Terrible place. Every time I come here the pumps mysteriously stop working. Has happened on multiple occasions. Just go to the chevron across the street

Destiny, who works night shift at store 91 was amazing, has a personality you could only hope to find everywhere, she was very helpful and super nice, also presented herself how a responsible employee should represent the company they work for. 5 stars for me thank you.

I only ever came here for the water machine. 30 cents for a gallon, at least that is what it used to be. Today I paid the same price and got 2/3 of a gallon for the same price. There is a Water and Ice store a mile away on Olive. Head there, they charge less and give you the full gallon.

Staff were very nice and polite here. They had what I needed and bathrooms were okay, not the best, but okay. Seems very spacious inside store and fuel prices were fair. It was just a quick stop for us, fuel, pouches and bathroom. Location is great, its nearby the freeway which a huge convenience for us.

I request cash back and didn’t receive. I called an hour after I left town Was told I had to speak with a manager to which they took down my number I tried to call for three days, when I came back in town and the manager told me there was nothing he could do about it and that was my problem. Even though the cashier remembers. It was only $20 but the manager was very rude and Arrogant.

Super rude staff. I was waiting for an Uber here with a friend and (shocker) it was hot so I went inside to ask for a cup of water. I waited in line to ask for a water cup, but the clerk said they were out. So I asked if I could have a small regular cup. He said he would have to charge me. I told him “you know, it is illegal in Arizona to refuse somebody water?” and he replied “you can have water- you just can’t have a cup” and laughed.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use the womens facilities due to cleaning schedule. Cashiers stated the facilities were closed for the night due to being cleaned for the night.

Attendant put my $20 on a different pump. The lady on that pumped pumped all my $20. Attendant admitted he made a mistake & then the other attendant said i had to pay again if i wanted gas. Very disappointed & I had my child with special needs in my car. The card reader was not working so i had to walk in. 4 times i had to walk in to ask what was going on. I will NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I HAD TO TAKE MY SON OUT IF THE CAR TO ARGUE WITH THEM TO PUT $20 ON MY PUMP. IT CAME OUT MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. JD & JESSE WERE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & MADE REMARKS ABOUT ME HAVING TO GET MY SON OUT THE CAR. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. ENDED UP THAT 2 WOMEN PAID THAT $20 BECAUSE THE ATTENDANTS WOULDNT GIVE ME MY $20. SHAME ON SHELL. THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT. THE ATTENDANT ADMITTED HE MADE THE MISTAKE. SHAME ON SHELL. SHAME ON YOU

Right across the street from a Chevron with 3.09 regular and the sign on the shell sign says 2.99 and in small letters with dimmer backlighting it says “with cash” which on a card came to...you guessed it, 3.09 well done Shell. If you can’t beat em decieve em.

I dont leave reviews but Im tired of this gas stations gas pumps. The gas card reader at the pumps do not work they ask you to see the cashier everytime. Ive been having this prob with this gas station for years now and wont be coming back, I will just go to the gas station on the other corner(chevron). Its a hassle when ur in a hurry. I tried my Chase card and Wells Fargo...... Fix ur stuff shell!

Gas and a nice little store to accommodate your needs. The craft beer on tap up front is a nice little touch.

The gas is superexpensive. Even though they overcharge for gas they still cant maintain the location. Every pump is broken and is carved full of graffiti. After trying 4 different pumps I left and went up the street to QT where they charge 45 cents less per gallon and have functional pumps.

This place will not give air for a flat tire. At least not the big over weight Mexican from this morning. Go to the gas stations on the corner of 91st & olive instead.

Sucked. Guy was rude. Needed a cup of ice cause my kid hit his hand and was swelling. Charged me for a soda. As i left i think he just pocket the buck. It sure not a QT or circle K

Beyond upset at the lady that works here. Why would they advertise that they have beer on tap if not one person working ever knows how to fill it up. Not sure why I even try, but everytime Ive been here they give me some excuse why they cant fill up my growler. Well today my fiancé went in to fill up my growler, and after nothing but grief from the lady named Lisa, she left with a growler 10% full. Literally maybe enough for one 8 oz glass, from a growler lol. She then went back to show her and Lisa got an attitude. Finally someone took care of my fiancé, but its not like she went in asking for something thats not offered. I will be following up with this because its flat out ridiculous that a customer would be treated like this. Especially when they offer the product. Its like going in and getting screamed at for trying to buy a pack of gum! Lisa has no business working in a setting like this if she cant handle being around people.

Their gas is SOOOOOO over priced!!!What makes Shell think their gas is worth so much more than other stations is far beyond my comprehension!!!

They always advertise the gas for 10 cents cheaper on the sign thats near the road but when you actually get to the pump or pay inside its always more expensive than posted on the sign by the road.I have brought it up a few times to the employees inside but they always act like they are unaware of this and never go to fix the price.I think they should atleast give us the gas for the cheaper price that is listed on the sign if they are just going to leave it like that all the time.If you ask me thats false advertisement.

The pump screen is jacked and you can’t see anything. This gas station needs to update those pumps.
