I was turned away from another place even though I made an appointment online and was told they couldn’t do an oil change for me, only after I arrived to my booked appointment.Decided to find a different place and ended up at the Lube Center in Germantown. The technician Sean was great and so was the entire staff. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Good pricing and extremely efficient. Definitely will come back

My experience at the Lube Center was great! My wait was less than 5 minutes. I was able to sit in my car during my oil change and was also offered something cold to drink while they changed my oil. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars and has a difficult schedule, taking care of car needs can be stressful.This place is drive-thru, takes 20 mins, and they dont try to push you into anything. Give you a choice of oil with prices, and top off your fluids (as needed).Sean showed me my air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. He was very professional and informative and not pushy at all. 10/10 recommend.

Jesus oil changes have gotten outrageously expensive.That being said the crew here do a amazing job. Extremely nice and do a very thorough job.I may need to open a new credit card for my next oil change but I highly recommend coming here to break the bank

The manager here is very unprofessional and has no integrity. I came here last month to get my signal lights for a place and one of the mechanics broke my tire signal assembly. The manager denied that he didn’t do it. I said well I just came from inspection and if it was broken they would’ve told me to replace the entire assembly, but instead of offer me anything he just denied his guy didn’t do it. I highly recommend that no one goes to his place

Absolutely love going to the lube center. Just a reminder they have an overflow thats a quarter mile down the road for when this one is at capacity.

Thomas always takes care of my Acura since I bought it. They are quick and easy and very thorough! I used to be in the dealership for two hours and now 15-20 mins I’m done ✅. They always have wipers, air filters, rotate my tires if needed - very reasonable!I only go here 😊

My officer took car down here to have oil change done and in the process of oil change or possibly my employee lying or act of god vehicle was missing Ford transmission dipstick so I took vehicle to last place of work done and these guys went above and beyond taking care of us when there wasn’t any proof either way how cap went missing this kind of going above and beyond what is expected to help there customer is something you don’t see anymore and will keep me bringing vehicles back manager Tim and staff were polite and professional through whole process and took care of situation as if I was family

Everyone at the Lube Center was so friendly, professional, and helpful. It was my first time getting an oil change in my new car and I didn’t even know how to do half the stuff with its features but I didn’t have to worry because they knew exactly what I needed to do and guided me through it step by step. They were very patient and understanding while I fumbled around with all the buttons for my dashboard display.One thing I very much appreciated was the lack of pressure to upgrade to higher end product or more expensive servicing. They mentioned it being available which I consider it their job to do, but they didn’t press it or make me feel like choosing the cheapest option was a mistake. That’s something I have run into in the past with other drive through oil change places and I really appreciate that they did not make the experience I’m uncomfortable in that way.Very happy with the service here and I will absolutely be back!

UPDATE: 4/3/21Last time I was here 3 months ago I had a leaky coolant and it kept on bubbling an over heating. I had a previous bad experience but this time around Sean was able to figure out a permanent solution by putting a clamp on the hose that loosened up over time. Without that fix I would have had to replace my entire coolant system which would have cost me hundreds of dollars.I stopped by on 11/24/20 and was assisted by the Manager Tim with a leak I was having with my truck. I been coming here for years but this time I felt I was rushed and not really assisted with the issue of what my problem was. Steam was coming from the hose but he didn’t give me any guidance on what the issue could be. I just felt rushed and pushed out the door. There were not many people here that day, so time wasn’t the problem. I never had an issue coming here before so this time was different.

Nice the service was prompt they did a great job I got a scolding by the manager never let my car get that way again I felt really good about the service to the point where I had to go get a dozen of donuts to come back and show my appreciation for what they did for

Wow, and I thought Jiffy Lube was next level but The Lube Center took it to the NEXT NEXT level!! Free car wash with an oil change, a camera showing what they are doing underneath my car and has a screen so I can see. They washed my front window, their attitudes were da bomb!! They also give free top offs in between service. And it was one of the quickest services I’ve ever had! I stayed in the car the whole time. So glad I stopped by!! I’ll be back here for my next oil change.

