always friendly and Dr. Parker does a great job. Now that we found them I wouldnt just drive down the street for their services I would drive all the way across The Valley. They are GREAT!

The staff was professional and kind to me on my first visit. Dr. Parker was great and everything went smoothly. They were even kind enough make sure I was out of the office at 1:30pm so I could make my 2:00 appointment. Great experience overall

Dr. Parker is very good at what he does. He is knowledgeable about the newest technology in the field of dentistry. His staff is friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and inviting.

I visited Dr. Parker for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had not been to the dentist for years and was pleasantly surprised with how the visit went. Dr Parker and his team made me feel completely comfortable, educated me on what they were doing, and were fantastic. Dr Parker fitted me with a anti-snoring device that has worked great. I couldnt be happier with my visit and will be seeing Dr Parker as my family dentist as long as I live in Arizona.

First off Ive had a horrible experience at a different dentist before so i was nervous. From my first visit I felt more comfortable and the staff just so friendly, they do listen if you have a concern or a fear of something. I would recommend this place to anyone. So grateful I came across them :)
