I just started coming here a couple of months ago and I like it. The workers are friendly, they seem to take their time.

Toni has been doing my nails for about 3 years now and he is always so sweet and does such a great job!! I won’t go to anybody but him.

The guy who did my nails did a horrible job even though he took his time, which is what I dont understand. I said medium long, round nails and he asked oval? I said, No round. Long but natural looking. Then he proceeds to tell me to pull up what I want on my phone but with an attitude tone. We started at a nice length and then it got shorter and shorter. So I basically paid for short, thick acrylic nails that if I grew out my natural nails, it would look the same.I was super upset and just kept looking at my nails in my face. He didnt say anything to me or asked me whats wrong. He also didnt measure the length of the nails so theyre all different lengths.He went on to paint it and didnt take his time with that. He painted one hand and put it down, but not in front of the fan. He did each stroke with uneven amount of paint and kept making streaks. Didnt bother to fit them. Once he was done with one hand, he went straight to the other hand and then clear coat it right away.Basically never coming back. Dont waste $25 like I did here.

Not impressed with service. A guy did my gel nails. First of all, he was rough taking off my gel polish. I had 2 broken nails but he only fixed 1 and ignored the other. I had to say something before he did the new gel. The new gel wasnt that bad, but he did leave 1 thumb nail lumpy and both thumbs are different lengths. The only way i would come back is if it was the last place opened. Oh and counted out his tip right in front of me and just looked at me.

New place I found and this is my 2nd visit and I gotta say Ill be coming back more! Its busy at times but for the most part the wait is not bad at all. Plus the staff is very friendly, Tony is awesome and very patient he takes his time and the outcome of his work are results of an amazing job. Several months ago, I started getting my nails (dipping and gel pedicure) done at here, after having used another nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised how exceptional the service was...I was warmly greeted and everyone tried to ensure I was comfortable. I never have to wait for my appointment (I would suggest you make an appointment). The quality of their work is topnotch. I am really happy with my decision to use this nails. I would highly recommend this nail salon!!!

I absolutely love Les Nail Master! They have an extremely clean environment and everyone is really kind. They have a large selection of polish and gel choices. I typically go to get the please me pedicure. I have been happy with my service every time, and have never felt rushed or like they missed something. Go to Les Nail Master! You will love it!!

I came on a week day afternoon with no appointment and was able to get a pedicure and manicure with no wait. The set up is great and the chairs are comfy. They did a wonderful, meticulous job on my nails. I will definitely be back!

I honestly love coming here. Its really hard to find a reliable nail salon in Glendale and I tried quite a few before stumbling into Les Nail Master. Most importantly, this salon follows cleanliness guidelines and uses sanitized tools on each customer. The staff is friendly and pays attention to detail. Shes always excited to try new styles and designs. I highly recommend them!

Saw this is one of the few nails spots near me that does dipping powder! This woman did my nails. I have to say she really tries to make each client feel comfortable. I really appreciate the attention to detail, and as long as this dipping powder lasts two weeks... Ill be a regular customer!

I get my gel polish changed every 2 weeks, so I was looking for a salon when I was in Glendale for work. This is the nicest, cleanest salon that I have ever been to. I got a gel polish change and the guy that did my nails took his time and did such a good job. The salon is very spa like- very peaceful and quiet. I will definitely come back here when I am in Glendale.

Les Nail Master is an excellent nail shop. They offer amazing customer service. I have never experienced such great service by such kind hearted people. Until now,they take their time with your service and are so so talented. I recommend them to anyone that needs services done!

I have to say that this is a wonderful nail salon. They really try to please you, and the place is very clean and fresh. They have some great techs too. I go every two weeks and I have never detected any sort of attitude from the manager and staff. Great work Les Nail Master.

Love this place ive been going here for months and they always treat me like family. The nail tech i go to sits towards the front on the end and she remembers exactly what i want all the time which is convenient. I will continue going here regardless of the price. I love the service.

I got my nails done yesterday for the first time and the lady did really good. There’s a little bit of mistakes but they aren’t going to be perfect right? I really like mine. I got square shaped artificial nails with a gel tan color top and ring finger is gold glitter. I like the way they came out, I shall go again soon.

I love this nail salon! First, Im allergic to lots of products so I can only get manicures and pedicures. They last longer than normal. Second, The nail techs are awesome and so beautiful! They always make it a great experience! I will keep going to this place.