You drive in and they greet you very promptly. Then the show you a card with prices and ask you which price do you want so I said $58.99 which is for synthetic oil. Thank you and they start working on the car mined you my car is just a kia sedan, then they present me with $88.00 bill saying the filter is charged separately from price shown. Now can anyone tell me where on earth you pay $90.00 for oil change which by all standards should include filter. Even my dealer which is not the cheapest one charge $50.00 for the same service.Please be aware this is a phishing business and the will squeeze and screw you. I would not recommend this company unless you have $$$$ to burn.

Experience here was great!!! Came for an oil change and a check engine light and left a very happy customer. BJ was extremely helpful in providing a detailed description of the services and what exactly was wrong with my car. But the entirety of the staff are overall friendly and very attentive, offering me water, juice, tea and other beverages while I wait for services to be complete from the very comfort of my car. Come to The Lube center (store #9) on Middlebrook are for all your car needs! Trust when I say you won’t leave disappointed!

They over charge a little for their oil changes and other stuff. But that little extra youre paying for is for fast service. You dont gotta wait a hour for them to get the job done, just under 10 minutes, some times even less

I genuinely enjoyed my oil change here at this Lube Center. Ive been coming here for a while and Ive always had a great experience, along with my car. The new Supervisor, BJ, was so polite and welcoming to start off. He informed me of what I needed done and recommended when certain things such be done for the overall health of my car. The facility is always clean, the employees are always welcoming, and the service is on point!

BJ and Sean were great, wasn’t quite due for an oil change, they brought me in, filled up my fluids and checked the air in my tires. I had to personally ask them their names because they took such good care and a lot of time making sure I was good. I highly recommend this place for all your auto service needs.

Took my Lincoln and to have the oil changed on a busy Saturday. The staff move the line of course along quickly and were courteous and professional. The assistant manager Shane was excellent. Even though they were so busy he took the time to answer any questions I had about my vehicle and gave many suggestions as well. His customer service was beyond fantastic and I am certain he wilhave is own lube center sooner than later.

Theyre quick, efficient and courteous. Of course, they try to sell other services besides just an oil change but that is a standard practice for all services like this.

This is normally a good place to get your oil changed and other small tasks completed, like headlight bulbs changes, etc., but the last time I was here the tech changed a bulb for me on the front of my BMW X3 and it looked like it was working fine (in full day light), but when I drove the car that evening, i saw that it was badly misaligned and pointing to the stars. I suspect that the Lube Center will take care of getting it right, but it is very hard for me to find the time to return. They are usually more diligent than this. I will definitely go back in the future because I have had so many good experiences from them.UPDATE: Went back today to have them correct the misaligned headlight. They were super nice, fixed the problem right away, free of charge, and gave me a small discount on a second bulb replacement that I also needed changed. Thank for making it right, Lube Center!! I will definitely keep coming back! 👍

I went to the Lube Center in Germantown yesterday for an oil change. They were fantastic! I had previously gone to Jiffy Lube and it was the worst experience. Nothing was included everything was a separate fee. The staff was rude.The staff at the Lube Center in contrast, (B.J., Wilkins, Faith and Francisco), were very professional and knowledgeable. They made recommendations and explained everything to me. I decided to go with their suggestions. I couldnt be happier. On my way home, the red caution light came on. I called them and they told me to bring it back. Apparently, when they flushed the engine air pockets settled in there. They fixed it and I was back on the road! Thanks again!

Service was amazing! BJ was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me so that I understood what my vehicle needed. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. This is the only place I take my car.

I normally am skeptical about these kinda places for an oil change or any other services, typically I trust the dealer only. A friend of mine referred to this place on Middlebrook and I tried it out. BJ worked on my car and he was amazing. He let me see everything on my car and was just so open. I just could really feel that I could trust him. I even put him to a test, I asked him a question that I already knew the answer to, but just acted oblivious. And he passed my test, he answered 100% honestly and accurately. Love this lube center. Ive been going to them since they opened. Ive never been pressured in to any service there. Also they dont try to talk over technical trying to pull a fast one, as a female that has happened a lot to me when it comes to car mechanics/services. They are fast and thorough. They also take the time to explain anything and will reword it until you understand. They also have loyalty program that gives you coupons and savings.

