I was overcharged for a car wash and detail. My vehicle was covered in mud so I knew I was going to get charged extra. When I saw the price I thought it was overpriced but figured it would be worth it. I was so wrong. There was still mud spots on the outside, water spots on the car, dirty mirrors. The inside dash and doors were dusty. It doesnt even look like they vacuumed. I should have drove back and had them fix it, but I didnt want to deal with it. The waiting area was even bad. It was old and dirty and hot in there. Needless to say I will never be back.

My siblings come here for their car and I assumed that it would be good because they recommended it. I should’ve read all the reviews before I even go. My sibling said it was good 2 times but now the way that they see my car, they weren’t very happy with it and decided not to come back anymore. I wasn’t happy with the service. I thought I suppose to get carpet inside shampoo but instead, it look like they just vacuum . And it was still dusty. My seats was not clean. And don’t let me start on the outside either. I can go on and on! All I can say is I wouldn’t come back that’s for sure. And wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered the VIP for 39.00 . Will NEVER go back. Wasn’t vacuumed very well, didn’t wipe down the interior, my rear view mirror and outside mirrors were all spotted. They did a job that I could of gone to the Costco car wash and would have been better and cheaper. Don’t waste your money here.

Its good for a quick car wash.While they did do an excellent job on a seat I needed clean, the vacuuming and cleaning interior needs improvement. While they did put the shiny stuff on tires they did Not do the running boards line I asked. The 2 guys taking my car and cashier were very polite. I did not see those working on interior so cant remark on them. It was a 50/50 job. Some weed great others needed improvement.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCEI paid $40.00 to ensure interior was wiped down in addition to standard service. They said it would take-30 min. I was fine with that knowing what all needed to be done.In 15 min was called to car. Streaked windows (was told it was the glass). I went to get in and driver seat still had debris on it. I requested they vacuum again.Bottom line not worth 40.00 and attitude was unprofessional

The first time I came a few months back, the guy laughed and said he couldnt vacuum the dog hair. He said he would try and definitely didnt as Ive done a better job myself. I decided to try again and this time paid for a pricier wash so they would spend extra time on the interior. As I pulled away, I noticed that the dash and screen were still dusty. I went right back and the larger gentleman rolled his eyes, questioned how much I had spent and begrudgingly walked to get a towel to fix it. When I got home, I noticed the passenger side windows hadnt been wiped. Shame on me for believing they would do better. Never again.

I’m typically not one to complain but would someone remind me again what I paid nearly $20 for?? My car looked EXACTLY the same as it did when I arrived. Windows streaked and not even close to being clean, the inside had not been touched by a vacuum. I must have been the last customer of the day and it shows.. 0/10!

Car was not clean inside or out. Windshield had bug spots still on it. Hood had bird poop stains still on it. Inside was not vacuumed Thoroughly and I pulled several pieces of dirt and Debris out from under both front seats as I was digging out my phone that I dropped between the seat and the console. I hadn’t even left the car wash yet but I didn’t feel they deserved a second chance to clean it correctly. For a 35.00 car wash, I was very disappointed and will not be going back!!

Very displeased with my recent visit and the reason for 2 stars is due to the politeness of the associates. I am a first time customer who will not be back for another wash or anything else besides my refund. I came here because I did not want to put the labor into washing my car like I have always done, so I decided to treat myself to a full service experience. It started off very humorous as I pulled into the back of the establishment by mistake. I was redirected to the entrance by the staff. I was greeted and addressed to wait as other customers were being assisted. When it was my turn, I was offered the ultimate wash (which I was already planning to purchase) and then I was upsold on their detail service. I agreed to this and complet e my payment. Upon receipt of my car after they had supposedly treated me to the ultimate wash, I was immediately not moving forward with my detail upsale. Pics are attached of the dust that was left after they wiped out the interior. Other pics depict the water spots and dirt still left on outside of my vehicle. I also did not receive my cherry scent that was part of this ultimate wash. Very poor job Francis and yo sons.

