Today I came in for a set of new tires, lugnuts and an alignment and everything went perfect! I am so happy with the result and the staff who helped me. Sophy was one of the best people here, so helpful, kind, generous with our interaction. She was really patient with the customers and helpful I appreciate everything she did for me. I’m definitely coming back here for my next I need anything with my vehicle.

I purchased a set of tires from this location a couple years ago, including the lifetime free flat repair. I brought a flat tire in today and they refused to repair it, claiming it had excessive dry rot and a repair would be unsafe. They also said the manufacturers warranty wouldnt apply towards a replacement, as dry rot is considered normal wear and tear. So I took the tire to my long time mechanic, whose shop is a top rated installer for Tire Rack. He found absolutely nothing wrong with the tire, performed the repair and is willing to stand behind the work. NTB just refused to do the work I had already paid for.

Had tires shipped one day. The next day I dropped my car off and had the tires installed with out any problems. Dropped the car off, next thing I know I was being called to pick my car with the new tires. Great work! The staff helpful and professional as well.

I moved to NC from MD. I have always had good experience here, but today I was disappointed. First, they changed my appointment from yesterday evening to day for my SUV for all 4 tires and oil change. I drop it off and get a call they had no synthetic oil. This was fine as was right after I dropped it off, but then 3 hours of waiting they tell me tires ordered are incorrect and don’t have ones I want in stock for an SUV. It would have been nice to let me know upfront instead of having me wait 3 hours and then they messed with the tire pressure and now my tpms system light is turning on. I’m hoping this week when I return to get correct tires on to have better experience and that they fix my tpms system they messed up with doing something to the tire pressure. To say the least, I was upset not because tires were not in stock but because with them having seen the car and seeing what was ordered for tires, being a tire place and all, they could have let me know sooner instead of having me wait around all day and then the icing on top giving it back to me having messed up my tire pressure monitoring system.

Fast service and my tires were in stock. Got it all done on the same day after two other tire stores told me that had to special order my tires.

Shemar and Isaiah, are two hard working dedicated people. I love the work done with my car.

Great service, prompt calls, even found me some cost savings during my service. Will definitely come back.

Left my car overnight after making a 7:40 am appointment. Had to call them at noon to see why I hadnt heard back about my car. The manager said my key was stuck in the drop box (though they found it rather quick when I called them). So they hadnt worked on my car, despite having an appointment and my car being there. The employees need a refresher training on how to check the drop box for keys.If you are going to go here, make sure to call them first thing in the morning to confirm that they have your keys, or they might skip working on your car. They will not follow up with you, and youll be stuck waiting for hours for your car.

Traveling through Maryland got a flat. Found NTB tire shop to fix the tire where pep boys said they were too busy to help me. Ask for Shemar who was professional and understanding of my emergency.

My wife purchased a “brand new tire” from this location on July 6, 2021. Fast Forward to July 23 the tire blows out completely. Luckily it did not lead to a serious accident for my wife or small children. When I reached out to the service manager at this shop he informed me that my wife did not purchase the road hazard warranty and their is nothing he can do. See below this was clearly a bad tire and it’s extremely dangerous that they are rolling this out of their shop. For your safety and the safety of your love ones do not buy from this place.

I found a nail in my tire and the NTB Germantown location was able to take me in and change the tire knowing how busy the shop was on a Saturday. Kenny went out of his way to transfer a tire to my closest location so the work could be done. I’m grateful to have such a convenient tire shop down the road from me

Excellent service and amazing staff! Sophy was clear and transparent about all the maintenance my car needed. She pointed out the issues with my vehicle and answered every single one of my questions. One of the worst Ntbs ever. Had an appointment and got a call the day of the appointment saying they wouldn’t be able to service my car and was told to reschedule. I rescheduled for a few days later and show up for my appointment for them to tell me they can’t service my car yet again because they ran out of oil. Keep in mind this is a prescheduled appointment. They need better management super unorganized and will not be back !

Took my car in to get a nail hole plugged. (I bought my tires from NTB - the tires are under warranty - should be a free service). After waiting 1 hour, NTB says that they cannot plug the hole and I will need to buy a new tire. (Their initial quote for a new tire and related services was over $300). I said no thank you and took it to Jiffy Lube across the street. Jiffy Lube repaired the tire no problem in 15 minutes.

The worst place to replace my tires. I went to get my tires mounted and balance. My car didn’t have any pressure light on, they just need to be replace . I got out there with a damage sensor, pressure light on, they told me that sometimes it take time, to drive it for a day or so if the light doesn’t turn off come back . Well it never turn off, I went back and they told me to speak with the manager, she had already her bad face, give me a speech (run around) they are washing their hands and not owning to their mistake. Never take you car to this place . THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN, I’M TELLING YOU, BETTER GO TO WALMART, THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE .....UPDATE.A little late i was busy. But I went to replace my sensor and they actually broke the entire bottom off the sensor. It was NOT there, this is horrible place to take your car.