If you want an extra quart of oil over manufacturer specs, this is the place to go. Makes me wonder if they changed the filter. When I took it back to have the extra quart removed, they told me I would need to wait behind other customers. I didnt have time, but I did tell them I thought they should make make my car a priority since I already waited for a proper oil change which I did not receive.Made me think of the phrase, geez, you only had ONE JOB. You expect that a shop which basically just changes fluids would know how to do that one job correctly. Nope!Never had this issue at the other lube center around the corner on Frederick Rd.

I’ve had good experience here. They do suggest extra services but you have to expect that, that’s just business. Pay attention to your maintenance schedule on your car and you’ll be fine. Beats dropping my truck at the dealer all day.

I went for a quick oil change before 9am. Got right in, staff is friendly but it took an hour to get my oil changed. Then they were trying to get access to the cabin filter by going through the glove compartment, broke the glove compartment and because I was in a rush to get to work they couldnt put it back in. He tried but couldnt get it back together. Ive never had this happen before. The staff is friendly, but it shouldnt take an hour to get your oil changed, especially when there was no wait to get in.

Please stay away from this place. I have to pay 1000$ bucks almost to get my compressor change. Now, my car is in the repair shop where additionally I have to pay 1000 dollars again.1. I came for the oil change and have specifically mentioned about my car overheating problem and the AC not blowing the cold air. For 2 hours, they couldnt figure it out and said nothing came in diagnostic test. After the oil change, I left to the home and. came back in an hour to mention that cold air is not working. They told me to change the AC compressor and everything will work. I told them to check the coolant, radiator and thermostat, but they told me everything is fine.2. Second day, I dropped my car at 830 am and have called them at 1 pm and they told me the parts didnt came and the car will be completed soon. They have mentioned to me that it will take 2 hours max, but that was not the story. At 415 pm, I called them back again to make sure if the work is done and they said to me, we are just working on your car. I had to leave early from work to make sure the work is done. I reached at 530 pm, one of the technician was doing a diagnostic test and he said everything is fine now.3. After a week, my car started overheating again and I went again to the store and same technician told me everything looks fine. I told them please check the fans, but he said everything looks good. I left with half satisfaction there.4. Next day, only while driving to fast food store, my car overheated and the reservoir was fuming and coolant was boiling. The good thing was, I had water which gave me a temporary solution. By the time, I reached home, the reservoir was totally dried out.Now, I just dropped my car on Thursday to repair shop and they sent me the diagnostic test and mentioned that my radiator fan was not working and the AC fan too. I have to spend additional 1000 bucks now.I am so aggravated with this whole situation, either the technicians in Jiffy lube lied to me on my face or they do not know there job! in either case it is people like us who have to bear the brunt of their lack of performing there job correctly as needed. I would not recommend anyone to give their car at jiffy lubes center in Germantown or any other place, if you want peace of mind after spending money on repairs visit a well qualified station or a certified dealer.

Update to my previous review. February 21st 2018. This location has improved dramatically Im not sure if they have new management or not but the service here has turned a hundred eighty degrees usually in and out in 10 minutes and they pay extreme attention to details in regards to informing you whats going on with your vehicle. Staff is very courteous and they are clean if youre a monk like me and dont want prints and marks on your car when youre done.

Normally I like this place. Its clean, fast, and the prices are fair. But they jacked up a coupon on me and said I would get credit on the next visit. I did, but they then refused to grant a new coupon I brought in since they already applied the previous credit which was supposed to go on the previous transaction.For a place so coupon happy, its upsetting that they cant get this right. On top of that, the supervisor spent more time complaining about how many hours hed worked than listening to me explain the coupon situation. You suck, lube center.***Update! I was promised a refund and a coupon for a new oil change. I never got the check and oil change. So screw this place again.