I took my 2013 Kia Optima in for detail cleaning. My car was parked in a stall. The staff drove it to the prep area and did not retract the mirrors. Subsequently, one of the mirrors became damaged. The staff tried to hide it when I picked up the car. After weeks of going back and forth with the manager, Bo, they wanted to offer me services instead of paying for the replacement of the damaged mirror. The charges were only $200. This place has aweful customer service. I will NEVER go back there again.

For almost $300 I expected my car to be spotless and there are several areas that were sloppily cleaned I also paid for a headlight restoration which kind of looks worse than it started off as. Avoid this place. While the workers are nice, its sloppy work. Completely overpaid and my stomach hurts.

Worst car wash ever I just paid $50 for a hand wash and I’m now sitting in my garage cleaning the mess they didn’t take care of in the first place and even the mess they caused. I have Armero from the tires are splattered down the side of my truck on both sides because they didn’t properly wipe down the tires they didn’t clean the rims at all totally dirty. Water spots everywhere windows are filthy and they didn’t even vacuum the seats. I do not recommend this place at all it is absolutely terrible and they do not care about their job or the service they are trying to provide

Just went through here since Im killing some time. The guy finishing my car did a great job and got every nook and cranny. I go down the street to the store and look in the back, they didnt even vacuum the back seat. Food is still everywhere, very disappointed.

Manager and two workers were to in a hurry to close the carwash 5 minutes early. My car was not vacuumed properly the interior was not wipe down properly even after I gave the manager a 10 dollar tip and asked nicely if he could clean at least the interior good the outside was also poorly done I imagine thats why they don not have much business I WILL NEVER COME BACK I can do a better job at the express wash for half the tip I gave them. Definetly not worth $23.99 plus the $10 dollar tip.

First time there, and signed up for the second from the priciest option. VERY GOOD job. Vincent was the young man that detailed out my car. Did a very good job. I couldnt be more pleased. I did get a little of the upgrade speech when I first got there, and it was pointed out that I had a chip in the windshield. They took my choices in stride and I never felt hounded.

SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS! First time going and will not be coming back. Asked if the ultimate wash included vacuuming and the attendant outside had said yes, also asked the cashier and got the same response. Got home and it looks like they didn’t even vacuum at all. I was the only car there in the morning so not sure why it seemed like it was rushed. Water spots were left around the car and certain areas seemed to not have been touched at all. Not worth $40 I spent on getting it detailed.

We purchased a private party used car for our daughter and left it at this location for detailing. There was miscommunication regarding the pickup time. Mike, the manager, was apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The car looks amazing and we are incredibly pleased with their service and quality. We highly recommend Mike, his team, and the incredible service of Francis & Sons.

Great wash and friendly service

TERRIBLE! I just left my vehicle here today for a full detail. $140 PREPAID so I asked for partial refund. I dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up at 4pm. They refused to refund me my money and instead offered me to bring back my vehicle for a re-cleaning. There is no way I would EVER bring my car back to this service shop. The quality is unbelievable.

Took my truck to the Bell Road location for a total detail. Unbelievable!!!! As nice as the day I bought it new. I never thought anyone could get all the dog hair out, but its spotless.

This place is the place for a quality experience for your car. I drive a Mercedes benz and I dont like the machines, here they hand wash my car, take the time to vacuum, tire shine... and gether looking beautiful for work again.Im very picky, and they have made me very happy. Weve only taken our car to them.You can trust your car to them. Talk to them, tell them exactly what you need... then go inside, pay for the service you chose..Now you can relax and pay $1 for a 5 minute chair massage while you wait or watch TV. Great experience

My first visit...hand wash only...when I called yesterday I was assured it would be washed in the shade. No shade. The gentleman that wrote up my order wasnt exactly friendly either. Hes the one that pointed out where the car was going to be washed and clarified...no shade. I had to wipe down the wheels after I got home as they were unattended to. For $35 bucks and a $6 dollar tip I suppose I was simply disappointed. Probably my first and last visit unfortunately.

Was rushed through, during a morning, when I was the only suv in the wash. I still had bug splatter on my hood! I dont recommend this location, but have had great experiences at their others in the valley.