These people have inconvenienced me not once but TWUCE within the span of 3 days. I shouldve ditched them after the first attempt but after the 2nd attempt of bringing my truck in for a front end alignment these people have been nothing but excuses. Theyhave used the same excuse twice about their “one mechanic who’s the only one that can do the job” is always stepping out for something in turns theyre not doing what they say they will. Told me my truck would be done within the day (8 hour day) because it was dropped off in the morning and still somehow couldnt get to it. If i could give 0 stars i would, customer service was also terrible i heard nothing but excuses no solutions and everyone i talked to seem to not care a single bit about anything. Extremely poor all-around

Excellent service I was waiting for a tire to be shipped to the store initially I was told it may take a longer than expected delivery. I was a little frustrated but I agreed and paid the deposit. I was called a few days later and advised they were able to get the tire in ahead of schedule. Staff was extremely friendly I got the tire installed in no time. I have 5 vehicles and I will come back if and when the need arises. Another very happy customer 👍🏽

Shemar was very pleasent he took his time to attend to my concerns and fast service.

Wouldnt do an oil change because of valve cover leak and wanted $350 to replace it.. Took the car to the dealer because I couldnt see any type of leak anywhere, everything under the hood was dry and dusty. The dealership confirmed that there was no leak and preformed the oil change. Not sure what this was all about, but it was a big inconvenience for a misdiagnosis.

The staff was knowledgeable and timely when changing my rotors, oil, and other fluids. I especially enjoyed the service that I got from Lucy Provost, who made sure to give me explanations concerning pricing, the rebate offer, and also what needed to be fixed with my HR-V.

I was provided exceptional service by a employee named Angelo Prandy! He was patient and helpful...and Im almost positive he was smiling behind his face mask the whole time! I will definitely be a returning customer due to the service he provided!

I was having trouble getting new tires on my car. I went to 5 different tire shops before making my way to NTB Germantown. As soon as I arrived, Sophy took such good care of me. Brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and break check. Said they could not do tire rotation due to my break issues and gave me estimated cost of about $1.2 k worth of fixing on break fluid and other break stuff. Got a second mechanic to take a look at it and they said I only had 60k miles on my car and there is no way I need all that. Everything looked fine and I was told that they were totally trying to scam me. Never going here again and beware to get a second opinion when they suggest you to fix anything.

I worked with Lucy today to get my car’s brakes and rotors fixed and she is wonderful to work with. Extremely friendly and courteous. I will be back to see Lucy whenever needed. 5 star service!

Don’t waste your time here. Horrible service. Slow and expensive. Quality of work is under question too. You will spend a whole day here just to change a brake pads which is usually takes 2-3 hours.

The least organized auto shop I have ever experienced. Complete incompetence. Had 2 appointments and they completely messed both of them up. No sense making an appointment when they don’t take you for hours after or in one case took my truck at my time only to have it sit back in the work bay for hours. Total waste of time!

I had an amazing experience at NTB. The tech Sophy was very knowledgeable, polite, and provided excellent customer service.

Depending on who you speak to will depend on what answer you get. Called last week to get a quote on brakes over the phone and was told we cant give you an estimate without and inspection but that I can schedule an appt for a free inspection, so I did. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they do not give free inspectionsis and their is a cost of 19.99 for the inspection but it is taken off if you get your brakes done. I then asked if they could give me an estimate of how much it would cost to get front brakes and rotors done with break fluid being changed and the guy at the desk said about 450. Thinking that wasnt a bad price I agreed to have the inspection done as I planned to have them do my brakes. Once they complete the inspection they come tell me that my back brakes are worse than my front and I need to do both. (Not knowing that I was at a dealership last week and they told me the complete opposite) hearing that I asked them if they can show me. Once the mechanic lifts the car back up and calls me out to show me the back break I had to ask to see the front as well. As we look at them both together the mechanic says you are right the front is worse and the back can wait. So I go back to the desk and ask for a quote of just doing the front. Well that estimate of $450 came up to $653... NO where close to the estimate. Once I say thats not what you told me the guy goes I did say an estimate. Im sorry but that was no even close to the estimate maybe if you were within $100 I would agree not mentioning that until I asked to see the brakes yall also told me the back was worse than the front.Be careful if you are not sure what is going on with your car as they will definitely try to get you and make you spend way more than you need to.**also added a picture from their website that says they do a free break check**

This place is the best. Whenever I have car problems or need an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment I come here and 100% recommend to anyone. The staff, Sophie and Lucy are super friendly, genuine and honest. They tell you what needs to be done and what can wait, they’re not just trying to make a sale.
