Over the past 5 years, Ive had them work on several different vehicles for me. They are always accommodating, straight forward, and reliable. They consistently complete their work on time and as promised. I am a very grateful customer. Thank you.Adding to my review since its been 3 years and Im still impressed with Chastains. They continue to provide wonderful service. This past week they helped me with an emissions issue. I had a consistent error causing a check engine light. I brought it to the dealership a couple of times and after spending $700 for them to do some diagnostics and replace some parts, I still kept getting this issue and they didnt have any solutions.I brought the car to Chastains and they quickly found a significant crack in the air intake that the dealership wasnt able to track down. I am so relieved and again am thankful to do business with trustworthy competent and reliable mechanics. Thank you Dan and Izzy!

Yes indeed . . . five stars! This is a professional operation. These men have integrity. They dont show up to see how they can rip the public off. They show up to take care of business and to keep it straight with their customers. I love that! They back up the diagnostics with dealer and manufacturer information and walk you through the process to help you prioritize the work. They are approved to make repairs necessary to pass state emissions test. They were very courteous and thorough.

A few weeks ago, I needed 100,000 mile service on my vehicle and was referred to Chastains. Izzy gave me ballpark pricing over the phone, which was considerably cheaper than the dealer, and I made an appointment. When I got there, the work was going to take several hours, so Izzy offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant for a more comfortable wait. They came back to get me at my convenience, and I enjoyed the last few minutes chatting with Izzy while work was being finished. I also witnessed an act of kindness when they came down a bit on the price to fix a leak for a young couple with an infant who were trying to get back to Texas. Most important (to me), is that the service was done right by their master mechanic (Dan). It is refreshing to find a trustworthy mechanic shop with personable owners who try their best to do the right thing. I am one happy customer!

Chastains repaired my Toyota Highlander emissions problem for less than $300 when 3 other automotive shops including Toyota dealer could not diagnose the problembut they wanted over $1000 to try and repair it .Honest excellent repairs service from people who know what they are doing !
