While working Allison actually suggest I come see her for a debond. She explained my options and what they were able to do for me. I was immediately scheduled for an appointment to see Dr. Croft. Thanks to Allison and Dr. Croft I was able to get my brackets off in a reasonable amount of time for an amazing price. Allison took my impressions and gave me a retainer. They both were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Allison is super caring and I appreciate everything she has done for me.
I have been coming here for years for all of my dental needs! Braces, crowns, fillings, cleanings; you name it and they can help you with it! The customer service has always been wonderful, and all of the technicians and doctors have always been pleasant and accommodating! I just finished having a crown installed by Dr Neary, and was in need of a new retainer when Allison had overheard. She went over all of my options with me and was able to immediately take me back to take some impressions. Allison and Dr Croft are absolutely amazing. Allison especially was wonderful because you could tell her clear love and passion for what she does. Im very happy with everything I needed to have done today and hope to stay with this location for all of my dental needs in the future!
Attention everyone, Allison in ortho is INCREDIBLE! As someone who doesn’t like going to the Dentist, she has made the entire experience so great. Allison is knowledgeable and unbelievably passionate about her role/industry. Thank you for the amazing experience, Allison!
I give this dental office five stars. I went and got my teeth checked and x-rays they were wonderful. I just got an implant and they were so gentle and the office staff is so great I would recommend them highly to anyone. 👍👍
I can not say enough about the great service and dental care I receive at Associated Dental in Glendale. Dr. Woodfill is great and the entire staff treats you like you are a valued customer and friend. That kind of service is hard to receive and I recommend Associated Dental in Glendale very highly!
I had a broken permanent retainer that was tearing up the inside of my mouth and I had no way to fix it or give myself any relief. I called in to Allison at Associated Dental and she squeezed me in to get it fixed ASAP. I was in and out in 15 minutes and feeling good as new. Thanks!!
Had my wisdom teeth taken out, no pain relief given at all before leaving the facility. Wow
I had a great experience with Allison in ortho! She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Super helpful and friendly customer service. Allison in the ortho department was great at explaining everything and was so quick with my appointment. Highly recommend!
Oh my goodness. I had an extraction done earlier tonight. I was offered to be put out, but as tempting as it was, I decided against it, because I would have to forfeit my ability to drive myself home. Of course, the procedure was not fun, but was not terribly horrible either. Dr. Schneider described everything he was doing, and that was very much appreciated. After I got home, I took an OTC pain med (Tylenol), but as the local anesthetic wore off, the pain was quickly starting to become intolerable. I totally understand the resistance to prescribe prescription pain meds because of the prescription pill pandemic, so I thought it was best to just go with OTC Tylenol. A few hours later, as the anesthetic wore off, I realized that the Tylenol wasnt working as well as I hoped. There was no way I was going to be able to sleep. However, I was able to call and get a different medication to relieve my discomfort fairly quickly. Only enough for a day or two (to cover the most intense pain, so I wont become addicted), but thank you to Associated Dental for the quick response, the responsible prescribing practice, and the general care and comfort of your patients in general. Dental appointments suck. The aftermath sucks. The expense sucks. But these things are necessary, and when it comes time, Associated Dental has got you covered. The bleeding after the extraction has been minimal, and the sutures look very clean. The assistants were great, and everyone in the office answered all of my questions in an educated and friendly matter. And COVID-19 measures are being taken seriously and practiced.
I was interested in getting some information about Invisalign treatment for myself. When I called to make an appointment, I was greeted by Jessica a very helpful receptionist. I then spoke to Allison she went out of her way to explain in detail every question I had. When coming to my complimentary consultation, I had the opportunity to meet Allison and Dr. Croft, what an amazing team they make. Prices are extremely affordable & they have options if you don’t have dental coverage, called Care Credit. Their office manager Gemma went out of her way to find every option find a low cost plan. I am so excited to start my journey with Dr. Croft & Allison. Thank you Associated Dental, this is the start to the new me.
Definitely the place to go if your interested in getting braces or invisalign. Dr. Croft & Allison are amazing at explaining things in detail. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I am so excited to get started.
My family has gone to Associated Dental & Orthodontics for about 2 years now. I have found scheduling to be easy and the front office staff to professional. Allison and Lee are patient with the kids’ ortho and cleanings (even when the kids aren’t!). Dr. Croft is knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the treatment plans. When I lost my dental insurance, the front office staff was helpful in providing me a variety of options to make everything affordable. They go the extra mile to help and seem to truly care.
Dr. Croft and Allison are amazing! They take the time to explain each step of the treatment plan. The office staff is also amazing with working with their clients. If you are looking to get braces, Associated Dental & Orthodontics is the place to be.
My children and I have been patients here for 6 years or so. Dawn in the front office is always friendly and helpful. The doctors and our hygienist are the best! My daughter loves going in to get her teeth cleaned. My son needed braces and he sees the orthodontist. All of my questions are always answered and the payment plan is easy.
