My experience with Cornerstone has been more than pleasant. The agents are friendly and genuinely helpful. Though it is a business, I felt sincerely cared for, and that they’re committed to what’s beneficial for me and my family. In addition, the communication and follow through was superb. I love an agency that is relentless not to rest until you are taken care of and satisfied. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

Im going to start by saying that Ive only ever dealt with insurance agents that are affiliated with major insurance companies (ie. State Farm). Unlike large insurance company agents, Cornerstone is always there when we need it, with fast and reliable service. They also helped us find a policy that fit into our budget without forgoing essential benefits. My wife and I currently have an auto policy with Cornerstone, and dealing with any issues that come up is nothing short of pleasant. The gal who answers the phone is always very cheerful and happy to help with anything we need. If Cornerstone is as good with commercial policies as they are with our personal auto policy, I know exactly where I would go to have my future business insurance needs serviced. Charlie has helped me out many times, i’m not great with understanding all the policies for my car and business, and he clearly explains them so that i can choose the policy that best covers me. great team over there, its the only place i shop insurance.
