I came out of Splendid Nails ecstatic about my nails and the service that I was providing. The two Technicians that took care of me were so nice and really wanted to make sure that their work was exactly what I was looking for.They so exceeded my expectations!!! Not only the two technicians that worked on me, all the staff in Splendid Nails, were very professional and pleasant to be around.I love the color and the artwork that was put into my nails. Totally happy!! And just in case if anybody wants to use it I went with the Queen Grape

My nails were super sore and butchered from the nail salon I had gone to before this one and the technician was super gentle and understanding. He did an amazing job. I used to go here more often but then moved and I have continued to go when I get my eyebrows waxed. Well not no more. I had to say no painting my nails after asking for just a manicure and the girl laughed when I said no thank you (twice she laughed). Then I say just eyebrows and the girl laughed and said I must like having a mustache! She is lucky I didnt say anything back and I still tipped her. You shouldnt make people feel self conscious or bully them just to make more money. Never going back. I spent $67 plus $20 tip, so its not like I didnt spend anything there either.

I got a full set acrylic nails by Jimmy! He did amazing and was funny and made good conversation. This is my very first time here and I don’t normally leave reviews but he did such an amazing job I had to say something. If you’re thinking about coming here I highly suggest you do they are amazing! This is a permanent spot for me I will always come here! Thank you so much Jimmy you did amazing. If I can figure out how to post to picture I would post a picture!The rest of the team at this location were professional and really cared about the customers every single customer in the store looked happy! The tech I had was extremely unprofessional. During pedicure he stopped to text on his phone even got up to take a 10min phone call, then rushed the pedi. He was way to hard with the stones he used and kept hitting my ankles really hard. Not sure if he didn’t understand me or he just really doesn’t care🤷🏽‍♀️. When he was using the warm towel on my feet, he tried popping my toes and now one of my big toes hurts and he was not nice in any way when handling my feet (aka putting them in the water and taking them out or adjusting them in the position he needed them in) . Im a massage therapist and work in a spa… this tech should not be working in this industry if he can’t be professional. I’ve come to this place several times and have had good experiences every time except for this time. If the employees had name tags I would tell you the name so you know who to avoid services from. There were other techs that were also stopping their service to be on their phones as well, so I guess if you want professional techs then you may want to go somewhere else.

My granddaughter had me drive across town to go to this salon. Her and my daughter love it. They do a great job and have reasonable prices.

Was in town and decided to go and get my nails done. I was told to go here because they do a great job and they absolutely do. I was lucky to be taken as a walk-in on a Saturday! But trust me when I say that this place gets PACKED.

This place was super fun i went with my mom and I. and we both got our nails and toes done. Jenny was amazing she fixed my mothers toes and did her nails. Everyone here was super nice i really recomend going and nothings overpriced!

My first visit was good. But I have just seen a decline in service since. My nail technician did not listen to my requests and my nails did not come out they way I wanted the too. When giving me a pedi she was not even paying attention and it doesnt even look like I got anything done. I had to go somewhere else to have the work actually done. The get paid per client so everything is very rushed.

Loved it here. After being sat 4 different times,I got an amazing nail tech at the end. I am from out of state and my nails were to heavy, to long and popping off. The designs were stupid crazy. Loved them all.

I have been going here for over two years now. Same nail person jimmy. He does amazing work and when I don’t know what color or design he knows just what to do. I travel 40 mins from new river to splendid nails. They are always nice and also take great care of painting my daughters nails. Thank you

Very nice and friendly staff. They did good work and they are affordable. However, I don’t like how they use the cheap SoftSoap to scrub your feet with. They miss the edges of your nails when painting, and I didn’t like the design.

I have been coming here for over 14 years on and off and am always happy when I leave.

I’ve been here once before and loved the detail and effort they put in but I went three days ago and I’m not happy with their service. My lady rushed my full set the acrylic is crooked and thin, she rushed the color so a couple of the nails look half done. One of my nails broke today and never have I ever had a nail break that easily. Almost none of the workers wear gloves, they don’t wipe anything down after the last person, and all of their trash cans were over flowing. The lack of professionalism was irritating. Then she did my pedicure in like 10 minutes charged me for callous removal and did a horrible job had to repaint a couple of times and after I paid she was out the door because she was off.

The service is great and my nail tech Jimmy is amazing him and Lisa are always so welcoming and nice.

