This place is great! I went to get an oil change for my F-150 and I was in and out on a Sunday in less than an hour. Their waiting area is very nice, the employees are wonderful and overall it made the experience pain free. Plus their prices are rather reasonable and every decision is up to you. I highly recommend this place if your vehicle is in need of service.

Great experience, Jiffy Lube made me feel welcome, discussed the condition of my car at the designated mileage point; They also shared their recommendations as to what next steps that I needed to take on the car. Service was quick, fast, and professional. I kinda felt like they tried to push some services that may have not been needed, but im not quite the car expert. Was told that because my air filters were dirty (which they were, I was shown them) but I didnt quite buy the line that due to carbon scoring on the filters, that my fuel injectors were clogged. My engine idles and runs fine. Was also told their proprietary conventional oil with additives was better than a regular synthetic oil change, (had synthetic since I bought the car off the lot)Anyway, at the end of the day, besides the extra salesperson-esque vibes, I was quite happy with the speed and quality of the service. And every staff member I interacted with were friendly and professional.

I wrote about closed by mistake. I was supposed write it about other place, in Gaithersburg. But the real experience in YOUR PLACE was very far from satisfaction. When one of associates was offering service he was talking about changing radiators filter and in invoice, after work was done I found ANTIFREEZE -35degree CHANGING. In April, seriously?? They charged us for antifreeze using of the moment I wasnt there and my husband is not so good in English. Feel not fare at all

The team at Jiffy Lube Germantown is always attentive and nice. This is the only company and location I use to get my oil changed but this was my first time going in for a brake check. They went above and beyond to help determine the cause of the issue I was having and resolved it efficiently and inexpensively.

These guys are great. Oil change and tire rotation at a reasonable price. On timely manner. Very clean facility. My car looks like new. Im definitely coming back. Couldnt be any happier.

It was my first time to visit them. So many good reviews made me trust their service. To be honest, he was not willing to answer my questions and not happy to discuss with me about my car service. I am not sure if I want to come back again.

Did a great job on oil change, but when asked to change the front head light I was only asked to change one. When you know if they are both replaced at the same time they will go around the same time. It would have been best to replace both. Just something to think about.

This business was FAST AND PROFESSIONAL! I barely had time to make a phone call they were already pulling me in to say theyve ran a complete diagnostic and making sure I was fully aware of what was necessary. Replaced several lights that were not functioning. Kept me informed about what they were doing and the price was great for all the service. I would have paid a lot more for dealer to perform what they did. Good team there all seemed to be working efficiently and professionally. This is the best Jiffy Lube experience I’ve ever had. In the past (in different states), the wait has been long and the people were rude. Here, the one who helped me get set up and checked out, not only was very kind and very respectful, he gave me a discount on my air filter. I wish I remembered his name! They were done in less than 15 minutes and he even opened the door for me as I left. Professional, clean, respectful, and convenient. I will be going back for my future oil changes!

Oil change is expensive and it leak afterwards, second time it happens. Not good at all.

Im so thankful I came in. I recently purchased a used car that was due for an oil change and needed some air in the tires. I came by and they gave me a full service. Saw that my rear tires were about to go and replaced them, rotated the front tires, fixed a chip in my windshield, and did a light cleaning.A few miles later my tire light was still on, so I came back and theyre replacing the broken sensor now. Nadeem is excellent. Explained everything that was necessary and why. Ive already recommended them to some of my neighbors. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my regular maintenance needs.

Two Spanish managers at this facility were very unprofessional. Very rude asking for me to pay in cash when I clearly said I only have credit. This experience made me scared as a single woman.

These guys are awesome. I went to pep boys here in germantown MD. They wanted to charge me $380 for front brake pads so I came to jiffy lube and ask to do the same thing and they are charging me $199 for front brake pads. So I am also getting an oil change, lights worked on and air filters replaced. lets say Im going with jiffy lube from now on. These guys are awesome. I am coming back to do business and now so is my wife and friends.

Been visiting Jiffy for about 3 years in Indiana and this s my first visit in Maryland. Opted for tire replacement since I know its due at 60k. They suggested nexen N5000+ and charged me for that. With 1 in stock I got to come the next day to replace the remaining 2. Without notifying me they replaced a slightly inferior model of Nexen. After an argument I was given price adjustment. However within 6 hours, I got a flat tire at a pharma parking lot which is just next to Jiffy. Glad I was able to get it attended by them since its next door. The serviceman showed me an extra bolt washer that was used while inflating and prepping the wheel. It was a brand new tire and due to flat tire the tire outers bruised while I pulled over. For some reason the tpms did not function as expected. Though I was helped on time, I am concerned about the carelessness and confusion.With all these I am doubtful if i would ever visit jiffy again.

I have been coming here for well over 4 years. There service is thorough and quick, Roberto the manager always has a big old smile! I go in every time before long trips just to have tires checked, and they treat me me like a VIP customer! They are always there for me when I need anything including my stupid questions answered or taking out the occasional nail out of my tire! I highly recommend this location.
