Called to get a price on tires but only needed two, and they didnt try and sell me 4 tires. They were helpful in suggesting that I look on-line for the tires I already have, as Tires Plus was unable to get them because they are discontinued. The staff is super friendly and the service was quick and affordable for mount, balance and rotate for the tires I purchased on-line. I will return again!

Patrick and the rest of the staff here were incredibly helpful, and allowed me to come in a couple minutes after close, to get my vehicle so that I wouldn’t have to wait until the next day. They all are very gracious and helpful in getting the correct service done and done right. Highly recommend.

This is the best service I have had at a tire shop I have experienced in years!!! It takes alot to impress me let alone enough to write a review. Your search is over if youre looking for a no BS, professional, family oriented, honest place you can trust. I had a bad experience 2weeks ago with there competitor who let me drive off with wheels out of balance. When I called them and told them somthing was off they said there was no way and swore there equipment was top of the line and could never mess up. Realizing they were untrustworthy and unwilling to help me I chose to go someplace else. I told Tire Plus my situation and they got me in as soon as possible. Not only did they find my alignment way off but they also confirmed that my wheel balance was also way off. Idk about you but I prefer quality work over getting in and out fast. Not only did they make everything 0 out meaning perfect balance and alignment. They also got me in and out during a reasonable time!!! It is hard these days to find trust worthy high quality shops. This place is the Holly Grail!!!! DO YOURE, YOUR POCKET BOOK/ WALLET, AND CAR A FAVOR!!! This location is perfect!!!!

The staff is very friendly and informative even if they are bogged down busy they treat every customer with respect and the time frame given is pretty close to the actual time the work is finished. Having experienced a flat tire on Interstate 41, on a very busy Saturday Afternoon, near Germantown, I needed to contact someone who had a tire in-stock, and was able to install the tire on very short notice. While waiting for Roadside Assistance, I contacted Sheila at Tires Plus on Appleton Ave. She was very efficient, customer service orientated, and made me feel at ease that my tire issue would be resolved with no problem! Customer service is alive and well at Tires Plus. Shout out to Patrick Hackett. Polite, competitive, got me in the next day for the installation of 4 tires. Patiently explained my options and based on his knowledge. I was able to make a purchase with confidence. He even remembered my name, when I walked in the next day. Waste of time. went to get an alignment and they said they could do it because i was lowered. the vehicle is on coilovers but they are set to the max height and it sits the same as stock. would not recomend

Staff was unfriendly. Went out to talk to the employee who looked on my car and he was very cold and gave no information to my questions if any response at all and then walked away. Front desk wasn’t very friendly either. If you need any work done and prefer staff who are friendly, informative and don’t mind answering questions you have, I highly suggest that you look elsewhere as you won’t get that here.

Shoddy work. Spilled oil on the plastic cover below the engine and didnt bother to clean it. Went back to have them verify the leak was from the cover, but they still didnt clean it after they acknowledged the problem. They gave me a coupon for a free oil change because they said I shouldnt have had to come back. Guess what? I wont.

Patrick (or whoever was the stand in manager) helped me out a ton this morning. I brought my car in at 7am in a panic because I had run over a nail somewhere and he made me feel at ease and said he’d squeeze it in sometime today. Sure enough, I got a call at 9:40 saying everything was fixed. I will definitely be continuing to bring my car there. Such polite and cheerful staff who turned my stressful morning right around!

Had a tire repaired as it had a nail it. Tire continued to lose air. One of the lug nuts was installed incorrectly and had to be cut off, costing me additional time and money to have my rear brakes replaced by a different mechanic.

Good, accommodating service. I placed a last minute call to get my car in for tires on an unexpected day off. They were busy but I expressed my time crunch and they managed to fit me in at the noon hour, not sure if someone sacrificed thier lunch hour or not but they fit me in. 4 new tires plus new electronic valve stems completed in a little more than an hour. All for less than $500.00. Good deal, great service.

Lovely place to go to. Staff Is very knowledgable and is able to communicate the issues with your car so that you understand. The technician Nico is my favorite, hes who I prefer to work on my car since he has so many times and Im yet to experience an issue related to the work he has done. I work on my vehicles myself but when I dont got time, I take it to them. So make Tires Plus-German Town your destination and make Nico your guy as well!