We I pulled up, it was hard to hear the guy and I rolled up my window waiting for them to tell me to pull up to go through the car wash and one of the guys yanked my door open instead of knocking or just trying to get my attention and told me I need to go inside and pay. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Was not even given an estimate on how long my car would take when I have things to do. On top of that they had not even told me exactly what would be done to my car. I had my personal stuff lying around my car and didn’t even get the chance to grab it before they took my car through the car wash. Definitely will never come here again.

I have never received a worse car wash in my life. I actually had to take one of the rags from the worker and go to work on my vehicle myself. After awhile I just decided to leave this business and go home. When I got there I started to look at my vehicle and saw that I might as have well done it at home, I would have done a much better job. Everything and I mean everything looked like it had just been superficially gone over. When I started to work on it again wiping it down there seemed to be a sticky substance all over my paint job and the windows. It took me a couple of hours of rubbing the exterior paint job and cleaning my windows to get it near passable to what I had expected this car wash to do for the money I paid them. I wouldnt recommend this car wash to anybody that cares about their vehicles interior or exterior. In my opinion this car wash shouldnt even be in business. Good luck if you go there.

I want to give Mike and his staff a big sincere THANK YOU for the excellent detailing job they did on my car. It was over and above what I expected and asked for. What you cant always find in this industry today is a service staff that will take great pride in their workmanship. I was blown away when Gilberto took it upon himself to go over and above my expectations just because it looked better and needed to be done. Francis and Sons can be assured that they have gained a loyal customer out of me. Mike - as a manager, you run a tight, well-oiled staff that clearly loves their jobs and thinks out of the box, from Frederico and Jordan at the front end to Gilberto and the others at the finish. I dont hesitate to recommend this location for service done right. These guys have my respect and my business. I have already referred many of my friends to this location. Thanks to all of you!

Overall my experience was pleasant. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival with friendly conversation, then informed of the different car wash packages. I decided on the VIP package, which I highly recommend as they pretty much do the car from bumper to bumper, inside & out. Its not the best car wash Ive ever had, but nor is it the worst. They werent busy at all, but were extremely quick. I was hoping they would take their time and do a very thorough job, but it was rushed through the process as though it was a Saturday afternoon and this was on a Thursday morning. There were only a few things I had to point out to redo, for the most part they did a pretty decent job. The price was average, however, they seem to always run specials to make it worth the visit. My visit was with a $4 discount! I give this place three stars because of an overall good/average experience, and wouldve gave four stars if they took their time a bit more on my vehicle. I recommend giving Francis & Sons Car Wash a try!

I called a bunch of places prior to deciding on trying this place out. I felt they seemed professional and would get you taken care of, and at a great competitive price for carpet shampoo, so I came here. The staff was friendly. I asked both the man who took the keys and the cashier to call me when it was ready, and they both confirmed. 3.5 hours later, nothing. I called them and they confirmed it was ready.When I walked up to the car I immediately noticed a small dent and paint ding on the driver side door (which I clearly would have seen every time I get in the vehicle, but didnt see before I left the keys in their hands) the cleaning wasnt very great and still had patches of crusty dirt in some places on the interior. Seats were definitely not vacuumed as I still saw some crumbs on it. The worker staff was very friendly and cleaned it right up when I pointed it out to them.Since I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked a worker if I could see security footage if anything happened on premises. He said yes, and went to get the manager. The manager ended up saying lots of interesting things like we are changing systems so we dont have cameras set up (there definitely were physical cameras, at least) and there were no cars near it and people usually dont see dings until the dirt is cleaned off. All statements were pretty ridiculous, especially since a paint chip and DENT look completely different than some dust along the driver side door.Without footage I cannot prove their guilt; but, at the same time, they cant prove their innocence.Hard to see the dent from this angle but I assure you it is there.

Literally the only person there getting my car washed (Covid-19), so its not like they were busy...15 minutes and $30 later i could have had the same wash going through an $8 drive thru anywhere. Interior wasnt even touched, vacuumed yes...but windows were worse (super streaked) and dash, console wasnt wiped down at all. Super disappointed.

Need to pay a big - high attention on training the employees. As high tittle they are as serious business it is. Big branch Francis & Son but runs its as family business. it is unexceptional at this time of century.

