I dont have the best insurance, and was told that I had to pay out of pocket up front. Six weeks after my first appointment for a cleaning, and four weeks after my second to fill cavities, I find out that they forgot to send my claims to Anthem. Under normal circumstances, this would upset me, but they, after told me immediately after making my appointment that it would take at least 2 months to get reimbursed from Anthem. When I called in mid-September, they had no idea why my insurance claim wasnt sent.In addition to that, my hygienist told me during my cleaning that there was no pandemic, and a cure was available that they werent telling anyone about, which made me incredibly uncomfortable.I had been a patient of Dr. Erwin before he retired. I will not be going back to this new practice.As long as they have your money, thats all they seem care about.

I had my teeth cleaned by Lena and she was phenomenal. So gentle and knowledgeable and made several wonderful suggestions regarding other issues I had. I cant recommend Dr Erwin and anyone on his staff. In the last ten years, Ive never had anything but positive experiences of great compassion and concern for whatever was going on. My favorite dentist of all time!

Dr Erwin and his entire staff are the best! Kind, calm and great at what they do. Whether its planning my long term dental care or handling my recent wisdom tooth emergency, Dr Erwin takes care of everything with empathy and understanding. Best dentist Ive ever been to, hands down.

I trust Dr Erwin. My wife is a retired dentist and looked high and wide throughout the L.A. area until she found Dr. Erwin. Ive never been disappointed with any of my visits. We both forgo insurance coverage and pay out of pocket, thats how much we like him. I cant recommend him enough.

Dr Erwin is great! I’ve had many dentists over the years and have never been completely satisfied with any. Dr Erwin is the first dentist that I really trust. He’s is very good at what he does.

The only dentist we trust our family to. You get the care you need, and if you dont need it, you dont get it. Even our 4 year old likes going to Dr. Erwin. That itself speaks volumes. Friendly staff greets us every time. How many people can say they look forward to going to the dentist? We do.

I dont reccomend this doctor at all. He was very aggressive and almost careless . He was gonna overcharge me for little to no treatment at all and didnt even address the reason as to why I went. Instead showed me an X ray of my teeth with a red line over some teeth claiming I had a cavity when I clearly did not . I regret letting him drill one of my perfectly healthy teeth . And the reason why I went wasnt even resolved .I do not trust this doctor at all . He also chipped two of my front teeth with his sharp dental needle tool claiming I still had glue from my braces when I did not. Plus he put way too much anesthesia and he had a very harsh grip. If I hadnt stopped from drilling so much, him my whole tooth wouldve been gone. That tooth is very short now and I left with a huge headache. He didnt even have an assistant and almost used that as an excuse to book another appointment and charge me more . I felt like they took advantage of my money because this was terrible service. Very unethical and dishonest.Plus he was asking personal questions and judging me based on my career choice. Made me feel very uncomfortable.. Luckily I still have my two front teeth, just chipped. Go to someone who cares about you . not about charging you for a dishonest service .Not someone who is gonna chip your teeth to then claim to fix them and charge you more . What a disgrace .This was the worse dental experience in my whole entire life. If I could give him a negative 10 I would .

DANGER. Crushed jaw bone, flattened out molar that is breaking apart is the result. No cutting edge technology was used. Nothing holistic.
