I absolutely love this salon. My daughters and I have been coming here for a cpl years now and they never disappoint.Y and Kevin have done amazing work. I show them a pic and they absolutely nail it every single time. Today I was there and i asked for a design I have never done and deff outta my comfort zone but Im so glad I did it bc it turned out perfect!!I would highly recommend pampering yourself and your family here. :)

The reviews failed me! Went with my 3 daughters to get a full set for myself and pedicures for 2 of my girls. My full set was super rushed, it was done before my daughters pedicures were even started. My tech was just not nice..and actually told me no when I asked if she can polish my 3 year olds nails since I was waiting. She ended up doing it..Im guessing after she saw my disappointed face and confusion. I was almost forced to pay using Zelle instead of my credit card then overcharged for it. Y is nice but business lookin bad yall!!

Worst experience ever I left extremely disappointed my pedicure and nails were done without care from two different people. Plus they charge an arm and leg for basic designs. Definitely money hungry for anything they can get. Also there never busy weekends I wonder why? I was happy to be the only one there on a weekend but after leaving I now KNOW why. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is a joke 50$ for a full set and they charge if you want long nails I got my nails down Monday today is Wednesday and they are lifting. I was told to get up and wash my hands just to come back and then moving my phone wallet and keys with out even asking. Rushed me out did not once ask if I liked my nails or nothing. Will never go back to this place.

The reviews were miss leading. I only came here because my regular salon was closed. The shape is completely off and the was she cut the nail was very quick. She applied the acrylic in 1 minutes spending no time on them or asking if I liked them. The place all together is expensive. If the nails were amazing I wouldnt have cared. The lady was rude when I asked her if she could file the nail down because it was way to thick. I wanted a nice design but I could tell that if she did the design my nails would come out even worse so I told her to not to the design and just leave my nails. Wouldnt recommend this place at all. If you want good nails try going to my Kim nails. My regular ladys who always do an amazing job.

I was rushed during my gel manicure. I changed my color once before my old polish was off. I asked that my nails be filled down shorter. The man was annoyed and passed me off to someone else. She pulled the wrong color, got annoyed and tried to pass me off again. Apparently, theyre are not there to serve customers. :( sad. Thought this was a good place.

They charge to much for the nails rather they gel or not. They dont even ask you. They press you about tipping them extra after u already tipped. They also charge to use card. They are fast and accurate with whatever nail design you want but wont discuss prices be careful.

I tried giving this place so many chances. I just cant anymore. #1. They always seem like there in a rush #2. They rarely do the design you want #3. There polishing isnt really good, my 10 yr old daughter can polish better. And these last couple of visicharged my debit card for more then what the price was at the salon. They were not perfection me back myal about when I called them. They refuse to give me back the extra money that they took. Im still shocked about what they did

Their hours says closes at 7pm went in at 6pm and they said it’s closed if you close at 6:pm change your hours don’t make people drive over for no reason. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere.

Went there for the first time. Very friendly. Came in for a regular manicure but they tried to push a gel manicure a couple times. Which, business is business, not going to fault them at all. Clean, quiet, they had a movie playing so that was entertaining. They want cash, otherwise they charge 50 ¢ to use your card. Will return! Thank you!

This place sucks. My nails peeled after two days. And they were riping high on the nail and that really hurt. dont go here they are the worst.

I really liked the service at this place and they did a great job on my nails. I’m giving them 4 stars because they left me soaking in acetone for way too long.. I spent two hours there just getting my nails off and a pedicure. The pedicure was done fast which I’m so grateful for the lady that actually cared to take care of me

I did not have a great experience here it started off nice but when there was a miscommunication about what I wanted on my toes as a design the lady got rude with me the decided the couldnt do my manicure because they had appointments which was total bs. I could feel the tension and I was very nice and polite. I usually never leave reviews but I had to this time. Not a happy customer will not be going back here.

I think i payed alot i paid $100.00 one time, I have never paid that much for full set and a pedicure in my life!. So you need to ask before you sit in that chair!!! I really think they overcharge.

I asked for prices because there was none listed. Y was great she told me the prices for my full set and pedicure which I thought was pricey but she was so nice I don’t ever want go go anywhere else. This place is so sweet and caring. I had a last minute appointment and they were so kind about it. They are really professional and clean they also have good prices cause some places are just too expensive. If you are questioning it, please do it because they are so kind and specialize in many different things.

I went there to get a full set & i wanted them coffin, the lady who started doing my nails was filing them way to thin at the top almost like almond nails, i asked her to redo my thumb tips (keep in mind she didn’t put any acrylic or nothing on top yet) and she started yelling at me infront of everyone waving this fake hand with coffin nails on it telling me she knows what she’s doing .. then made me get up and go to a different girl doing nails. the next lady was really nice but i don’t like the nails at all..

Went in for pedicure and manicure late and they stayed late and took their time to do our pedicure. Linda and Y were very friendly and we had great conversation and time. We even got free pizza and water haha. I will definitely return because we had amazing time even thought the store was close we did not feel rushed. Amazing service and good people.

May/2020: Everyone in there had very good energy. It was my first time going and I enjoyed every minute. My nails and toes look great.!! I went in on a Thursday got a full set. A woman named Kim used to do my nails and I didnt see her at all the couple times I went back. Anyways I got a brand new full set and everyday after I had gotten it the nails were so brittle that they chipped or broke on any slight nick of the nail. I went back on Friday and Sunday. I asked if I could get my nails thicker than what they are because they are paper thin and I was told I have to come in AGAIN on Monday and have the woman who did my nails first fix them. I loved this place at first but I should not be spending the rest of my week visiting the same nail salon because they constantly chip.