Worst experience ever! They had my car for over 5 hours for a interior detail that I had a scheduled appointment for and showed up and more then an hour early to leave my vehicle there. Then I was in The area and drove by after my appointment time and my vehicle was In The parking lot untouched and there were empty bays. Came back after 4 hours to find my car In the bay with the back end and every door opened with no one working on it. With about 4 to 5 guys workings standing around using their phones and talking. Then a lady showed up and continued to work on my car all alone while the rest of them just stood there. Then when she finally finished my Windows were all spotted and my car would not start the battery was dead I’m assuming from having all the doors opened for hours and all the inside lights on. I talked to someone inside regarding my concerns and he didn’t seem concerned at all and never offered an apology. I won’t ever go back there. Zero stars

After reviewing several locations I found this location which gave me the best deal for my detail today ! I called Jackson’s and the new Cobblestone on Bell rd which is seriously over price ! I spoke to the manager Mike a very nice man who explained the detail to me over the phone and offered me a great deal if I came down today.I was greeted by Manny very polite and professional who took care of me I knew the detail would take several hours and I left allowing them all the time needed to complete the job. The overall experience was amazing the cashier was so sweet and advised me that she would call me when my car was ready.Several hours later I received a call that my car was ready again greeted with such polite workers In detail Ralph went over the detail with me and showed me what was done I was amazed and happy my car was clean I thank him and was very happy with the work her did on my car. I highly recommend this location as the whole staff are friendly polite professional al people. I saw some bad reviews just like any business but all the positive reviews are amazing I tell everyone go see Mike and the staff on Bell Rd for the most amazing service and friendly people !!! Took my car this morning to get wash talk about amazing service ! Was greeted by Jordan the service writer who was so friendly early this morning and Manager Mike took car of my car this morning and I was in and out off to work with a clean car! Everyone so friendly early morning from the workers outside the cashier inside and management very friendly place and best of all quality clean car!!! Highly recommend this location!!!

I took my truck there to remove some paint from the body and they did a good job. While I was there they talked me into a full detail and engine cleaner. I went this week to have it detailed and it looks really nice. But I paid $275 and they never cleaned the dash cover or really cleaned the windows completely. The engine and the whole thing are literally just armor-all everywhere thats plastic. Also the brake and gas pedal were still covered in mud from before I took it in. I had a 4 socket adapter for all gadgets as well that worked when I got there and not when I left. I tried taking it to auto zone to replace the fuse but it still wouldnt work. Honestly I could have done a better job at home just for the cost of 3 or 4 bottles of armor-all. Not worth the $275 I paid and then the $15 it cost me to replace the cigarette lighter adapter. Not to mention they never cleaned the bed of my truck either. I would have to say this place is below average on their service. I spent nearly 4 hours in a uncomfortable plastic chair waiting for it to be done too. I wont go back. I can do a better job in my driveway at home.

I was thrilled to find a car wash that is so friendly! Not only did they do a great job on my car, which hadnt been cleaned in 6 months! They were also quick, from pulling up to driving out took less than 34 minutes! Excellent service and reasonable prices, will definately go back!

They do a pretty good job on car washes. Prices have really gone up with no competition. Wish they still had the oil change service. That was always handy. Worst thing about it is the window guys that hound you everytime you pull in. Try to sell you a new windshield whether you need it or not. They are a scam and Francis and Sons should get rid of them.

They definitely sell you upgrades here but my car looks amazing. It took longer than I though for the Ultimate cleaning upgrade but after a weekend at the beach my car needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Just be ready to say yes or no to upgrades.

Came in for a quick car wash ended up getting a full detail wow do they go above and beyond never been to this location before Ive always use their other locations but they did an awesome job. The staff was super friendly and had smiles on the whole time I was there. I truly love this place .