Absolutely horrible service, I was explaining what I wanted and the lady that spoke no English said i know before i wad done talking. I asked for longer nails but not too long snd i got short, just about my natural length, polish is not even covering nail and every nail is a different shape. $50 dollars down the drain, so upset I could cry. I do not recommend at all. I am only giving 1 star because I can not put 0

Absolutely amazing place to get your nails and toes done! They have stellar customer service as well as talent! This is my forever nail home! Jenny was my nail tech and she did my nails perfect and exactly the way I like them! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I think the staff is very nice and customer focused here. The quality of work is lacking, however. I have had at least 4 techs do my nails and none of them did a great job. One rushes so her edges are jagged and that causes my acrylic to break. Another doesnt do enough layers or let the gel polish set long enough so it just peels after a week or even less! The man I had once took his time and his quality seemed good until they also started peeling. Maybe just a product issue, I am not sure. Very nice but nice wont keep me coming back to try anyone new anymore. Out of convenience because I have family who come here and love it I gave it numerous tries and I have tried 4 people and a couple of them more than once.

Les Nail Master is amazing. Its the only place I go to get my nails done. Everyone that works there either went to beauty school or nails school, so they really know what theyre doing. I highly recommend going here.

I love this place! Its the only nail salon I would recommend. Their prices are great and they do an amazing job. Ive never had a single complaint with my nails. They definitely make attention to detail a proirity too.

I went to this place based on the reviews and the setting was indeed very nice, as well as clean and the prices were good. But I didnt rate it a 4 or 5 star experience because the tech was pretty sloppy with my polish, even after I asked her to redo a couple of toes. Ill probably go back to try again, because it could have just been an isolated incident.

I will definitely not return. Worst manicure I have ever received. The polish I chose was obviously very old so some liquid was added to it. It never dried and actually slipped right off my nails. Wasted time and money.

I went in on a very busy Sunday. They got me right in got a pedi (gel) and sns dip. My nails look amazing I am so excited. While I didnt get the gel toe color I asked for I absolutely love the color I did get. Unsure why such low star rating but would highly recommend.

I used to go here anout6 8yrs ago. When I called and asked if cindy was still the owner from 8yrs ago I was told yes. So I scheduled with her and it turned out to be Jen 🙄. They didnt let the gel set long enough nor did they do the coffin shape that I had requested. Extremely poor service. I had to spend more money on another place to have them fixed. Every time I come here there’s always something else wrong with the service. The first time I came here they had an attitude about my previous nails from a different shop and complained about having to shorten them for me even though they had clearly grown out significantly and I do not like my nails long.The second time I had came I was getting a back fill and a color change, it took two hours and they weren’t even busy. The lady doing my nails stopped half way to FaceTime her sister, it was not a serious matter and they were laughing on the phone for 15 minutes. She did a horrible job changing the color of my nails, still leaving behind the previous color.And the third time I came to this place they had two clients in the store and four people working, they told me a 15 minute wait and I ended up waiting 50 minutes. For just a polish change. They service here is unprofessional

I’m kinda mixed with this place. I went With my daughter to get pedicures and nails done. The lady I had Not sure of her name was very nice and did a great job on my nails and pedi. The lady my daughter had wasn’t as pleasant but not horrible either. I got a deluxe pedi and fill my daughter got a deluxe pedi and a full set of Stiletto nails. We both got gel color as well. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of their prices. Most places charge a $10 up charge for gel but they charge $15. In addition my services were $60 and my daughters were $90 because she got stilettos which is ridiculous. An extra $30 for stilettos?! It’s not like any extra work goes into those so to charge that is crazy. The services were good but the prices for to high.

Never will I go here again. I went to get a fill, I was in a hurry so I just stopped in and didnt go to my normal salon. Anyway, we started getting my nails done and when she was finished, I noticed that she didnt even push my cuticles back.. I asked about it and she said I didnt need it! What the hell? Of course I need my cuticles pushed back! Thats what gives you the full effect of the nails. Thats what keeps it from growing out to fast. I was so pissed. I walked out looking like I already needed a fill. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I asked my nail tech to soak my nails off, but he insisted on cutting them off and in the process a piece of acrylic hit me in the eye. Two hours later and my eye is red and hurts.

I wanted stilleto nails with a design. The girl put my tips on crooked. It was very obvious. So obvious my 12yr old daughter even noticed. When I showed the first crooked nail (6 out of 10 ended up being crooked) to the girl, she acted like it was normal and kept on going. After she glued all the nails I told her AGAIN that 6 of my nails were crooked so she said shed file them, completely ignoring the fact that I asked her to do them over. Once a nail is glued on crooked, it STAYS crooked. Long story short, I didnt let her finish and the owner, who was in the seat RIGHT NEXT to my girl, acted like she didnt give a crap that I was leaving unhappy and now I have to go someplace else to get them done right.
