I’m a single mom of two who runs the social life of Austin .. I had a break down in the salon .. I Cried at the chair because these people treated me horrible when I brought my kids in who were well behaved . It’s not easy for me . I’m newly single and a mom of 2 with zero help. I want my money back . And everyone in Austin will know how horrible you all were. All I wanted was a relaxing day to myself but I had two kids that I couldn’t leave behind and you treated them horrible and when I called she said “your daughter talked too much” my daughter is 3 and loves talking to people . Maybe if you got your kids out more they wouldn’t be antisocial . I have reported the business to the news and have posted in all social media .

I took my granddaughter and myself for manicures and pedicures and couldnt have been more pleased with them. Thy and Jenni were wonderful and highly recommend them. The business was very clean and everyone helpful. This is the place to go for nails.

I went for a birthday pedicure and Cindy was my technician. She recommended the green tea deluxe pedicure so I went with it. The treatment was amazing, Cindy did a great job with the massage and painting my nails. She was friendly and personable as well.The salon is clean and the massage chairs are excellent. I was very happy with my service and will definitely go back!

Just moved here 2 mos ago and i went to 3 salons before I finally found the lady who could do my nails the way I like. Most salons, especially when run by a man, don’t listen to what you want. Pro nails listened. Jenne is the best nail and pedicure lady for me. She listened and did my nails great. I just wanted pink/white fill with clear gel on top. They lasted 3 weeks with no lifting. She does waxing and pedicure too. A little pricier than some others but they did a good job. I recommend anyone there. Just be sure to tell them specifically what you want and you’ll be happy and satisfied with your nails.

The manicurists are professional and friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

Mary was awesome! This was my first visit & ill definitely be back! Great pedi & leg massage. The heated stones are a nice touch! Super clean, with plastic screens between you and the operator.

I went in with having had surgery a few months prior on my ankle. They were super sweet and attentive. I was able to enjoy the full pedicure. I have been here before. I go here for any of my nail needs!

Clean, efficient, fast, and friendly. My nails/gel polish always still look perfect even after three weeks of daily tasks at work and home. So glad I found a place so close to home, and I Love that I can support my local business!

I’ll start with the good, everyone was friendly, the place was cute and clean, and the pedicure massage was great. As for the bad, my sister really needed some cuticle work done and it was ignored so her nails looked ok but her cuticles looked awful. I had gel polish done and it was applied too thick to some nails (because of a color switch), it started peeling a couple days after I had it done. For the cost of everything I was really disappointed in the end result for both myself and my sister. We were walk-ins towards the end of the day, which could have affected the outcome. But if you don’t have time to do quality work, don’t take the clients.

I asked for French ...white tips and the tech used white tips but then drug the pink powder over them and now they are light pink ...save your 40 $ I mentioned it to her.she simply said they are white ! Thought it was me but asked the coworkers and all voted def not white tips .

Based on a recommendation, I was ready for a change. I walked in and was immediately taken care of. I had a basic manicure and the attention given to my cuticles was excellent. The pedicure was excellent also. Shout out to Ann and Cindy. Very nice job!

Mary was amazing! Today I went in for a pedicure and full set SNS. It didn’t feel rushed at all, but I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours which I loved! I don’t like when it somehow takes 3 hours at the nail salon. Mary was so sweet and listened to everything I said. She checked with me multiple times to make sure I liked what she was doing. The pedicure massage almost put me right to sleep. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out. I highly recommend this place. They were all very nice and professional. I will be coming back to see Mary from now on!

Im so disappointed. I was a regular customer of this nail salon. Yesterday I got an SNS manicure and its SO THICK. I called to ask if I could come in to have it fixed and was told they were too busy. They seemed annoyed at my complaint. After spending $55 I will go to another nail salon to have them redone. I wont be back.

My first time having a man do my Pedicure. He did a great job.

Nothing pro about this place. I’ve had the worst experience of my life. If you get your nails done regularly u know exactly how your nails are supposed to be. My nails were crooked and my coffin shape was square shape. Nail polish was horribly painted. Don’t get me started about the pedicure I just had either. My wedding is tomorrow and I have no time to go anywhere else. I got in the car and cried my eyes out!

They give the best pedicures ever..and I always feel safe when I go.

Worst place Ive ever been to. They literally tore my lip off while giving me a wax. The lady acted like it was my fault and wanted me to pay for it.

There wasnt a wait, I got seated for a pedicure right away after I picked my color and got offered a drink which I recieved within 3 minutes of sitting down. My pedicure looks amazing! Linda done a fantastic job!

Bombarded me as soon as I walked through the door for what color THEY wanted me to do, wouldnt not listen to a thing i said, had to switch people just to paint a V on the nails, the nails are bubbly, uneven and poorly painted. Never coming here again.

I had the deluxe pedicure which was great. I ended up bringing my niece with me because she enjoys getting a pedicure but at my usual nail place in Pflugerville they actually treat her like an adult ask her what she wants as far as color and pattern and she always leaves happy. Here it was not the case. The lady pretty much TOLD her what she was going to get so even when I tried to correct her she told me that she knew what what my niece wanted. My niece was not happy with the results. So I guess my only real complaint is that they treated her like she was an inconvenience and they rushed through her mani-pedi and didnt listen when she told them what she wanted. Probably wont be coming back.

Linda and Jenny were extremely polite and professional. We were noticed right away when we walked in, they had a VERY LARGE selection of colors. Their health precautions were an A+. We will most definitely be going again!