Hey can you clean the bed of my truck? Had some dirt gravel from camping. No that cost extra. Really dude? Literally one time with a broom across the bed. So Ill guessing there rocks I had in the bed are in the carwash. Cross your fingers hope no scratches

Went for a car wash. Prices have really increased. I planned on a $15.99 basic, but was told the next level up ($20.99) was the same price (a discount they had running). Except it wasnt. It was $1 more. Not a problem as far as Im concerned, but still not the same price. Big problem was wait time once my car made it through the wash. There were only three other cars waiting for detail and my car sat idle under the detail banner for at least 15 minutes without being touched. The entire experience lasted 40 minutes and they failed to remove the coding they write on the window for wash type purchased.

I recently found a receipt for a detail I had purchased back in 2017. I spoke to the manager, Mike, and he accepted it with no questions asked. I showed him some scratches and asked if I need a different wax job to get them out and he said I DIDNT need a more expensive wax service...they would come out. And they did! I was so pleased with my upholstery and the paint looked great. They even offered to remove future stains that pop out. Definitely coming back!!!

I live right by here so I kept coming back even though I’d have to sometimes point out missed things which the manager at the time shrugged off (who btw didn’t speak good English-who hires MANAGERS that speak broken English & struggle to communicate with customers??). Within the past month when I bring our cars in it’s been outstanding (we have 3). Everything looks as it should, feels like our cars are new again, and the staff is even friendlier. There’s a really nice young new manager and when I showed up and voiced concerns about the past he cared, he was funny, personable, took it seriously and went above and beyond that time to make sure I was happy. The two washes we’ve went for since were great too. Looks like “the owner” looks at reviews so figured I’d take the time to review after coming home really happy for the 3rd time in a row finally. Awesome change. Awesome car wash. Highly recommend it now.

Just had them detail my 08 Escalade. The did an exterior detail ( clay bar, buff & wax). They also did the fine details on the outs side, polish wheels, dressing... all the goodies. Absolutely perfect! As a former detailer, many moons ago, I don’t have the time to do it myself and it’s very difficult for me to trust anyone to do this type of work on my vehicles, especially my Escalade. These guys knocked it out of the park! Definitely will be returning!!!! 👍👍👍👍

Took my car for a wash and was greeted with smiling faces and friendly service, the service writer Jordan help me a great detail interior deal! Both Jordan and Manager Mike provided me with a great deal and my car looks amazing friendly staff all around I highly recommend this location !!!! Francis & Sons were absolutely wonderful!! Had stopped at Jacksons down the street and they were very rude with their bulling to try to pressure me to buy more & more. I told my story to the manager at Francis and they comped me a wash! I will always come here!

*HIGHLY DISSATISFIED* I’m going to start off this review by saying I will never be returning to Francis & Sons Car Wash. I stopped in on a slow Tuesday afternoon to get a hand wash for my Challenger. Fortunately, I was patient enough to stick around outside to watch these employees “wash” my car”. I observed the employee with an ear piece and lump by his ear complete a half fast job on my vehicle. Upon noticing, I walked over as my car was pulled in to be dried that the car was not only not washed but looked worse than when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to a manager and had my car rehashed by hand. Another employee also did a half fast job on my vehicle!! Ultimately, with horrible customer service, I ended up getting a mediocre car wash that took three times. If you take pride in your vehicle, do not bring it to this car wash!!

I visited Frances and Sons this past weekend for the first time. After being a “Jackson’s Car Wash” monthly member which this service has gone completely down hill with the poorest quality of service, unfriendly staff they rush through your car instead of taking care of their customers. I decided to try Frances and Sons on Bell Rd down the street from the Jackson’s I would go to on 84th and Bell, let me share this was the best service I have ever experienced from the welcome and thanking me for coming in they offered me detail service gave me good information on what my car needed to help me maintain it, even though I wasnt ready for the detail the young man was not pressuring but thank me for coming in. Now From the vacuuming to the wash and two team employees working on my car it was best experience I’ve had! Way better than Jackson’s was giving me! The two employees work so quickly giving my car full focus and my car look amazing without a doubt I was very impress with this service I was once again thank for coming in by the staff and management!!! If your going to Jackson’s don’t bother go to Francis and Sons! They are all about customer service and quality of service and value their customer !!!!! Thank you Francis and Sons staff on Bell Rd you just earn my business and I will telling everyone I know to come see you!Thank you! Andrea