My feet have some very painful deformities in my toes. The soles of my feet are also sore. I let them know but the young man kept grabbing, squeezing and rushing putting pressure just so he could get me done quick. It was unbearable so the owner took over. I paid extra because I needed TLC and she didnt do much better. Too rough with me. I winced and she said it was my fault because there was a lot of work if she was going to go slow. I ordered the best pkg, gave a $5.00 tip. They are there for a fast, easy job. I will never recommend them to anyone, especially people who dont like rough treatment and judgemental remarks. Even a vet is kind to horses and cows.

This place is great! I had broken my acrylic nail when I slammed it in a drawer at work and decided to try and remove them myself.....lets just say it didnt go very well. So I went down to get them removed and to have a them do a full set of SNS nails. I got in very fast and the gentleman that did my nails did a great job and he very nice. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been going here for over a year. They are kind and caring. I love having acrylic nails and sometimes have issues with them. Jimmy is helpful and understanding and I am able to have long beautiful nails. They are worth recommending.

She’s the first one to the right when you walk in and she normally answers the phone! She does any patter you want and or sparkles. Everything here is great and they are also nice! Cuz they are good at what they do! $66 and you can get sns nail manicure and a deluxe (sometimes dream enducing) pedicure in a massage chair they let YOU control. Love this place and the ladies AND GUYS who run it..anyone here is talented even the guys!

LOVE this location. I had my nails done here for 17 years. Amy & Kathy were always AWESOME! I moved to Mesa & stopped going to this location but man do I miss them all. Its been years & I still havent found anyone who can do my nails as good as these ladies. This salon is a rare treasure.

I LOVE the SNS nail polish. Even on my short stubby nails the tech made it look good! Pardon my swollen feet (9 months pregnant) but my nails look Splendid!

They guy who did my nails was not very good so he start off by telling me how do I want my nails and I tell him and he puts them in a totally different way so then he doesnt even ask me if I want them long short he just starts cutting away and he gives me an egg shape on my nails doesnt do the finishing filing part and then sent me on my way to the lady who paints my nails she puts two thin coats on an says finished. SmdhWhole nail experience with this shop was no good like I paid for dinner but didnt get my kiss!So pass this shop up if your looking quality!FromReed bout it

Wish NO Stars was an option. After this sign guess how much my spa pedi and gel mani was....$63. When I asked why they said you have been here before. I said yes this is my second time here. So they said thats just for new customers. I said no the new customers get a free eyebrow wax. Which I did not get last time. Last time I got the same thing and it was $58. I even showed my receipt. They said oh last time you did not have gel, which I did. Then they told me oh the extra $5 is for removing gel polish...didnt they just tell me I didnt have it?? The whole thing is a scam. I got loud the manager refused to get out of his chair and come talk to me so I paid what they said I owed and walked out. OH also their loyalty card which they stamped last time I paid with my credit card, she told me this time she no stamp cause I pay with debit card, only for cash customer. They do not do any better a job then the places that honestly only charge the posted $19.99 gel manicure so find a place that is run by people who understand and speak English, or you too will be sorry!!

Masks are required and you have to sign a waiver. I felt comfortable, good friendly service and fair prices. So Im kind of OCD with the way my toe nails are trimmed. Pretty sure this was the first time ever that I didnt have to come him and try to fix how crooked they were. I will come back for that reason alone lol.

I got a pedicure here and not even 24 hours after I had gotten it the nail polish starting coming off my nails. It is now about a week later out of 10 toes, 5 still have polish on them. Most of those 5 toes left are all chipping.

I went to Splendid nails based on reviews and I was not disappointed. I was seated with someone immediately, and Ricky did a fantastic job. Everyone was nice, friendly and talkative. The prices are amazing too, especially for the quality of the work. I had wounds around my cuticles from anxiety picking that Ricky was extremely mindful of as well. 100% will be going back!

Holly was absolutely rude. She started off great, but when she did a very sloppy job on my nails, I asked her if she would fix it. She just became very rude! Sighing loudly, being overly aggressive taking off the nail polish, and bending a few of my nails in the process- she was showing me that she was very obviously agitated that she had to do this. I told her many times that I have a major event this weekend and I wanted a nice clean look with a particular design. She told me toward the end, Ill do the design after the top coat she finished the top coat told me, $33, your done. And got up and walked away! I have been a manager in the service industry for 15 years. 1.) I would never allow any of my employees to treat someone this way 2.)I dont expect to be treated this way. Oh and when I tried to tell someone I was unhappy, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away.NOT IMPRESSED! and really disappointed to have 1/2 done nails for a big event.
