I got a regular manicure with acrylic nail polish. The staff were polite. They do a pretty nice hand massage. I wasnt exactly thrilled about the application of the nail polish. I looks messy but nothing that I cant clean myself at home so would I come back, maybe.

When I got my pedicure here, he cut my nail on my big toe and pulled on it, it hurt at the time but I didnt say anything so thats on me I guess but now I have an ingrown toenail from the way he did it. Its inflamed and hurts. Wont be going back

I went in to get a mani. Sat in a chair for 30 minutes while no one helped me. Two other customers came in after me wanting pedicures and manicures. So they took them first. So I got up, told the young lady what I thought of their customer service and they a customer of 2 years. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

They completely ignore me and serviced the ladies around me. Once I made it to the back they say me in a dirty chair with a used pedicure bag. I mentioned it to them and opted out of the pedicure and asked to have my nails removed. The female whispered to the male worker that he did not have to do it he tried to pressure me into getting a full set I told them that their business was dirty and was told that I should have asked the technician to clean the area.

One of the best nail shops in west valley! Good customer service been coming for 7yrs now. MGT Linda is amazing, Billy does amazing Gel nails and Mrs. TINA IS LIFE ON THE Pedicures. Shes been my lady 7 yrs. Love this shop! The hot stone foot massage .... 🔥

The lady thats does eyebrows did a wonderful job and so did the lady that did my pedicure. The guy that did my nails was rough and when cut multiple fingers with the nail file. When he asked what I would like, I told him and al he said was No. Even though he had the product. Half my nails look good and the other half look okay. I will not be going back here to get my nails done again.

The gentleman that works here is phenomenal..great attention to detail.. strongly recommend..been to other places recently, and hands down this place is my favorite

Received terrible customer service! Tried to tell me I have a natural piece of glitter in my nail. I also had glue all over my hands. Continued to go through with a broken nail, didnt care to fix, until I brought someone else with me. I also got a pedicure, was five minutes long, too fast, didnt massage my I feet. I am a very unsatisfied customer, I will NEVER come back.

When going to this place, ask for price up front. Prices posted are not true. If you have an issue, good luck trying to resolve it.I also witnessed them reuse tools on customers prior to sanitizing them in between each customer.

A bit sloppy around the skin but the guy doing my nails talked to me most of the time. Completely empty though.

Very bad service unsanitary and extremely expensive 60 dollars for a full set, I clearly read a price of 20-25 dollars on their signs. My nails were definitely not filed down enough they are bumpy and my fingers have polish on them(I only wanted him to paint the nail bed not my fingers ) Not only that but they were very rough I was left with 3 different cuts where they file on the skin. I would at least expect them to clean my fingers from all the extra polish.Make sure to ask for prices before asking for anything but I would consider all the other reviews before coming here. Never again...

Worst job of doing nails that i have ever had. They were lifting off with in 2 days and 3 broke off the first week. Dont go here

Last month I came one day for full set and they said they don’t have the material just because they’re close 30 minutes after.It’s just around my home so today I came for refill and they said don’t have time for refill 🙄 seriously I dont know if its rasism or bad luck

I read the reviews and still decided to give them a chance. Kinda wishing I hadnt. Granted the man that did my nails overall did a good job but he was non-stop on his phone. Even walked outside to talk on his phone knowing I was waiting. Then overcharged me. I dont think Ill ever be back

This is my absolute favorite place to get my eyebrows done. my brow lady is the bomb. since the very first day i let her do them ive been back ever since. ill let them grow to a bush on my face ( like today ) before i go to anyone else. highly recommended.

This place is the only nail salon open right now so I took a chance. The place is filthy, they dont use clean towels to put your hands on so youre touchy a filthy table. The guy was rude and my nails are uneven, tge polish looks ugly, even the the nail drying station is filthy. Never agai

Terrible service! Waited over an hour and a half to get my nails done,(only one lady ahead of me) the man working there is very rude! Very annoying! No manners! Very loud! This place is dirty and they lack customer service!