Agreed on a price and during the detail they just kept asking me if i wanted more services even after i told them that was the most i wanted to spend. Cleaned one headlight like new than asked if i wanted the other done for $20.00 more. so they did not match. REALLY! After the detail and getting down the road a few miles I noticed my stereo had a wiring error which I had NEVER seen before. NEVER AGAIN

I visited the locations off of 59th Avenue and Peoria and also 72nd and Bell Road last week and let me tell you they stand by their satisfaction guaranteed motto.Their GM, Bo, goes above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is an EXCELLENT one and his leadership and kindness is reflected in his staff.Very friendly, great service and conveniently located around the valley.My truck looked and smelled great after my visit!I highly recommend Francis & Sons!

Great detailing work, just a car wash is just that. Make sure they understand what you want. Very slow so be prepared for over three hours on a detail.

The antenna was left on my truck while getting a speed wash, got totally ripped off..afterwards I asked them why they didnt remove it and they said it was not their responsibility to do so but at the same time it becomes clear that they are not going to forget to ask you about the chip on your window, the upgrades you can have on your wash, the clear coat buff they can give your paint.. by the time you get to this part of my review, they could have had it off.. Do it for the customer service ..to insure it doesnt get to this point.. I literally had to reach out to their online customer service to get any results because the manager I spoke to made me feel like I was hearing a scripted disclaimer with a period at the end.. Long conversation short.. remove that antenna or get a ultimate car wash as a token for their irresponsible disclaimer.. Were all about repeat business arent we??

The full-service car wash is dead and gone, and places like Francis and Sons killed it. They didnt even wipe down my console or dash, had to do it myself. If you want your car really clean, save yourself the +$20 and wash it yourself

You definitely pay for what you get.. and not worth upgrading at all cause they all do the same thing with no difference in price.. left with my car still dirty and not wiped everywhere on the inside :(

When I first arrived the man who helped me was very nice. He explained they were having a discount on detailing but I stated I was not interested. He proceeded to point out non existent stains on my backseat (couldnt happen- nobody ever sits back there let alone with food) but I said no thanks again and he rudely thrust my wash ticket at me and told me to wait inside. I waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the register to pay and saw no less than 3 people come by the desk and not acknowledge me. While I was being rung up a second time (needed to buy something so I could get cash back to provide tip) 2 other wash attendants had a verbal altercation with the cashier that had nothing to do with me. Unprofessional and awkward. After more than an hour I finally asked how much longer my car was going to be only to he told it had been done for 20 minutes and not 1 person ever told me it was ready. I was sitting right next to the door. This place sucks. Over charges for sub par work. I will not be revisiting ever.

I gave my car for detail and the person told me it would be complete in one hour, but after waiting for 2 hours inside, I came to know that they didn’t even started working on my car. They seem to be not valuing the customers time at all.

Love this place. They do a great job. They take excellent care with my car, which is always spotless when I leave there. Service is always very friendly.

First time I’ve ever posted a review for anything. Took my brand new truck in for a wash because it had rain spots. The ticket taker said they had a good deal on a detail and hand wax. Worst wax job I’ve seen. There were so many spots missed where dried wax was left. I went home and it took me about 40 minutes with a rag and detail spray to get the rest off. Also looked like a 5 year old kid washed the windows. Time to find a new place.

I went there because I wanted a full service car wash. People working were all very friendly. They were certainly understaffed. So expect your car wash to take a little longer than you plan. Do to understaffing they couldnt spend a lot of time vacuuming out my car. But the wash and the windows were all still very nice. Even though there were only a total of 2 people drying all of the cars, I still ended up getting my car done very nicely. Ultimately, I certainly will be back for my future car washes

Had my truck detailed yesterday, amazing job look super clean the detailing staff Jordan and Andrew did amazing work with my interior and buffing the outside!!!! The great deal I received from the Manager Mike and the quality of service im excited in to drive my clean truck .....I promised Mike a good review and I can honestly say !!! Francis and Sons you have a life time customer in me!!! Thanks Mike and the new staff at this location!!!

