Adam did an excellent job explaining to us the different options we had when choosing a life insurance policy for our son. He took the time to chat on the phone with my husband and I and explain the pros and cons of each policy. He was very patient with us and answered each question we had. I received terrible customer service from Tony Bartz and this office, who did not disclose important information about a discount I was receiving. He then compounded the lack of disclosing information by calling me a liar and cursing me out in a very unprofessional manner. He told me I was no longer able to get the discount and welcomed me to go elsewhere for insurance after leaving the company I was with for 10 years. I had been with State Farm two months at this point. After contacting customer service, I had the discount added back on and transferred to a different agent. I attempted to contact Ken Grossman about the incident and he never returned my calls. Ive never been so insulted by someone I put the trust of my home and auto insurance in. I would steer clear of this office if you do want to go with State Farm.
