The lady kept being really harsh on my nails. and put a star instead of an a. i asked for longer nails and she did them short. but the ladies are really nice.

Loved it and its my second time enter a salon in my life. They worked hard and it was a comfortable experience, the decor is comforting and calming with the beige walls and tile flooring and multiple different style selections for manicures and pedicures.😍

If you want your nails to look amazing ask for COI !!!!! I’ve never loved my nails or nail shape so much until he did my nails . As for pedicures my grandma is 91 years old ! And completely enjoyed her pedicure from Lilly . Definitely our new nail salon

I went a few times before and it was ok. But today Maria did my pedicure and it was really good. She took the time✅, quality✅ and a service ✅😁💯

I have been going here for over a year. Never have to wait to long that is nice and every one that works here is always happy helpful and in good spirits. I like going here and have no plans to go any where else. I love the way they do my nails and now my daughters toes.

The first couple of times I went there I was happy with my pedicure n my eyebrows wax job. But the last two times seal the deal for me to never go back. The first time I got there it was kinda busy so I waited then when people started to leave I was placed to a chair to get my usually pedicure I waited 20 minutes before they turned the water on then this lady n daughter walked in and they was placed right away next to me but they start working on their pedicure so I started to leave n the lady at the front desk said they had an appointment weeks ago okay so I stayed still waiting on them to do my pedicure. I was there for 2hr. The last time the lady file my toe nails down so low I was afraid she was going to take my skin off. Then I asked for a design all the did was put lines on it. I had to go home and make my feet look right. Then you could see one of my foot design very clear but the other foot design you could only see it in the light so in the shade you could barely see that I had a design. So I had to go home n try to more lines on my feet to have a okay design. Then my eyebrows wax wasnt a good job either. I would never go back.

Went in for a quick eyebrow wax and the girl made a mess of my perfectly shaped eyebrows, just need a clean up on the under brow and she decides to reshape my eyebrows removing a good portion of them, if I could give no stars I would,. Do not go here if you have eyebrows you have worked hard at shaping, they do not know what they are doing, that is what I get for poor planning.😤😶

Asked about a full set the girl calls someone and says she will be in. the girl gets there and sits me down andthen tells me oh sorry someone is before you. they should have just told me the wait time. I left. very disappointed in the way they treated people

Yesterday was my first experience here. I had a simple spa pedicure done with french tips. Although the end result is decent looking my experience there was not so much. During the process the gentleman that worked on my feet actually cut the side of my foot... to the point that it actually did bleed a little. He did not say anything and neither did I because I thought mistakes do happen and gave him the benefit of the doubt. When I went to pay however I asked him if I could add a tip on to my credit card where he of course replied yes. the pedicure was a mere $18 and because of the French style I wanted it was an additional $5. I had asked him to add a $5 tip . I am usually an overly generous tipper but under the circumstances of my foot being cut I thought this was more than fair. What took me back, and the reason I am writing this review, is because he completely bawked at the fact that that was all I left. His reaction was to the point that I felt uncomfortable. A customer should never be made to feel this way especially when theyre leaving something extra. I probably would have given them another chance even with the cut incident but with the way this gentleman treated me as I left I will never be returning to this salon.

If you want the very best pedicure, then look no further. This is the best pedicure and foot rub I have ever experienced. P.S. Ask for Joe.

Very rushed sloppy job, my nail are about 3 different shapes and lumpy not smooth at all. I will never go back I work way to hard for my money to get bad service and attitude

The facial is very good, very affordable and super relaxing(Maria).I had my nails done by an older man who was not someone Id go back to( not very good quality to detail) Im trying Maria for the nails next time

It was Labor Day Monday 2013 and I was flying out of town to attend a wedding in a couple of days. My usual salon (Les Nail Masters) is always closed on Tuesday so, not even thinking about it being a holiday, I attempted to get a pedicure that day (flying out early Wednesday). This was the ONLY Salon open in my general area, and I was too busy trying to get prepared to go out of town that didnt have time to go home and research other salons so when I saw that this place was open, I whipped in for a quick pedicure. It was fairly cheap and it was terrible, so I guess you get what you pay for. The guy who did my pedicure was polite, but the other ladies in the salon were chatting and and laughing it up in another language and it just sounded very gossipy and unprofessional. It made me a little uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as my nail tech who proceeded to massage my legs all the way to right above my knees. No one (other than a professional masseur and my husband) has massage that high before. I almost said something, but he wasnt acting creepy about it, he just acted like he was going through the motions and this was the normal thing to do. As soon as he got the part of polishing my nails and opened the color I chose, he apparently had to add something to the polish cause it had gotten clumpy (my bad for not spotting that and choosing a different color). He WAS NOT good a polishing and used a lot remover trying to get his mistakes off my skin (which isnt easy with red). He put the top coat on, helped me into some disposable salon flip flops and ushered me over to these archaic foot dryers that looked like they had never been dusted or vacuumed. I was certain that I would end up with dust particles in my polish, but I didnt really see any. After a few minutes, I had to waive someone over to the counter so I could pay what I owed and I got out of there. I was in hurry to finish up my errands and packing. I was traveling with my mom and husband, and during the flight discovered that my mother and I ended up at the same salon on the same day, at different times (we live in the same area and we both typically patron Les Nail Masters which I mentioned was closed for the holiday). Not 24-48 hrs after our conversation (3-4 days after our pedicures with completely different polishes) both of our pedicures started chipping pretty badly, and its not like we were hiking or doing anything that could cause it. The wedding hadnt even come to pass yet. Luckily I brought a color that closely matched the polish I had on and was able to cover up my chips, but my mother was not so fortunate. She had to completely re-polish he toes herself. Overall, it was not a good experience or pedicure. :-/

All the tools was clean well and and I notice that my technician use new utensils when she fix my nails. Also I had such a good time here because the atmosphere was really relaxing and chill.

Wrong time on internet. Said open to 7pm. They close at 5pm. Didnt file or buff edges. Asked to be gentle. Still very rough. Left my pinky nail damaged. Nails are differnt lengths. Forgot the powder acrylic I asked for. Did gel instead.

They turned me away. I cant understand why a company that specializes in skin &nails would do that? I have provided a picture. Although my hand is not pretty to standard, I thought they could help. Apparently not.

I took my 14 year old daughter in to get her nails done while I got a pedicure. One of her nails was really crooked And she didn’t like how her nails Looked. I told the lady how disatisfy I was with her nail and offered to fix one nail but I wanted the whole set redone. She didn’t care. I paid and left. Will never go back.