Very aggressive. Didn’t have have my nail shape which was fine so they did coffin shape and still did bad I wanted a heart on the nails and they came out bad. Don’t recommend this place. Didn’t cover the whole nail and didn’t clean them.

I do not live in the area, but if I did, I would come here all the time! I called ahead to see if they had any appointments for two pedicures, a fill, and a manicure, and thankfully they did. From the moment I arrived in the door, my daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome by everyone there. We were immediately helped and they all did a wonderful job on our requested services.I would highly recommend Belle Nails to anyone who lives in the greater Phoenix Metro area, or if you are just here temporarily, like us. I absolutely love Y she is so amazing I’ve been seeing her for over 16 years!! Her place is so nice and clean. Every time my sisters and I come we feel so welcome. It’s a nice girls day since we talk with the whole staff about “girl” stuff. Always a pleasant experience. We love this place!!

I called this morning to see if the salon had availability later today for a full set and was easily booked to see them at 2pm! I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately greeted upon entrance. The lady that helped me is named “Y”. Y was very nice and started my appointment on time. I explained to her that I wanted pink and white ombré nails. She took her time throughout the whole appointment and was very friendly. I feel like my money was well spent here. I love how my nails look! I will definitely be back with friends.

I went in today for a gel manicure, luxury pedicure, and full face wax. Within 7 hours my “gel” nails had completely peeled off. I went back in and asked for a refund, she refused and said she would “fix it”. I explained I didn’t have time it was 6pm on a Friday and I needed to get home to my family, and that coming back tomorrow wouldn’t help because I came in and spent $130 for a very special event tomorrow morning. Getting actual gems on Saturday would then be impossible and not helpful at all to get them done on Sunday, or anytime after because I need them for tomorrow.The owner belle, who had waxed my face and earlier told me how she owned it and it was named after her. When she was refusing to give me a refund for the gels, she said “sorry I can’t the boss isn’t here” I called out her lie, and she said, well I put this sign up, no refunds, as if that had any impact on this situation where she obviously had done a bait and switch.Don’t go here, they are dishonest. Also the reason they are rated so well, despite being frauds is that, after I paid for all my services belle the owner, asked me to grab my phone before I left and leave her a positive review on google. Which I did. It’s also why I’ve come back to edit that 5 star review to a 1.I’m not a reviewer look at my account, I’ve never left a review for anything before. And I would ha e just reversed the charges on my card and not left this detailed review, except that there was zero chance I was leaving up a 5 star review for someone that scammed me.

Loved, loved, loved my experience. It was my first time at this nail salon, when I entered I was greeted and taken care of right away. During my pedi some of the girls made small talk and complemented my arm tattoo. I was super happy with my gel Mani even tho I only expected it to last a few days before Id clip and edge on something and the edge would come up. I ended up putting up halloween decorations a few days later and had hit my nails several times and thought for sure they were ruined. When I went inside my house and washed my hand I was surprised to see they still looked perfect. So huge kudos to this nail salon. I almost always ruin my nails a few days later. Definitely will be a returning customer!!

I just moved in next door to Belle Nails and needed to find a place closer to me. This place is the best Ive been to yet! I got in right away for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Tina was the person that did my pedi. She was great!! She took her time with everything. She offered me water and even set up the massage chair for me. Y did my eyebrows and she also did a great job! I will be going back....my daughters birthday is in a few days so Ill be taking her there as well. I highly recommend Belle Nails. Very nice people there 🤗

Walked in for a fill and when I walked out it still looked like I needed a fill. Nails are lumpy and filed uneven. They were friendly they just look bad.

I came in asked if they had availability for 2 full sets and 2 pedicures. The owner said yes wewere rushed through the whole time so they could fit more walk-ins and then the entire time the tech kept trying to change my choice in colors and kept complaining and talking to the other lady in a what seemed to be annoyed tone. Got charged for double the service and higher prices. First lady up front didnt know what to charge and then she over charged me and pretended like she didnt know what I was asking all of a sudden. Then she asked me to do a review and put 5 stars like she asked everyone who came in. I would have given her a good review if the service had been better ans they were honest with me. Price changed from techs table to front desk.

I got french tip manicure a week ago and the tip broke off 2 days ago. I called Belle Nails and told them what happened and they brought me in the next day to fix it. I asked for new nail technicians and Y took me on herself and is fixing my toenail for me.

I was very excited when i first got my nails done here... TWO days after... A nail came off. I went in and she fixed it... And did a fill too... But as she did the fill... A couple of nails got filed too thin. So she put super glue underneath... Which also glued them to my skin. After she got that situated i left and LITERALLY broke off one of the super glued nails. The very next day... Another came completely off.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!$$$$$

Will NOT be going back. The nails are way too big for my hand, uneven and the person doing my nails made about every nail bleed. My cuticles are raw and so painful to the touch. HORRIBLE JOB

The ladies were arguing when we first arrived. We had an appointment, but because of all the walk ins they were trying to accomadate. We paid for the top of the line pedicure, that was rushed thru for both me and my friend. Because of not many places being opened we thought we would try belle nails. Based off our experience and how we were treated when we walked in, and the service we received I wont be back.
