Swiped my card used the machine for 3 minutes and got charged $12. good thing my bank was able to file a claim and will get reimbursed. I Recommend to use cash and not trust card machine. Thank you.

Absolutely the worse self service car wash experience I have ever had in my almost 40 years of owning, and maintaining my car.I will highlight some of the value add items they do have at this location. The automatic car wash cage I did not use on this visit, but does appear to possibly be a better option than the self service option I did use during my visit today.I believe the cost was $16.95. Im not certain if that was a monthly pass or one time. If its not monthly please do yourself a Huge favor, go to Francis and Sons to secure a monthly pass for around the same price. If Francis and Sons is not a good fit for your needs the you may find Raceways Monthly pass beginning at $9.95 a better fit for automated service.THOUGH KEEP IN MIND, I did not use the automated services at Weis Guys car wash today I did in the past use both Francis and Sons, and Raceways 3 minute automated services with the auto renewal feature. I found both effective at do what they are intended for, washing my car.I would be remiss however if I failed to highlight Francis and Sons Car Wash a bit more because they are so very much on point with what they do.Location in Tempe, new build, bathrooms spotless and available for use. Car mat wash-vaccum stations, vending area, Free Vacuum Stations, typical of most car wash facilities, automated wash rack for cars and trucks, entire facility and wash tunnel is spotless.I need to point out that if you are merely a price shopper and lowest price is more important to you, they may not be for you. However, if it is value, quality, and pride of ownership that pushes your button, the Francis and Sons will not disappoint you.You should get what you pay for.Unfortunately I found Raceway, I used the one on Indian School Rd and 51st Ave, run down, old equipment, vaccum system often broke down, the was tunnel was in disrepair, though was charged full price anyway. It was over a week to have tunnel repairs completed. This location often does not have any towels for drying vehicles at times. In fairness to the business I have to make a point that the reason is folks that use them when they are available, the throw them out in trash bin at every vacuum station, or take them with them upon their departure.FOLKS, PLEASE DO REMEMBER TO PLEASE RETURN THE DRYING CLOTHS PRIOR TO DEPARTING.The vacuum cleaners are not wet/dry type of vacuum systems. If you are not certain please ask a staff member to prevent damaging the system.This type of commercial vacuum is a dry type only system. The filter system is composed of multiple banks, or rows of dust filter bags designed to protect the motors from debris and micron size particulates. This type of design also prevents increased air pollution by capturing the very fine particulate matter rather than releasing it openly into our, already overly burdened environment.OK, now back to Weis Guys Car Wash, and Dog Wash Station and Play Yard.

Came to this location specifically for the carpet shampoo and spot remover but wasnt to happy with the machine. Barely any suds to lift the dirt and spots. On the other hand the car wash was excellent with many working functions even an air dryer.

Location is not the best but when you need to vacuum up your car and you dont have another option in the area .. kinda busy at certain times .. not far from downtown Glendale and was really clean. Change machine works you have the option to use your debit card at the bay and the sprayer works as well as the brush was brand-new. Also easy to enter and exit.

The water is hard and stains the paint. The price is average, as are the wash options. The vacuums are coin operated (? ), which is odd in this age, but hey, get money. Cant get a good engine cleaner, better off doing it by hand.

One of the best automated wash hand dry places in the valley.

Maybe fix the vacuums...not one worked and I wasted my time and money. Not recommended.

Low water pressure on all the facilities to wash a car of course where I washed my car at it didnt say that and so I went to wash it and literally got no water pressure so I lost out on that money they dont keep up on their equipment here

Love the debit card swipe you use what you need and it just charges you after the fact thats good when you have a big truck and I also used the dog wash its fenced up just in case you kids hate the water and decide to hop off the tub and want to escape lol

It is a bit too expensive for a car wash that you are doing all the work. I believe it was $5 for 5mins 30 seconds. I had to use another $5 just to wash the soap off the car. Nevermind going there again. In my opinion! Not worth the time n money.

What an amazing experience is very refreshing to know that there are still people like the owners of this business still existing. I went there to wash my car and mind you they have the best car wash ever they have every single type that you need in order to get your car fully clean maybe a little bit too expensive but however it was worth it. However buy a Armor All and a air freshener the kiosk was not working and it took my money so I left a note and to my surprise this morning the owner called me and full refund of my money * 2 and was the nicest man Ive ever talked to in a long time this place is truly a Mom and Pops kind of place to be I will never take my business anywhere else thank you guys Wise Guys sincerely Kimberly

That day it was nice and clean in and out no problem.

We use the dog wash at this location. However sometimes its really dirty so we have to wash the area before we can walk the dog. But it is convenient and it does work I just did four stars because of how dirty it usually is

Great car wash weather you use the drive thru or the self serve. The vacuum cleaners actually work; and they have a carpet cleaner along with the spray air freshener. Check them out you will be happy that you did.

The short man was really nice but the other tall white fat man was extremely rude not only to us but to his coworker

It took a couple couple minutes for the foam brush to kick in. By that time I had to add more money. Also the transition from soap to rinse on the sprayer wasnt immediate. Ended up running out of time, spending way too much money.

You get what you pay for their Im waiting the machines work perfectly and they do a thorough job. I have one problem where I put a dollar and get an air freshener and I can get my product so I left a note on the managers window and it wasnt a week later I had a letter in the mail with $5 in tokens to get my car wash and free of those little tree things for my car and then I got a phone call making sure that I was pleased with how they handled it so very very v pleased with the service

Dude I paid 15 dollars for a platinum to get a car wash I wouldnt have even paid for. The guys were nice but I had to detail it myself, and now lets hope to god I can buff this paint off but some of the paint is now completely gone.Update the machines and tools you work with.

Cost me a dollar to vacuum the car out and get rid of all my trash so thats cool. Its right by family dollar too so if you need something cheap for the car its right there.

Was a little upset I was charged twice but after a call everything was all worked out and Im happy.Have been using them for years they have the best self serve wash Ive seen hands down!

I was there for about 15 minutes left at 5:30pm. Took my dog to there dog wash. Ask the 2 men there if the water is warm otherwise i would of washed her.. Put 10$ in cold water of course say they have 3 diffrent kinds of soap its all the same and the blow dryer is cold air 😒 what a horrible experience we had.. Once she was done she pooped... I went to go ask them for a bag maybe and my change back because there stop button dosnt work so it took all my money and they were no where to be scene... There sign says they close at 6pm... Never going to go back here ever..

“Rinse” water is actually soapy water.Too expensive $9 for 10mins, no option to pause the timer so you can scrub/shampoo your dog.Poor/low water pressure.

I wasted my time going there because of some fake reviews, but no live person work there. Absolutely everything is self served. You have to pay even for the vacuum that you do yourself. Anyway, I went there because of some false advertising that told me that they do hand car wash, but thats not true at all.