I brought my car in and told them that I have a leak in the front passenger tire for the past couple months. When I went to pick it up I was told it was fixed. I drove it for a couple of days and the same tire was leaking again. I then took it back to them and they told me It had a screw on the side of the tire and needed to be replace. So I then asked which tire did they fix the last time I brought the car in and was told the driver side which I never had a problem with...smh. They claimed it had a nail in it. I got charged for the driver side and now got to pay for a new tire for the passenger side. Wow what kind of service is this. Im never going back there again. What a rip off.

This team is wonderful!I worked across the street and whenever I needed work done I would call them, usually that morning, and they would squeeze me in while I was working.They called me to discuss anything that came up, any concern or suggestion, before the work was complete so I had the option to decide to complete any other work necessary.My favorite part about the service:Because I worked across the street, I would bring my car over before work, they would drop me off (in my car) and when I was ready to pick it up they would ride over (in my car) and pick me up!The prices are fair. More importantly, they communicate in a way that anyone can understand what they are talking about, including discussions about possible outcomes of an issue so you are able to make an informed decision.The team is very personable. Every time I called they knew who I was, either by voice or car. They definitely cater to the customer. I just moved more south and no longer work across the street, but I will still drive here for work!

So... I am not one to leave a review. Good or bad, everyone is entitled to have an off day. If I feel my service was poor, I will usually not go to the establishment for a while. After some time I will give them another shot. Well that was the case here, so after sometime I went back. This time was to have my rear tires rotated to the front, my front tires replaced and put on the back. The gentleman that helped me at 8:20am said, not a problem, leave the car and they will get to it. I figured a few hours, new tires and all set! Well at 3:30 I called to check on the car to see if there was an update. No new tires yet... my ride has to pick up the kids and get dinner going by 5pm. I had them drop me off at this location at 4:45, still no tires, patiently waiting going on 5:30 still no tires. This place should change there name, TIRES is not what they are good at... Should not take 9 hours to replace 2 tires. If so, which is crazy, they should tell you, it will not be finished till the evening. There are a number of places very near (Walmart, Goodyear, Fleet Farm, Wiggman’s ect.). That I wish I would have taken my car to. Don’t make the same mistake.

They got me in really quick to get a flat fixed, even with them being so busy with people getting tires for winter. Inside it was nice and clean and the guy helping me seemed to know his stuff.

Had a screw in my tire. They were able to take my car right away. I went to 2 other places and they told me I had to have a appointment. Staff was friendly and didnt pressure me into extras.

I made an appointment two days in advance to get a low tire pressure light checked out and fixed, along with an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later the oil and tires were done along with finding which tire monitor was bad. But not fixed,and that is why I brought it in. The girl behind the counter said they needed discuss it. Well after 2hours for oil and tire rotation. My time was up and needed to move on. I set the appointment two days in advance and still could not get it done. Was notified given any time allotment for my appointment. So I assumed all was going to be done. They lost $100.00 job.

We ordered two tires at 1:45 p.m. They said theyd have to get one from another store and it would be there in a couple of hours. 5 1/2 hours later the tire still wasnt there. They blamed it on the Courier saying theres nothing we do about that. No apology or anything. In that time we could have gone to one of their other stores and gotten it done in way less time and headache. We came to the Menomonee Falls store because they said they could get it in 2 hours and it was closer.

If you like getting rip off, thats the place to go. They charged me $275 for one tire. At walmart for the same tire it was $110. Not going there again. I think the people who gave these guys five stars must have extra money to burn. They act like they know what they are talking about, so the can double charge you.

I needed multiple services done, new tires, new battery, new brakes and an oil change. The morning after getting new tires, I noticed my hubcap was missing. Either it was never put back on my car or it was put on poorly enough that I lost it in transit. I called to inquire about it, was told there were no hubcaps found in their parking lot and no further assistance or apology was offered. I wont be back.

Pricing for auto repairs borders on a total ripoff. Accuracy of information about repairs that need to be made is questionable at best...Bottom line - get a second or third opinion before agreeing to get repairs made.

My husband has a 2013 Nissan Titan. Tires Plus mounted new tires for him. The tire sensor in his truck has alerted him about low pressure in the same tire twice since installation (mounting was completed 4 months ago). The first time he brought it back, Tires Plus employees claimed they could not find anything & charged him for the service. Two weeks later, the same tire is having the same problem. He called to bring it in, explained the situation, and he has to wait 5 days before Tires Plus will get him in to look at it. The customer service stinks. What happened to solving a customers problem that was created by the company right away? He claims he will never go to Tires Plus again & will not recommend anyone to go there. If you do not care about quality and customer service, then Tires Plus is for you.

