Purchased the $20 package which is supposed to include wheels & tires. The brushes on the right side were not all working, the rinse didn’t seem to be working well and the dryers did not seem to be working very well either. Once I got through the car wash I looked my truck over and it looked horrible. I don’t believe the wheels and tires were ever touched. The tailgate was not touched and there appeared to be dried soap on the vehicle. I spoke to the manager who looked at my truck and agreed it’s not clean. She told me the equipment was broken and they were waiting to get it fixed. She told me I could scrub my truck down with their equipment and then she would run it through the wash again. So I guess the way it works is, I give them $20 and then I wash my truck then I go through the car wash. I told her I would like a refund. She said she could not give me a refund because I already went through the car wash. She also stated that this is the corporate rules. She said that the regional manager was on site however he will not do anything for me either. How would I know your equipment is not working without going through the car wash? I looked and didn’t see a sign warning people before they go into the car wash that the equipment is not working. If you look at numerous previous reviews you can see the equipment has not been working for months. This is a pretty pathetic way to operate a business. Please do not waste your money or time using this business.

Used to like this place but disappointed now. Raised prices quite a bit for the same service. More importantly, staff used to be cheerful and eager to help but now are unhelpful and uncaring and even bordering on rude. Went almost every week in the past but they have got the last of my business unless things change.

Best in town. Their team are always smiling. Easy to use cleaning areas. Free dash wipe cleaners. Two lines to go through. Great monthly value plans. They have a huge area for drying and vacuums galore. Easy access from two diffrent corners. Lots of parking. Extremely fast. Lots of pre cleaning areas. Great hours.

I am going to take time to post a review.We have had a unlimited pass for $39.99 per month here for over three years.Without fail, there is constantly part of this car wash system that does not function.Today the brushes on the passenger side did not work at all. For months the overhead brush did not function. Each time I ask, I was told they were waiting for parts.The air dryers leave lots of water droplets on the car.Many of the vacuums do not work and have not for a very long time.I have kept the membership because it is in a convenient location, but a new car wash is being built within a couple of miles and as soon as it is completed I will definitely be canceling my membership and try the new one.

Went today to check it out as I havent been there since they upd the price. I generally, dont like giving poor reviews but I have to concur with the other comments about the quality of the wash.Lots of soap still on a very wet car, vacuum was weak and the air nozzles have very little power.I did call ahead and asked if they provide micro fiber towels and the kid told me yes. When I got there I didnt see any towels so I asked and they did give me some.This may sound silly but I think Id rather pay $7 elsewhere and get a quality wash and vacuum and air guns.I suppose I may be a little OCD but this car wash did not make the grade, sorry, Clean Freak but this clean freak will have to go elsewhere.

Good place. They dont rob you either. Guy asked me why I wasnt renewing unlimited washes, told him I didnt use it. He didnt push. When I asked about the wash and told him I just waxed it, he saved me money and told me to go basic. Good people.

The staff was nice, and the parking lot and building were clean. I dont think that the car wash was functioning properly, though.By the time I got to the dryers at the end, there was still foam all over my car that didnt get rinsed off. Now I have dried pink liquid all over my car. I didnt have time to talk to anyone there after the wash to notify them of the issue, but I probably wont go back.They really should be making sure every part of the wash is functioning properly throughout the day every day. If any part is not working properly, the car wash should be closed until it is.

I love clean freak on 59th and Bell rd . The employees are awesome . Especially the beautiful / sweet little red head girl. She is such a great employee!!!!

Ive been a customer here for a very long time. For the past year or so, this location has declined so much, I always ask myself why I continue to come. Its old and rundown and their equipment needs a serious upgrade. The wash itself isnt horrible, but the dryer doesnt dry and most of the vacuums dont work. The vacuum area could use a good scrubbing, too.

Its ok for a cheap car wash. The facility is not the cleanest. I had to move a few times cause vacuums were low on suction. After the wash i still had soap and water on the car which meant the rise area is not enough or something was malfunctioning. I prefer cobble stone over this place after this experience.

Good customer service but terrible machines.Dryers don’t dry all the way, the rinse doesn’t start rinsing until your windshield approaches completely missing front of vehicle. Waste of money

This place is awesome! It was my first time going here and I loved it so much, I’ll definitely be back again! The car wash is easy and cleans your car in under 2 minutes — it’s actually fun to go in (most car washes scare me to be completely honest)! Then, when you get out you can park your car and use their free vacuums to clean the inside of your car. They even give you a free dashboard wipe if you ask. There’s a small vending machine full of car detailing products, I got a microfiber towel, tire cleaner, and a little tree scent for under $5! My car is soooo clean now and looks brand new! I’m so happy with this place and it was only $7 for a basic wash + the $5 I spent on the vending machine products. The team is super nice and the guy with glasses who was working tonight was super helpful and knowledgeable! I’ll be coming back again!

Its a great location, especially in the summer. Most of the vaccums are under a concrete barrier. They have a pre wash station to scrub tires and fenders. Its a little old so every now and then you will get a vacuum hose that does not work. Other than that, you get your moneys worth. Unlimited basic package for $17 a month is the best deal in my opinion.

