I’m so sad that I have to give them one start. And honestly not even one start. I got my gel x set and I paid $110 for literally press ons. Then one of my youth got a manicure and they cut her. Sad place for services. Place is so beautiful. I think I paid for the picture more than my nails. Hands down is a no for me.

This is one of the best nail salons ive been too. so clean, so thorough, very helpful and friendly employees who arent rough and are very gentle. for lashes and nails they are definitely the best. :) 10/10 recommend.

Came for a Mother’s Day getaway with my daughter. We didn’t have an appointment but the store manager was very sweet and was able to squeeze me in for a pedicure and my daughter for a GelX set. The service was wonderful, the place is beautiful and relaxing. The girl that did my pedicure was very professional and a sweetheart. We will definitely be back. My daughters nails came out beautifully. Overall the service was great and the staff was very professional.

The owners a con-artist who lies and changes prices to get you to spend more, even when you explicitly confirm prices with her. Ladies save yourselves the headache and go somewhere where a con isn’t being ran when you walk through the door. So delighted to find this place and had a great first time experience! Although my friend and I walked in with no appointment and they were very busy, they took our number and fit us in right away when there was a cancellation. Each woman who worked with me was so sweet, accommodating and great at their job. Im so pleased with my nails and happy to find a new go-to nail salon!

Sunny who works there does the best manicure but the customer service and the attitude of the owner is so bad i would never go again. She is incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Worst and most expensive mani pedi I’ve ever gotten! Pedicure included 30 seconds of soaking my feet in the tub, and 10 seconds of scrubbing. The “specialist” was like a toddler in a coloring book- so much polish on my skin and a large area of unpainted nail still showing. Truly embarrassing. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes.

Hands down the worst manicure Ive ever had. Completely unprofessional. No nail soaking, no cuticle softener used. The tech basically filed (with machine) everything from my cuticles to filing off the previous gel mani, she filed my nails down sooo much that my nails will take months to recover. And kept doing so after I told her repeatedly that my nails are already thin, that I can feel the burning on my nails, unbelievable.They are soo thin that the fresh gel mani she put already has cracks all over it due to my nails bending so much. I had to file them again, super short to prevent them from vrokening. Honestly, they dont know what theyre doing & the charge 3x the normal price.

It was nice place and I love my nails, decorating is awesome and lovely and they have a new system to make nails done, the only problem is their team are not able to speak English very well and it’s kind of hard to communicate and make sure they know what you want

Best manicure and pedicures! I love coming here to get pampered. The salon is absolutely stunning and clean which I love. The staff are friendly and are always on top of their work. Definitely recommend coming here! Plus they do an amazing job removing all your cuticle!

My appointment was at 4pm and I didn’t get seated until 4:20-4:30. I was expecting them to be on time, either my luck or they were short staffed. Mary and Susie were very professional and helped me choose the perfect color.

I never write reviews, but feel like people should know before giving this place business. I haven’t gotten a manicure in so long because of COVID but decided to go because I felt that businesses were taking the proper protocols and had the proper equipment in place now.All of the staff were super rude to begin with and second off, there was only one person wearing a mask fully on their face, either they had them off completely or off their noses, and while doing people’s nails. There was also a customer right next to me without a mask on, and that’s ok??Besides from the non existent COVID protocols in place, they did a really bad job on my nails, there was my previous gel polish dust sitting all over the counter and my hands the entire time and then they charged me $65, $10 more then they told me on the phone.Definitely not coming back for multiple reasons and I hope someone from the city shuts them down because this behavior was not ok and safe.

Walked in and the receptionist was not wearing a mask. This is Feb 2021. Not even one in sight. Also none of the techs had their mask on their nose and we are suppose to sit in front of them? What kind of business is this? Never making an appointment here again and no I did not stay

Absolutely love this salon. I had been bouncing around different salons looking for the perfect one and I finally found it. The most important thing for me in a nail salon is consistency and that’s what I get here. I need to know that every time I come they will be consistent with giving me the same great job done and they haven’t disappointed me yet. The employees are also VERY hygienic with their products and VERY professional. I’m glad I found the perfect salon. I would 100% recommend trying this place out for a great nail job and luxurious experience.

It’s sad that I have to give such terrible rating because this place is beautiful and I thought the service would be as well but basically I walked in here and before I even said what I wanted an employee looked at me like disgusted of me and told me it’s closed. But shortly after I walked out, a White girl with a YSL bag walked in asking if they’re open and can give her a gel manicure and they were so pleased to help her out. I called on the phone and they told me they were open as well so idk what the problem was but this is definitely not the way to treat people.

I just want to start off by saying that I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, like beyond picky. I have tried so many different places in Glendale, and I was never 100% satisfied with any of them. But from the very first time visiting Nail’d It London, I was blown away. Their attention to detail, professionalism, incredible talent, cleanliness, and everything else that makes a nail salon an A+.Also, this salon has been following all the health guidelines way before the pandemic, they are ahead of them game, unlike most salons in Glendale.Yes, it isn’t cheap. But it’s well worth every penny you spend.My favorite is Inga, she is so sweet and a perfect tech for all you super picky ladies out there (like me!). But honestly all of them are amazing, no question.

Pink Tax!!! I decided to give this place a try because I love pink. I expected it to be more expensive then the well decorated clean place across the street. Not worth the expense at all ( paid twice the amount for subpar service). The nail tech was rude like she didnt want to be bothered. Im not a talker so that means it was bad.The service was half stepped. This is comparison to normal gel manicures I get and what the lady next to me had done for same service. The nail tech that did my pedicure she was great. Some of the techniques used seemed to be done to cut corners and not be good for nail health. My middle finger is discolored ( permanent ash look) and itchy, this has never happened before. Didnt even offer a drink of water. This place is totally attract you with cheap pink decor getyou in and get you out.

I have been coming to this salon since they opened and can’t imagine going else where! The technicians are all very talented and their work never disappoints, a little more on the pricey side but the atmosphere and work makes up for it!

I would give them a zero star review instead because this was ridiculous! We wanted to do a fill for our acrylic nails and it was $70!

Diana and Marina were wonderful. However, Rude owner. She makes you feel like you’re bothering her with your questions. You need to give them notice in advance of any small changes in the service you’re getting. Over priced and does not make you feel welcomed. Hopefully she treats her employees nicer than her customers.