Ive been a Pro Nails customer for over 10 years. I drive past at least 6, possibly more, salons on my way from home to Pro Nails, but no other salon has matched their cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. I never remember to make an appointment, but the ladies at Pro Nails always greet me as an old friend and make me feel at home. My pedicures last *forever*, and the lady who waxes my brows has the magic touch. I hardly feel it, and recently even entrusted her with my teenage daughters first eyebrow waxing. My daughters have been coming to Pro Nails since they were 3; they have been treated wonderfully every time, and the staff has been great about not babying them as they have grown. Ill be loyal for life!

This is the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Diane did my deluxe pedicure and solar nail full set and everything looks fabulous. I left feeling relaxed and very satisfied with the service.

Mary did acrylic nails on me she was nice until a large party arrived for pedicures. After that it was very rushed she had me dry my nails for too long then I told her I didn’t like one nail and she just applied more polish and had me dry again. And told next time I could get the dip powder. One hand looks okay from a distance but the other is bad. Not the best and prices are really the same elsewhere. Only good thing is the color I chose for the nails.First visit was for waxing with someone else and that was pleasant. Will not be back after this experience. Very rushed service !

Ive had some really bad experiences and quit getting pedicures. I was told to try Pro Nails out and I was not disappointed. I told Lisa before she started that I have sensitive feet and she really listened. Best experience in a long time.

Great nail salon. They are very quick but do a good job. I get a gel manicure and I am out the door in 45 minutes or less. The prices are extremely reasonable and all staff are so nice and courteous. Convenient that it’s right next to the HEB grocery, too.

Pro Nails is a great salon. I have been going there a long time, but especially now they are adhering to all the guidelines. They had just remodeled before the virus hit, so the salon is clean and beautiful!

This was my 1st visit & I was very pleased with the entire process. DIANE did a top rate job on my pedicure. I made an appointment but walk-ins were accepted while I was there. GUYS shouldnt be shy here as two were in chairs as my nails were polished. Friendly staff, convenient & prices are comparable to those around town. You know you need a pedicure when your husband mentions your feet need some attention! I walked in to Pro Nails this morning without an appointment and was seen immediately. I asked for an extra long massage and it was just wonderful. The choice of colors available seemed more extensive than most other salons. The place is bright, very neat and clean-up the staff very cheery and courteous and the pedicure chairs very comfortable This was a great experience and I will definitely go back.

Great first experience overall. I came for a Shellac manicure and once I picked a color I was sat immediately and given a brief soak, trim, file, polish, (very brief massage). The nail tech was meticulous and my nails look great! The Spa music really melted my stress and it was very clean and organized. They have two TVs which are easily visible from anywhere in the place. I also really like that they almost always have their door open, this helps with smell, ventilation etc. Even though this was my first time in, Ive always seen them w door open even pre-COVID. In addition, everyone was very spread out and when it did begin to fill up as I was finishing, they were conscious to keep everyone very spread out. I also like the polish set-up, they have a great selection of color choices and its easy to sort through (I can be a bit indecisive) and they didnt rush me! Next time Id like to plan a bit longer treatment and really enjoy a bit more pampering! It appears they even offer Vietnamese coffee, but I never saw a drink offered (perhaps COVID?).

Went with my mom and sister and me personally I had a great experience. The person that did my nails was Lisa and she was fantastic. Super friendly and did a great job on my nails. But my mom got the deluxe manicure which includes a massage and she came home with bruises all over her arms from her so called massage. Her nails had bubbles all over as well. My sister was actually scared of the lady who did her nails. The lady kept telling her not to move which my sister was trying not to do. Then the lady actually threatened to purposely hurt my sister if she moved again. We went for my sisters birthday as a treat for her and she ended up getting threatened? Im sorry thats not alright. The ONLY person here that I would recommend is LISA. Steer clear of the other ladies.

I dont mind the others who work here and have no problem with them but linda isnt recommended at all. My nails are chipping after 1 day and and she painted a brush hair into the nail. Im just glad thy did a good job for my mom.

I really appreciated how they made sure everything was clean sanitized. Definitely made you able to enjoy your pampering time, knowing all the staff made sure everything was clean.

Honestly the worst nail place i’ve ever been to. Completely ruined the shape of my nails and got nail polish all over my fingers. Had to refile my nails even after leaving the salon. and all of this costed me 55 dollars for a terrible experience. Highly do not recommend

Im very sad this visit. This is my second time here and will be my last. My first experience was amazing. Today I experienced insult after insult in the Vietnamese language. Mary took care of my pedicure and wasnt liking my minor noise making as I was very uncomfortable and telling her Im not comfortable with the spin nail filer to remove the polish. She spoke a very not nice word in Vietnamese to me. Insulting actually because I actually understand Vietnamese. Being I am part Vietnamese. I highly do not recommend speaking another language other than English while working with a client. After I had said, hurt in Vietnamese, she was surprised. Then the lady, Linda remembered me from the last visit. She told Mary I understand Vietnamese. Mary continued to make comments in Vietnamese. She threw my own nail polish I brought, on the work table because it was like nothing to her, in Vietnamese. She also said The nail filer machine didnt hurt. Just complaints from her is what I felt the whole time. Which I still could not believe she continued to speak in Vietnamese after she knew I understand what she is saying. Linda apologized for Marys treatment. I still will not return. Im not very Im happy and will pay for the unsatisfactory service. Unfortunately.

Pedicure was wonderful, great skill at taking care of my ingrown nails. The deluxe package with the paraffin treatment and massage gives me a fantastic outcome of softer skin snd relaxed muscles and my feet feel rejuvenated.

I have been to this shop several times and every time I am made to feel so comfortable! The atmosphere is so nice...they had the shop all decorated for the holidays...and were even giving little Thank You Christmas gifts when you left! Linda was my tech and she was awesome!!
