Ive been coming to this office for several years now and am very happy with the dental care that I receive. Dr. Shyon was personable and very professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for detailed and good patient care.

Equipments were old, X-ray machine was hand held, most places now have the caresteam, the plastic covering of the chair was broken indicating very poor maintenance. I came here mostly because of the high ratings, my appointment was for cleaning and X-ray. They did the X-ray immediately (Later I figured just so they can give me a $ 1k estimate for what I would need to do). My appointment was at 10pm, after having to wait 1hr on the chair alone waiting for someone to come and do my cleaning I just decided to leave, so they charged me $100 for 10min of work and an 1hr of my time and I was on my way.

This dental office is highly rated so I figured they were going to be a good place to contact, this was not the case.Terry answered the phone when I called and she was very curt with me and not empathetic to my emergency dental situation whatsoever. I was in a pretty desperate situation to have an emergency tooth extraction and this company could have easily had a new patient if it wasnt for her horrible attitude and unwillingness to answer simple questions with a kind disposition.I ended up going to the Mettler-Griego dental office and I could not be happier with the result.

I personally love Winning Smiles for all of my dental work. There were some hiccups during my wisdom teeth surgery concerning billing. However, they went out of their way to fix this. I absolutely love getting my teeth cleaned here and think you are in great hands with the services they provide.

Ive have been looking for a dental office that is family friendly for several years before selecting this office.. When I found this office it reminded me of my childhood dentist where he and his staff treated us like family. It took a long time to regain that that secure feeling and now I have it with this office. I can trust his staff and his office employees to ensure that me and my kids get the dental services we need.

I havent been to the dentist in quite a few years and was very anxious about going. From the phone call to make my appointment all the way through to leaving after my appointment was a wonderful experience. The dentist, the hygienist, and everyone else I came across were amazing. Very caring, non-judgmental and comforting. Id recommend their office to everyone!

Typically I have always had anxiety going to the dentist. With Dr. Darien I find that I dont get as much anxiety. He listens to me and is very general. Both my daughter and I go there and we both luv it. Hes very gentle and will make sure you are comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were wonderful-patient, relaxed & professional. I was especially impressed at how happy all the staff seem to be & how well they all work together. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable & relaxed. Dr. Darian is always very gentle & explains things thoroughly without ever rushing me. He offers me options & does not pressure me into any decisions. I feel I can trust him completely.

For once in my life I really enjoy going to the Dentist. All of Dr. Darians staff is very welcoming and full of energy. Billie is like a friend I am happy to see and share my happy times with. Billie is very professional and gentle. Cant wait for my next cleaning.Love You Guys !!!!!

The front staff remember me and they are so professional and friendly.I am seen in a timely manner and spoken to with respect.They double check to see if my filling are still doing well and they were the first dentistry to notice and share with me why one of my front teeth is discolored; it was from trauma to the tooth a long time ago.I would definitely recommend Winning Smiles.

I LOVE ALL OF THEM!!! I have been coming to this dentist for years. I unfortunately skipped a couple years and had tooth pain on a back molar. Found out i needed a root canal ASAP! I called on a day they were closed and the receptionist Sonia literally went above and beyond to find me an endodontist THAT DAY within 30 min to get my very back tooth started on a root canal. The dentists and assistants are so friendly, they make you feel comfortable and and quick!! 💜💜💜 Thank you guys for your quick and professional service!

I was in.pain. called 1800 dentist went here - restroom dirty! Staff never called me back to clarify if had follow up appt n when I calles them the girl acted like she couldnt hear me on business phone!!! The receptionist is rude and not caring! I will be finding other dentist n will be reporting experience

I hate going to the dentist but if I HAVE to go, Dr. Darian is the only one I want to go to, and the only one Id ever recommend. He and his staff are super nice, always make sure youre comfortable, and they REALLY helped me out when I needed to get 5+ years of work done without insurance! My whole family goes to see him, and we drive to the Glendale location even though the 7th street one is right in our neighborhood to make sure we see HIM. Best dentist and staff ever 😍

Having had the same dentist for the past 17-18 years I was worried when my dentist said he was retiring. Like most people who had a dentist they really liked and almost looked forward to seeing (not many I guess) I had a bit of hesitation to see a new dentist. I went with the fact that if my previous dentist chose to merge and eventually turn over his practice I decided to go with it.I was happy with that decision. My treatment was fantastic. By the time my visit was over Dr. Darian and our assistant, Lisa (sorry if your name is Liz, please dont hurt me - lol), were joking and laughing and I never thought about what had been done or that it was all finished. I have a new dentist that I will go to all the time and would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist.

Would never go their I have a huge fear of dentist . As soon as I got in their the sale pich started . When all I wanted was two teath I had where in pain . Well after hearing. Sale pitch time and time agen . I told them I have too talk it over with my wife . So he gave me anabiotics and a pain pill witch after getting filled he told the pharmacy not to fill . So Im seeing another dentist Thursday I can not get any worst