The manager did my nails and its not professional at all, he was on a live feed on his phone, laughing out loud so much he cut me on 3 fingers, went back to get them redone by someone else, she did a terrible job too, shes sweet save your money. Not going there again

Got gel mani and regular polish for my toes. I was not at all pleased. She removed the polish from my toes with the small drill until my toe nails burned. The massage hurt my feet. It was not at all relaxing.For my hands, the gel got on the sides of my fingers and started peeling immediately. Cuticle was not fully removed. She also left a big space from my cuticle to where the polish actually begins. My fingers look messy. I will never go back!

Just dont go Period. Dont recommended. Waist of money and table service.

Worst place ever! Now I know why I never went to this place and I live very close. Nails were so uneven and he didnt even file them right. He said I came in with my nails that way.. Hmm even I did arent you suppose to fix them?? (which I only went in for a fill) I told this guy that I wanted someone else to fix them and he instead that he would fix them. No I told him 3 times that I wanted someone else and he kept trying to grab my hand... Hmmm NOOO... You messed them up already. I walked out without getting them polished. I payed him $20 but I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! UGH and my hands smelled so bad like cigarettes 🤦 (I dont smoke) HORRIBLE

Horrible! Will NEVER go back! The pedicure was ok but the guy who does your nails was rough and did not do a good job. He went too far up over your nail bed to where your hair gets caught under it when washing/combing your hair. My friend that went with me had the same exact experience as me, so it wasnt just me. I only came here because my nail place was closed but next time, Ill just wait for them to open!

I got a full set & it looked good when I left but it lasted less than a week before 3 nails broke & the paint was chipping on almost every nail. I’ll never go here again .

Horrible experience. Had a gel manicure done and got Polish on my finger. So I asked him of he could get that off and he got some off but the Polish was all over my fingers around my nails. After I get in my car the Polish was already peeling. I went back in there and told him about it and He said they dont do refunds even if I am not happy. Will never go back here again. Complete waste of money.

I went yesterday nearly an hour before closing with no clients in the shop and asked to come back today which I did. Worst service ever. My nails are uneven and messy. Polish either caked on my cuticles or not far enough to reach my cuticles. I gave her $25 for a overpriced $21 nail polish then she kept my change I had to ask for it back 4 times I’m not tipping for bad service I will not go back again

HORRIBLE! I took my niece here so we can get our nails done, they got us in quick! But boy were do i begin the sign on the outside for a manicure special is outdated! They told me they havent changed it since 2015. They kept changing the price adding additional 5 bucks constantly. I ended up also getting a pedicure which the polish was messed up I pointed it out and instead of fixing it she put a glob of polish on the part that was scraped and said pay first. My niece had a nail that was missing a little polish. Please dont go here waist of money and they dont care about customers there is a shop on the other corner right next to little ceaser.

Worst place ever... If I could give a negative rating it would be negative -100. A friend of mine took me there to get my nails done last year and they have me fungus on my nails I dont think that they wash any of their utensils at all before reusing. Waste of money and they charge a lot for poor service. I got the clear gel and the same day looked like they all were shattered, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN I SUGGEST U DONT EITHER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I asked to have two tips replaced for two nails that needed it. Instead the fill was done. I even asked several times throughout the process.

Dont get your nails or pedicure done by the man in this place! He does a terrible job! I translated for a lady that was not happy with the job he did and he argued and yelled at us! Everytime I come in there is an unhappy lady with him!

If they took their time they would do a great job, but the lady was too in a hurry to take a smoke break.

This place is not about their money they take FOREVER to help you they are always to busy on their phone ... went in and there was no customer just a lady getting her nails done 2 ppl working one lady doing the lady’s nails while the other one was stuck on her phone doing nothing I went in to do my eyebrows something that takes 5 minutes took them an hour i don’t understand why she couldn’t just do my eyebrows and then go back to doing the lady’s nail I don’t think the customer would of mind if you ask don’t recommend this place at all it shouldn’t take long !!!!

I went in to get my eyebrows done, little room they take you in to wax is dirty, the way they have it set up is so uncomfortable and unsanitary. Doesnt seem like they wash the stuff they use. Plus, she ruined my eyebrows and when she was done didnt even show me them because she knew she ruined them. Waste of money never going back!!
