This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done!! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and have never left disappointed!! They stay busy so make sure you call to set up an appointment! I get the gel nails and they always last me a while!

Great service. Very efficient and thorough. Painted the whole nail unlike some places who don’t do the edges with ease. Got a gel manicure and pedicure matching color. Excellent choices found exactly what I was looking for. Perfection!

Got gel polish with a design on two fingers on natural nails and a gel pedicure with a design on two toes. Gel didnt last a week and a half on my fingernails! Paid $80! Went to show them how my nails were peeling and they werent willing to fix them! Told me gel only lasts 7 to 10 days on your natural nails, but told me when I got them done it should last at least 3 weeks! My first and last time going to this establishment!

I have been going to A&R for over a year. It’s an Amazing Salon. Kim does my nails, and she does a Phenomenal job! I get the dip on my nails, and they are perfect every single time. When I get a pedicure, I literally almost fall asleep! So Relaxing. The salon is clean, during the Pandemic they made sure everything stayed sanitized and I was very comfortable there. I would recommend A&R to anyone. I’m moving about 25 minutes away in a couple weeks, and I will still make the commute.

This is the worse nail salon EVER!!! Im sitting here waiting for my nails to be done and no service.I made an appy. 2 weeks ago got in at 945 for a 10am appointment and still waiting at 11. Worst servic. Guess black customers are not good enough.

I have been going to A&R Nails for several years. They do great work every time and if by chance something happens to my nails after I leave the salon (even if it’s days later) they always repair them at no charge! Everyone there is always pleasant and professional. I have used all types of their polish and have found that the powder dip works best for my nails. I always call ahead to schedule an appointment because they’re usually busy. The wait is minimal but I don’t mind waiting for quality work. I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else to get my nails done.

I got a full set! Gel paid $77! The following day two gems fell off! Then the third day a nail!! Now I’m on week two! I’m missing four nails!!! $77??? No way. I need a refund or $20 discount off of my next set! Id call and complain but I feel as if I’ll get the response “ oh honey it’s been two weeks” when the were ruined the first week. I don’t have free time to just come in whenever neither, I also don’t do hard labor for my nails to look like this. Please get back w me. Thanks.

Both myself and my daughter started going there when they first opened but they do not take you on time for appointments and many times double book appointments and we both had to deal with another technician whose quality was poor. Neither one of us will ever go back nor recommend the place

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I’ve been a regular for a few years now and I have no intentions of going anywhere else. I always call a day in advance to make an appointment and they are always so flexible. I usually get gel nails and with a mani/pedi and I am always so pleased with the result and if I change my mind about the color, they always restart with a new color. If I ever break a nail or chip the polish, they always fix it whether it’s that day or the next day or a week later. Everyone there is so pleasant and personable which adds to the clean, welcoming environment. I recommend A and R to everyone!

Wow are they thorough. Took care of my cuticles, cleaned the inner side of the nail, applied polish past the ends so color doesnt recede back so fast, gave my hands a massage.... Im impressed! Very nice and courteous too

They stuck me with some older lady that has cut into my skin twice now and left my with this sore on my finger. Then she gave me a gel manicure and I can still see my nail through the gel polish.

I had my nails done a few days ago and I broke one and I asked to have it repaired, they gave good service and repaired it well and fast(but did not rush the process) they fixed it to look like the others and when I was ready to pay they waved it. It was just an amazing feeling and they Made my day. I definitely will come back whenever I want mine done

This place is great! If you make an appointment theyr right on time. They take walkins as well. My daughter loves Diana and how she does her gel nails. I would recommend!

We waited for 30 minutes to NOT be waited on. We had called earlier and they told us to come in. 4 people came in behind us with NO appointment and went ahead of us. When we mentioned it, nothing done. Poor customer service.

It was hard to understand what they were saying. I showed a simple picture of an example that I wanted and he told me he couldn’t .

I went and the man who took me said they weren’t doing regular polish, however i called and kim said they were . The guy did a terrible job on my acrylic set i highly recommend going elsewhere rude

I have gone a few times and each time I feel like they rush. I asked for a design and they just did a solid color. When I got done it looked like my 3 year old son had painted my nails. They look horrible

Kim is the Absolute Best!!!!!!! She is always so pleasant and actually talks to you while shes doing your nails...the establishment is always clean. Everyone there is Great and by far Kevin does the best pedicure Everrrrrr!!!

JASON is literally the best, always fits me into the schedule, and is just all around great. Im picky and I can honestly say hes never heard a complaint.

