When I 1st went to the salon, I received what is honestly the worst haircut I have ever had and thats saying a lot. I HAD long hair and wanted to add a few layers and I ended up with a cross between a mullet and a bob. I was very upset, needless to say, but I commend both the manager, Billie, and especially Audrey the stylist that fixed my hair....as much as she could because it is truly that bad. But they truly took care of me and I cannot thank Audrey enough. I was not ever going to come back, but Audrey definitely gained a new client, that girl can work miracles!

I absolutely HATE my hair! Spent 200 for a color correction and now look like a zebra. My stylist did not listen to me and continued on even when I said that I wasnt happy with the outcome and if there was something that could be done to fix it. And wouldnt listen and refused to help me; kept insisting that she loved it when Im the one wearing it. Ladies I HIGHLY advise anyone whose debating on coming here to move to a different salon. Save your hair.

I have a very sensitive scalp and I have told her just once years back and she remembers it. every single time I go to her she does my hair styling so gently.

I cant say enough about my stylist Lynette Brooks talent to fix and make hair beautiful! She has also been kind enough to work with me through head tremors and a uncooperative neck and still made magic with my hair on multiple occasions and was my go to person to fix my hair after brain surgery. Weve gone from red to blond, to blond with beautiful purple, extensions that look natural and real, to most recently fixing the hack job some other lady did while I was in Missouri. My daughter will be seeing her next for wild cherry red hair. She is a truly gifted and can do it all! The rest of the staff have been friendly and helpful and the location is very clean and well kept.

Really like my stylist BUT when I looked at my hair the next day outside. My gray was redish and not the same as the rest of my hair. She assured me my hair would all be one color. I paid alot of money now have to have it fixed. 😞😞 a friend thought I did it at home haha. Wish I had.