I just paid almost $100 to have three tires mounted and balanced on my Lexus IS350. My car has staggered wheels, meaning the rear tires are wider(255/45/18) than my fronts(225/45/18). When I got home, I could hear my front drivers side wheel rubbing, so I checked out all of the tires and found that they put my rear tire on the front and the front tire in the rear. I specifically told them when I dropped my car off that the wheels were staggered and to make sure that they put the tires on the correct wheels. I spent the past 20-30 minutes swapping my wheels around, something that I shouldnt have had to do after spending an outrageous amount of money for mounting tires. Im not normally one to complain, but this was a disappointing experience and I doubt Ill ever go back to Tires Plus nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a mechanics...EVER! They are ALWAYS looking for ways to get your $$. This place was the opposite, Curt was the one I dealt with the whole time. From the phone call, to the in person visit. Not once did he try to pressure me into buying something, instead - he helped me figure out how much it would cost for what I needed, giving me a few options to choose from. He even gave me some awesome advice! I would recommend him to anyone, I am literally just so surprised and still in a bit of shock at how great that experience was. Thank you so much Curt & the staff of Tires Plus for doing my oil change - I will definitely be coming back! :)

Gone here quite a few times for tires over the years, they always had great deals and the tires lasted longer than I would have expected for the price.

I only went there to have my tires aired up & would NEVER allow them to touch my vehicle for anything else!!In 2014-2015 I took my Toyota Sequoia there for servicing several times for various reasons .. minor stuff & all went well. UNTIL they informed me I needed a new catalytic converter (1 of 2 on that SUV). They replaced it. I paid them, started my truck & it was still fairly loud so I had Mgr. come out to voice my concern & he stated it would be okay after i drove it a day or two. The next day, driving down the street my SUV sounded like it had super loud headers on it!!! I immediately drove to Toyota Dealership where I bought it. They checked it out & it was determined Tires Plus had removed & replaced the perfectly good catalytic converter & left the bad one on!! I ended up having the bad atalytic converter replaced somewhere else. I dont know how they treat men who take their vehicles there but I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN BECAUSE I HAVE A FEMALE FRIEND WHO WARNED ME ABOUT THEM WHEN I FIRST STARTED GOING TO THEM but I didnt believe her because my first few visits for minor work had gone well.

Stay away, go to Midas right across the street or fleet farm, they need to learn scheduling. the store manager is the most useless person there I’m surprised he got the position never going back.

The staff at Tires Plus, Germantown Wi., were outstanding. Very helpful and extremely friendly. We were an hr. and a half from home on a Sunday when our car broke down. The were very upfront about the problem and the cost and they finished the job an hour earlier then they expected to get us on our way. Thank you to the staff!!

The front desk was very helpful and kind. But the service techs, not good. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. they never re-set my oil change indicator. When they rotated my tires, never secured my lug nuts. Was driving and noticed a funny odd noise when i slowed down, it was my lug nuts that were loose. I even lost one and had to buy a new one.

I own a Buick Enclave went to these guys had a noise in rear sounded like a trunk full of cans .I was told that i needed upper control arms and a rackand pinon and rear seals took to get serviced by Rwb auto on 107th near Bradley after further inspection by RWB it was only shocks and the old ones were secured by tape .went back to tires plus to let them know the manager was very short with me and felt no remorse about his mis diagnosis come to find out he was the inspector. Good luck to anyone who uses them I WONT🤔

When you go here expect to get treated with no respect and have the money ripped from you senselessly. This is way worse if you are a woman. They will insist that they quoted you their cheapest tire package but when you start to call other tire places right in front of them, all of a sudden they mysteriously find a better deal for you. These jerks tried to trick me once before when I had tires that needed new intertubes. When my car came out, it had valve stems that extended 4 inches outside the tire (like they were obviously for truck tires!) I inquired as to what the **** were they thinking putting those on my car during winter, the technician responded, Oh, I thought those would be easier for you to access. Really? Im not stupid or blind. Im a woman. Good job idiots...

Expensive, just a simple oil change is over $40. Luckly I had a $10 off coupon. You can goto a dealer for the same price. Took about 45 mins to change the oil with an appointment. So that was not terrable. Overall average shop.

Naught tires which wore terrible after being rotated and it wasnt covered price wise. Also have terrible customer service. They were a half hour late with my checkup and didnt call to let me know. Also they were taking smoke breaks while I was waiting for my vehicle