I love A&R Nails! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone does a fantastic job and the salon is very clean! Prices are reasonable and I am always relaxed when I leave! If you have already, check this place out. I promise that it will be your new favorite.

Never again will I get my nails done here not only are my nails sore but they are uneven they are bulky and lumpy looking...I paid $50.00 and I am going elsewhere to have them fixed... absolutely horrible!!!

Decided to try this place because I was in Georgetown. I usually stay loyal and never stray away from my regular places. Im glad I did. Very impressed with service and quality of my pedicure and gel manicure. Will return!

Paint chipped 3 days after I got them done. They were cute while the paint lasted.

I love going here normally but today I was extremely disappointed to have waited an hour and a half to get my eyebrows waxed and it not even get done. Not to mention that they weren’t even that busy. Super let down. 🙄

We walked in there and they were fairly unbusy. They were doing one pedicure and two nails so we knew there was a wait. We went in to get one eyebrow done and sat down patiently. As we were waiting two women walked in and loudly asked for pedicures and were taken back immediately. We left after that. They have no sense of time management or how to treat the customers who have waited their turn.

They were very patient with my three kids and I. The place was clean and the staff was very nice.

I asked them to apply more pressure, they didn’t. I asked for rhinestones and they said they don’t do that. The lotion wasn’t even rubbed in all the way before wiping it all off with a towel. Very disappointing.

Very clean and professional on the service that they provide to me. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and my nails last forever, I usually go every three weeks instead of two sometimes I can wait four weeks, I never experienced any attitude of such they are nice. I will continue to do business with them.

Went in last week to get a regular manicure. Waited about an hour even though it was not busy. The older lady that was doing my nails took forever to take the glue off from the acrylics I had. She seemed like she didn’t know what to do and decided to keep some on them and proceeded with the manicure while having lumps of glue still on my nails. I spoke up and told her if she could file down the glue until it was off, she called a guy to do it and he did but it was really rushed and there was still glue. Got my polish on and paid for an “ok” job considering there was still glue on my nails and not removing the cuticles correctly. The following day my polish was cracking and you could see the glue under the polish. Definitely worst nail salon I’ve been to. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

They left me to soak my hands in polish remover for 35 minutes! Hands flaking and burning! Finally walked out.

First time there(been yr since has nails done) and I was pressed for time..They were able to get my nails and color done in a timely manner.... Very friendly.... Price was 40$ only thing I didnt like🌸all gel polishes now!!💅👍

I walked in to get my brows waxed and one of the workers said that they didn’t have time because they were other customers ahead of me. extremely disappointed, will never give my money to them again.

The young man that painted my nails was extremely rude. He was in such a rush he messed up my one nail and instead of starting over he just piled on more polish and made it look worse. Finally I asked him to do it over and he was really annoyed with me. My nails look so bad so I showed him and he said yes that looks bad and sent me on my way I will never go back and they obviously don’t care about the quality of their work, just get um in and get um out make as much money as you can and the hell with the costumer. I took off both fingernail and toenail polish when I got home 40.00 later. (DISCRACEFUL) they should be ashamed. I am going to spread the word not to go there and I am going to report them to the better business bureau.

Very poor (nail) services. Eyebrow service was awesome! I have NEVER HAD my nail polish chip off the same day. All services not performed at Mani/Pedi (or atleast what Im used to). First and last visit there!! I was there for over 2.5 hours. Sat with my feet in water for an 1.5 of that time.unreal! Id give them a 0 if I could.

Their customer service is horrible and I was sitting in their for 30 minutes and their excuse was they had appointments...they need to serve the customers that are already there ..dont reccomend this place at all

I waited 20 mins just to leave. He took me back, I told Him I wanted coffin shaped nails. He then begins to cut the sides, told him that coffin was more square then that so he says he knows. He then starts putting acyrilic on them. I stopped Him and said I am gonna stop you now I dont like the shape. He started taking the tips off and acrylic off. 2 of my nails still have acyrilic on them and he grinded on my nails. He was mad and was doing it so rough. Tells me to wash my hands and leave. Not ok to talk you ppl like that or treat them that way. I will never ever go back and I will never tell anyone to go to them. I will go back to my nail tech and never try to go anywhere else.

They did tips and a pedi. A pedi was a waste of my time. Ill be going back to lewes at top nails for a pedicure for now on. The tips however lasted longer than any other time I received them. However she made my one nail so uneven on my thumb that the one broke where it was so thin.