Ive been going here for some time . And everytime I go not all the brushes are working. Its just gets worse. Now the rinse doesnt even rinse the whole vehicle. Sopey water all on the hood and down the side.thinking of canceling my membership and going somewhere else. Even called to speak to a manager but no manager could be found

Buy a deluxe wash get a wash free! Vacuums always work well, air guns also are never a problem. Usually visit week days midday so there is never an issue getting in and out quickly

I have a 8 foot bed pickup with cover. I purchased the Tire package, although one has to ask if there is a difference between the basic and any other wash. Bugs still on the windshield and front of truck. Dirt in all of the wheels and they look the same as when I went in. Forget about the back of the truck. Super disappointing. I literally could have just handed them 15 dollars and splashed water on the truck.

The employee helped me so much and was very friendly, my car was shiny as new. I had a very positive experience

Total transparency, at first I wasn’t happy with this place and decided to write a bad review. I was also in a bad mood that my wife later pointed out. A very nice young lady (Jennifer I believe)reached out to see what exactly happened and to rectify the situation. To me that says a lot about a company You make a mistake and you apologize. Simple as that. They didn’t pass the buck and ignore it. I was satisfied at this point when another manager (Jay Gomez) reached out to me again just to make sure. They went the extra mile and it showed. I will not only be going back but will highly recommend this place. Just look how insanely bright my back lights look. Thank you folks, see you soon.

This was my first time going and I am BEYOND disappointed!! I came out and my car looked exactly the same, only difference was the dirt was smeared all over my car. It wasn’t dry at all, I still have the same dirt marks all over my car. Never ever going back here and would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Horrible job with my car.

First....the staff is amazing. ONLY reason I keep coming here. That is the ONLY reason I give 3 stars.Second, this is what I sent to their corporate office:I find it interesting that your company has raised the rates (understandably so with costs increasing) yet are not able to maintain the items that are included in the membership. The last time the rates were raised, a center section of the wash did not sway back and forth, but was replaced. Shortly after the replacement, this new section still didnt work.Secondly, when I paid for the wax option ($2) the wax fell out of the sides of the trough and missed everything except my rearview mirrors (I am grateful because I hate water spots on my mirrors). This has happened on multiple occasions.You see the issue is that we pay more and more and the facility is still in disrepair. I mentioned it on two separate days to two separate employees. Please get your act together at this location or when Cobblestone opens on 67th and Cactus (closer to my house anyway), Ill take BOTH of my cars to them.

The truck was $5 clean, tho I paid for the $20 package (the highest package, it came with another wash of the same value, so I figured why not?!) Half of the equipment in the wash itself is mostly nonfunctional. None of the clear coat, tire cleaners or tire shine do anything, and some of the brushes dont even spin when you drive thru. The dust and dirt from my camping trip were rinsed off, but thats what it looks like: a dirty truck that got rinsed off while paying $20 and an opportunity to do it again. Ironic thing is: the attendant told me to use the vacuums on one side of the building, due to a lack of suction on the other side, youd like to think theyd be honest about the rest of the equipment working.

I pay for tire shine and wheel cleaning services on my subscription. Drying my car by hand I look at the wheels and they are dirty as if not touched at all. Just sprayed with water. This happens often. I talk to manager and he hands me a can to go clean them myself. I am being charged extra for something that I have to do myself, many times over. Not good business.

This car wash needs an overhaul. Vacuums and airhoses are breaking down, no drying towels provided following poor airdrying equipment.

The worst car wash . They cost me 7$For basic one and they did not wash it well . When we ask for towels to dry car they said you have to pay for it . The vacuum did not work . I left without clean my car well.

Love this car wash prices did go up on washes but overall still a nice atmosphere they have all there vacuum working and the blowers got my car pretty dry 🙃

$35 a month top tier package although unlimited washes doesnt mean unlimited washes it is limited to two a day. Love the convenience of it and that I cam use any of the clean freak locations, hate that they close so early and that if it even looks like a drop of rain might fall they close up. All in all good equipment at our local location and 2 runs through gets the car pretty close to clean.

Wont use this wash anymore. Service is horrible. Always have soap left on my car. Today was no exception. Today I get to area in tunnel where car is drying and my car starts to roll backwards. No, I didnt have it in drive, it was in neutral. The attendant waved for me to just drive through. Thankfully no damage to my vehicle. They didnt even apologize - the guy could see I was nervous when the car started going backwards. Quite a bit of soap left on vehicle, too. Worth it to drive a few extra miles to go to a car wash that takes care of their tunnels as well as the customers.

Automatic wash does a great job. Like that they have a bug removal prep area before you go thru the car wash.

This car wash doesn’t do anything to keep the place clean and sanitized to help reduce the spread of Covid -19. They should be wiping down vacuum handles and spray nozzles. What’s awful is they allow the employees to park their cars in the handicap spots (and create their own spots) not only is that illegal but it’s in poor taste to rob those who need those spots.

Always at least one part of the wash not working. We have a fleet of cars with the fast pass and this location always has been this way for the last 4 years.

The vacuum had very little suction. I was disappointed and there are big potholes in the strip mall area. This needs attention badly.