My husband got his car washed and they left a dent and scratches on his front bumper of his brand new car. There has still been no resolution to this problem even though he has reported it to the corporate office in which they sent it to the GM and still after my husband has made several phone calls he still hasnt gotten to speak with the GM. I would stay clear of this place if you like your vehicle!!!!

I went with a coupon from work for a free works wash. They fast talked me into a $6 VIP upgrade (after I refused the $180 one), which they made it sound like it included the wheels and air freshener, but once inside I realized the works included the wheels anyway. So I sit there and wait and wait, finally when I see the 3rd person after me get waived to come out, I decide to go out and see where my car is. Its parked off to the side, they get the keys for me and I get in and drive home and pull in the garage. Two hours later on our way to dinner, I get in the passenger side of the car this time and there is a 5 plus inch crack starting on the passenger side top right corner heading down the middle of the windshield. Nice. Thanks guys!

I see why this place is dying and it’s a shame. Have been coming here for years. The sales guy when you pull in is relentless. You need this and that. Even if you want the $34.99 car wash, he still said I needed to pay an additional $15 because they have to “wash” it first. I am in a little Honda crv that has dust all over it. I will attach a picture. $50 for a wash is outrageous. I will be going to Jackson’s at 84th Ave and Bell in the future. Attached a receipt from there to show that it was accepted and cheaper.

Went in for a basic wash. Rep said that he could give me the works for $13.99. I said okay. When I checked out, the cashier said all washes were $6.00 off, which would have made the works $10.99. However, the Rep put an additional $3.00 charge on the bill for misc. wash extras. I questioned the cashier and she said I would have to talk to the rep. I asked the Rep and now he said no I gave you the VIP wash for $13.99. He couldnt explain to me what the $3.00 misc wash extras were. I got nothing more than a basic wash including the tires. Francis and Sons are nothing more than crooks trying to screw you over!!!!!

A good place to get a car wash. They also do good detail work. Several levels of service. My only complaint is sometimes the language barrier gets in the way of your specific needs.

Took my car in this morning quality work ! My car was super clean they went above and beyond ! Saved $4 off this morning with my wash, cashier was friendly and the worker “Jessie” did amazing job on my JEEP I’ll be coming back again for sure !

Been coming here the past few months since my old place closed at 51st and I’ve been really happy. Cars looked new, smiling workers, friendly manager....Complete 180! I gave it twice going bad and I’m done at this spot. Had all these different issues last time, lotta little things stacked up, and this manager had the nerve to argue with me like we weren’t looking at the same thing. Dude had an attitude and this is the manager! I’ve never had a manager argue with me before like this! Lots of new faces recently and this place has nose dived! Lost a loyal customer that keeps up on his cars ✌🏼

I used to always go to the car wash up the road at 51st ave & Bell until it closed recently. I was driving down Bell rd today headed to the mall and remembered seeing a Francis & Sons at 73ed ave and Bell then thought to myself lets give them a try. I’m so pleased with how the wash turned out!!!!! These guys do a fanaminal job in a very reasonable time. I got there VIP wash and was in and out within 20 mins start to finish without excellent quality work. Thank you Francis & sons and thank you to your wonderful staff & management too!!!!

These guys always takes care of my car. Great service and welcoming staff. They are fast and reliable.

This place sucks they do half of their job when I asked if they wipe down the interior they said yes even though I watch them not dont waste your money youre better off spending 10 more dollars at another place and having it done right I would put zero Stars if able to

This is my first bad review and initially it was 5 stars. This place was awful in the past, I’ve been blown away the past few times I went in, and went back after all that rain and it’s back to awful!!! Fair warning to just keep driving. I had to go home and fix what wasn’t done right or just completely missed. SO annoying waiting over an hr total and seeing some guy just sitting in the office the entire time,not helping, and he literally had his eyes closed at one point sitting there!!! Turns out that was the manager and last time I literally commented on the manager actually helping & being so friendly-different guy obviously. He seemed annoyed and put out that he had to talk to me, probably bc I interrupted his nap, and didn’t resolve my issueS (plural)! I’m SO disappointed and frustrated. Completely different experience than it has been lately and I won’t be back!
