I went in and got the managers special wash and a tire shine, $14 total but the car wash machine didnt rinse off the soap correctly from my car, dry it correctly, or even shine my tired like I had paid for. So I had to wipe down my drenched car afterwards and Im just outta luck with the tire shine. At least it kinda rinsed my car off of the dust and grime but not worth the money or time.

The best option for someone who washes their car as soon as it gets dirty is the monthly package. $30 bucks endless amount of visits per month. Only wish the automated washer could do a better job at cleaning the WHEELS... or at best have someone with a brush and rag!

Came in for a car wash, purchased a membership. I have a automatic antenna (it only retracts when the car is off)...it bent it so bad that I have to replace it. The $24 membership was not worth the $150 repair fix. They dont hold any liability for it so SAVE YOURSELF and go anywhere but here.Dont try to call customer service because they will give you the run around. (Or if you do get through youll probably get some attitude from Charlotte.)If you need to speak to a manager good luck! hes probably out getting water for everybody instead of assisting the customers.

Came in late on Saturday. Wash was out of tire shine. When I asked a worker they said someone would apply it for me and they came later and put on plenty of tire goop on my wheels.I was given some attitude when I asked about why the vacuum hoses were being pulled down about an hour before closing and I was left with one vacuum that had almost no suction.The wash did a good job and they did follow up with tire shine.If the one lead employee or family member hadn’t of replied with a rude remark about the vacuum you’d have a much better review.I went to your location by the airport previously and received much better customer service.Will not be back.

This is my go to car wash now! The equipment is well maintained and it’s stations are always clean. It’s menu prices, especially the basic wash, is always cheap compared to the dozen nearby car washes. 👏🏼

Busted already. Never been before, and this location hasn’t been here that long. Came outta the wash with residue on my windows, and the vacuums either don’t work or the heads fall off. Needs some serious repairs already. Didn’t damage my car tho. So 2 stars.

Great car wash. Amazing actually. Hard to cancel subscription here though. They should work on that. Also, called 8 times before someone answered.

Good car wash, free vacuum is pretty standard but the free towels are a bonus.

Thus place is great! Free vacuums, drive thru wash with an attendant to assist. I would recommend this car wash.

Everythings good the only is when the car is in motion into the car wash should go in a little bit more slow

Very poor quality wash . I went here because it a big carwash & I was expecting more . The attendant sprayed my car with a Water hose & sent me through the wash . My car was still soaked with water when I left . I went to a different car wash as soon as I left this place .

I purchased a monthly pass and everytime I pull up for the scanner to read my pass it never opens! I always have to wait for an attendant to do it! Its annoying and I probably wont be renewing it. They told me sometimes the scanner has trouble reading it.

They have a mat washer!!! Wooooaaahhh. And they take apple pay!!!

Take your business elsewhere.I started a monthly subscription with them which I loved to use while we lived there. We moved away and cancelled our monthly subscriptions for both of our vehicles. They continued to charge us month after month and refuse to refund us for services that have not been utilized. I spoke with the manager and was simply told that I must have not cancelled them correctly. I went through the online process and it did not go through. The management is rude and dont pull any punches in letting you know that they dont care about you the customer. They belittled me over the phone and spoke down to me.

I love bringing my new accord, the wash makes it shine real purity like😁Not to mention the workers are friendly and aim to please, air fresheners, towels THANKS GUYS👍

Not a good first time there experience at all for the price I paid $24 my SUV was still dirty!! Never again!!!

Yes a new place and it normally has clean towels but i guess the patrons are not leaving them behind. This is the only thing that bothers me because others do not consider that others may want ro use them as well. They do wash the towels daily. Thank you. My go to place to wash and i can be there for hours.

Hate this place I asked them to stop charging me for service I was no longer getting..when asked on phone to stop payment they sent me to a website I filled out the form and guess what they still took the payment dont sign up for the reoccuring payment even if you stop going they will still give you a hard time about cancelling

I come here because its the closest to my house but i stopped by a little after 5:30pm on monday and paid for a managers special wash but received the touch up wash.... I think ill just go to Super star on Olive because at least they spray the bug remover for free...