This place is amazing every time I come to this location. Everyone is so proper when they talk to me. VERY friendly and always have a smile on their face. My kids love it when they come along. And it’s super clean when I go there as well. You guys all rock!!!! Keep up the good work.

It mustve been a $3 car wash at one point because the signage is janky.Minimum $5 here! Its a 3 minute carwash not a $3 car wash like basically every other automated car wash.The attendant didnt leave any space between my car and the one behind me so I didnt have a chance to let my car sit in the drier for a few extra seconds because of course they never completely dry your car.And when I got out with a half dried car, no rags are provided to wipe off the remaining water, that requires a trip to the vending machine for more money.

Overall good. Seems the washing cycle doesnt provide enough suds in the beginning and the dryer at the end is horrible. You always have to hand dry your car. The bay we went to neither of the vacuum hoses were working. I think they need to invest in simple maintenance.

This place has really declined in service.I have used them since they opened. Everytime I go through something is out, either the soap, wax or the dryer!Just yesterday, the soap was out and only one side of my truck was air blown!I have usede this car wash because it is convenient, but I am going to cancel and go to another business.

Car washes well but the dryers are very poor quality. I’ve visited a clean freak in Scottsdale and it did an excellent job at drying the water of my car so I know that it’s just this location specifically. After the wash the car is covered in droplets of water and there is soap still covering my mirrors. This is the same in both my truck and car. The vacuums are also very weak and struggle to pick up basic crumbs and dust.

Great service.. if anything, they should have someone out at the drying area to make sure everything is okay. But the vacuums best around !!

My experience leads me to believe they prey on people not checking their credit card charges... and leach month after month as a business practice.Had/probably still have a monthly membership. No longer needed the service and they had billed me for an additional car wash one month when their representative hit the wrong button and I didn’t notice til it was on my credit card bill a few weeks later. I cancelled my membership in person, and a week later I still had my card charged foe the membership. I called to dispute the charge, and was successful. Then they charged me again this month??? I have called several times and left a Vmail with no answer or return call.

Dear SPOTfreak,I am sad to say that I will never frequent any of your establishments ever again. I am a previous fast pass member and cancelled my membership when I was continually having a build up of something on my tires. I wrote and didn’t get any response. Today out of convenience I decided to give another location a try. I went through the Shea Blvd location and the quality of the wash and dry was AWFUL!!! 3/4 wash half dry. Water spots all over.I don’t ever expect to get a response back...

The people at the front to help you decide on a car wash are friendly. They will offer you there unlimited 30 a month package. There top single wash is 15.00. I usually dont go to these car wash places but as I get older with more responsibilities, its hard not to use these places because they are so convenient. I think the prices are a little on the high side considering what you get at the other competitors.

Took my car through the car wash damaged my side molding over the window made me write out my own incident report would not give me a copy the manager on duty was rude received a phone call said they reviewed the video and admit it the damage was done in their car wash but my car was old 2014 where is integrity in business practices we work hard for my money and shouldnt have to go through this I understand accidents are accidents but be responsible and it was poor csr wash# poor business practice# poor customer service

My car was still pretty wet when it came out.

The car wash didnt really get my car clean or dry. There was dirty wet spots all over.

I tried a trial membership of their monthly wash and am super unimpressed. The back of my car is always super dirty still after washing, and it doesnt touch inside the wheel wells at all. Looks like the car was just rinsed and not actually washed/waxed.

Although its pretty expensive to get your car washed now everything worked great and the car was clean and the vacuum and air blower worked great

Fast pass members are not given priority entrance. Do you let five pay as you go customers ahead of us . The person in front of us was having an issue so instead of bringing our car over and scanning the door like they did the other five people they just completely ignored us and then waved at us like everything was great.. sometimes I have to go through the car wash twice just get all the bugs off of my windshield. The one on 59th Ave. and Bell is the worst!!

Part of the car wash most times does not work. I fi there because my husband has a membership there, but it is not the best one.

I like this car wash service. The monthly auto-billing is easy and simple to add extras at the gate. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive been using them over a year now.

Great place for a car wash and vacuum.

Broken vacuums. Ok car wash. Didn’t get the car very clean.And the vacuum on drivers side, the whole attachment part of the hose came off so I had to reattach it and it still wouldn’t stay on.So I switched sides to the hose on the passenger side, and as soon as I grabbed it and started to walk towards my car.. the entire hose came out of the little machine that is above your head! So I was able to get it to suck it’s hose back on so I could finish vacuuming, but this was NOT worth the fight I was having with these dang vacuums!

Car wash was cool, vaccum accessibility was cool, but the one we used wasnt that strong. Monthly pass is kinda cool

I like the free vacuum, however the last few times. I used this carwash. My truck, still had quite a few spots and dirt still. Even after chosing the $12 deluxe wash. The standard is $7 an I feel like the cheaper $3 dollar Washs did more.. Just saying

This is the third week of only getting half of the car washed ! Half of the presoak is now not working the right brush is not working and the blowers only cover 1/3 of the car. I was I could get paid fully to only doing 1/3 of my job !