If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! Don’t take your family here!!! My family and I had been going to Associated Dental for the last two years. They constantly had billing issues and turnover with staff. I was constantly being billed when I owed nothing due to them not allocating the charges correctly. I was calling on a monthly basis always needing to re-explain the situation and try to get it resolved. I finally started speaking with an employee named Dawn. She helped with the charges and told me I owed nothing. The following month I received a bill and called again, she said to forget it and that it was computer generated. After months of these games she just stopped answering my calls or messages. Then I found out I was sent to collections for non payment. I called immediately to speak to Dawn who apologized and said she knew we had been working together on this. I asked if I owed something can I just pay her, she said she had to ask and then call me back. When she called me back she told me no because it was sent to collections the week prior. I was extremely upset because I didn’t even know I owed anything. The last I heard she was going to resubmit some claims and that she’d call me if there were any issues or if I owed a balance (of course that never happened). They want a $300 collection fee on something I didn’t even know I owed. I always paid for my services at the time they were rendered in full. I’ve now been told I’m no longer allowed to make appointments until this is settled, but they’re not willing to do anything to help settle the debt. I’ve left messages for her boss and never get a call back. There are notes in their own system that back my story, but today I was told “oh well”. This is now effecting my credit and is quite unprofessional. I tried asking for the office managers boss and they won’t give me any information. Nor will they give me the last initial of anyone I speak with. Don’t take your family there as you might be sent to collections without any notice and you’ll have unwillingness to work with the patient. I also take my daughter there for orthodontics and paid for services upfront in full (not part of their payment plan). I now have to fight to get money back as my daughter isn’t even 1/2 way through her braces.
First visit to (this) location was for a wisdom teeth extraction surgery. After an hour of waiting past my appointment time, I asked what was taking so long and all they said was, theyll be right with you. I was patient because it was a important surgery that they were doing. An hour and 15 minutes I waited after my scheduled appointment time to even be seen and start the paperwork finally. Everything after that was normal.Next week I come back for a checkup. I was expecting this to be real quick and I could get on with my day, nope. I waited an hour and 30 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. There were plenty of other people that I saw waiting after their scheduled times too. After this annoying wait, the oral surgeon came in, asked me two questions, showed me very briefly and without detail on how to clean my mouth, and finally left all under a minute at most and without letting me ask any questions.Absolutely the worst service Ive had out of any dentist office in all my years.I will not be back to that one ever again.
If there was a 0 it would be received here. On the 13th of March I went in to hopefully get some broken teeth removed, had an appointment. X-rays, exam, waited for 30 mins past my appointment to even get to the back. All the while the receptionist are talking about how silly Costco is with the Covid19. Almost a week before you decided to close. Saturday was going to be too expensive. So the next Wednesday the 18th was my appointment, which got cancelled, 2 extractions a build up, and a crown were not emergency enough so it got cancelled. Today I called from the moment they opened until 5pm to get through to someone. The line is busy. You cant leave a message nothing. I just wanted to know if my appointment for tomorrow for my 2 broken teeth to be extracted was cancelled or confirmed. I understand the reason for cancellation, the thing that makes me upset is I am an Essential worker. I work at a grocery store, as a Front End Manager, working 9-11.5 hr days lately. While I have 2 broken teeth, you took x-rays.. no call on emergency, even tho I was told there was a list. No call since the day of my initial appointment to have this pain taken care of. No follow through. Yes this is trying times but not all of us can sit at home and wait it out. My profession doesnt allow that. So while you read my review at home, know I am in tears with my mouth in pain, making sure you and your families get their food 6 days a week...
They wanted to pull all of my teeth out!! I just wanted to fix my sore tooth. I got a second opinion. I was told that I should NOT have that done. All I needed was a root canal on one tooth. The second dentist even said it was drastic and not recommended as it would be surgery, loss of perfectly good teeth and change the shape of my face not even mentioning the huge cost. I went there twice with a problem and never got help for what I went in for. We changed to to the HMO to save money and got no help. My ex was the one who referred me to them. When I called to see what his experience with them was he said that he was having trouble adjusting to the dentures! They took all of his teeth out!!! I feel like I missed getting hit by a fast moving train. Please, please, please get a second opinion. Remember, if they took x-rays of your teeth they are YOUR x-rays so you can have copies of them emailed or faxed to another dentist. You dont have to pay again. These people want to take your teeth out and put in posts or false teeth. Run!
Today I got my braces off. Mary and the new orthodontist Laura Schnaidt were great! I am sad that I wont be going there anymore. They are very kind and awesome. Dr. Schnaidt always told me what to expect and was very gentle.
Great experience for my sons orthodontic treatment. Very friendly staff. Easy to work with.
Thank you Dr Woodfil. I have been going here for 5 yrs. I have high aniexty for dental visits. Dr. Woodfil is fast, gentle & and she takes great care to ensure sure that I am comfortable during all procedures. The whole staff is friendly. Thanks Dawn for all your help at the front desk. You make me feel more are ease with your terrific sense of humor 😊I also needed to see Dr Vickers. She also made me feel very comfortable and her calm caring manner got me thru my visit.
Staff is friendly but appt. wait times are way too long! We wait 30- 45 minutes every time.
Of 5 fillings I had done here one was so out of line with the rest of my mouth it required fixing and another fell out while flossing. All I can say is that they are fast but they do awful work.
Great Doctors and Staff . Wonderful experience
They are a very good place
