Absolutely love this place!! It’s my go to nail place and they’ve never failed to impress me!! 💓 these were done by Lee and I could tell he cared about the finished product looking amazing! He took his time and every shape on each nail is actual perfection!

I could not be happier with my nails. I am not that girly girl who even gets their nails done. I decided to treat myself for Christmas and am pleased with my decision. In fact I broke one within the first week and they fixed free of charge. Then I went home to Florida and needed a fill in. The person there talked me into powder coat. So, 70$ and. 2.5 hours later, I had a fresh look. I am becomingAddicted to it! However, I came back to Georgetown, to the place I originally started my addiction at. Johnny, I believe is the owner, did a fricken fantastic job on my nails. At half the cost and time he did my nails perfect. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. In fact, I have been. I get a lot of compliments on Them and always tell them where to go.

Sam was my nail tech for a long time and then he left for a little while. But he has come back to Georgetown, Ky. Over by Wal-Mart, next to the Urgent Treatment Center. Glad to have you back Sam.

I have thin nails that tend to crack and Im nervous about getting tips. Lee did a great job he was very patient and gentle! It was a wonderful experience!

This salon is recently under new ownership! Sam, Sophia, and Johnny are an excellent team! Sam has done my nails for 15+ years and I’ve not found anyone to compare his service to! They’re very friendly, personable, and clean! After they’ve seen you once they’ll know you from then on out! Wait times are minimal and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service they provide. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

My first time at the salon was on Thanksgiving. They were the only salon open. I got to meet Sam & Johnny. Very welcoming, professional & friendly team. They did an amazing job on my nails& toes! Johnny is new to this salon. He does such a good job. I get acrylic nails with gel polish and he shapes them so that they feel like my own nails. I can go 2-3 weeks before fill ins and they always look good. The salon itself was very nice. Bright, clean and colorful with all the new nail colors along the walls. I would highly recommend my friends and family to try this place out.

Came to this salon after being treated like garbage across the street. As soon as I came through the door. Nothing but respectful people and kind. Didnt talk to me like I was garbage. They understood that I messed my nails up and needed then fixed. Lovely lady fixed my nails. With the kindest touch and never once but me down to my face. Thanks you made this momma feel better and got nice nails too.

Sam is back! That means great quality and customer service. When Sam left, the shop and the quality of service was horrible. Now that hes back and in charge, I ventured in and was not disappointed. The staff is minimal right now until the salon gains more business but, I have no doubt that it will be returned to a good quality salon in no time with Sam in the lead. Dont let the past disappointments of old management sway you from returning. I recommend Sam and his team over any other salon in Georgetown!

I used to go to Sam starting back in 2003 and he did my nails for years. When he moved I was devastated, because he does such great quality work. I came in an hour until they closed on a Friday with bad weather. My nail tech did amazing at completing what I wanted and she didn’t stop until it looked perfect. Wish the price was a little lower but that’s the only thing keeping it from 5 Stars in my book!

This Salon has NEW OWNERS and I love this nail salon!! They have TONS of colors in SNS, gel and regular polish. Nice clean salon. The staff members are always fast, fun and personable. I never have to wait and my SNS and toe polish always look amazing! I can easily go 3-4 weeks between fill ins. Also gave me free lotion to take home and gave me 20% off. Highly recommend!

I just spent 2 hours and 15 minutes here for a pedicure and fill in. The pedicure was awful, he didnt even clean my toes or scrub my feet! Then as Im paying, they let me know that its $20 EXTRA for gel polish on your toes!! Thats highway robbery! I will never come here again. Im so disappointed. 😔 $90 wasted.

This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. There were only 2 technicians working when my friend and I arrived at 12:40 on a Friday, and after seating us in the foot baths they left us there for forty minutes. It took 3 hours for them to complete two pedicures and two gel manicures between them both where they kept switching which technician was working on both of us, and they were using the same tools without sanitation. The water was cold on my feet the entire time, even after I told them to make it warmer. The guy clipped my nails so short he cut my skin on both my toes and my fingers, and didn’t say anything about it even after I showed him. He didn’t buff my nails and left them edgy and he didn’t even clean out the dirt underneath them, and after painting my nails the lady left gel polish all over my fingers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this salon and I highly don’t recommend that other people go either.Update: the same night I had my nails done, the polish peeled off of my thumb in one piece. Rather going back to have it fixed since they’ll either charge me for it or mess it up again, I peeled off the rest since it was so easy and am going somewhere else.

These people charged me and my cousin $105 for our nails.The older lady told me that my FILL IN was $20 and my cousins was $40. After she finished (not a good job either) she changes her price for me to $40 and my cousins to $65. WHERE DID THAT COME FROM!!!!! I would really like to speak to corporate. And that’s he whole place was cluttered.

Worst sns ever! Sunday was 1 week since i had my nails done and 3 have broken already and one has chipped... the whole tip is gone...$40 for me and $40 for my friend hers looked like there were little nicks in hers as soon as we left the shop... definitely not worth it what so ever completely dissatisfied with this...i will not go back! Dont waste your time...

Nails not pretty. I asked for matte black nails. Thats all, no crazy designs, no wild colors, just Matte. Black. She painted my nails, and then instantly started putting the matte coat on. No drying in between, not even an attempt, so my nails ended up not being anywhere close to matte. And my nails were not square they were crooked. My nails being crooked drives me insane. Not coming back.

Went with my mom to get our nails done tonight. We both got gel polish manicures. I had a guy do mine and he did a great job with my nails. I love them! My mom however had a lady do hers and she not only cut my mom, but she was forgetful as to what she was doing, and some of the polish on my moms nails arent the same darkness/shade (same polish was used, just some nails are darker than the others and a couple are pretty light colored). My mom later informed me shes had the lady before and she was also cut before by her as well. Judging by other reviews, its seems to be a reoccurring thing to get cut here. The lady didnt even apologize to my mom.

My nails are uneven the lady tried to put a coat so light on it that you could see my nails underneath when I asked for a solid pale pink. The corners of my nails wasn’t painted and it looks like a kid done my nails. Never going back. Oh and I got charged 37 for a fill in lol. Would not recommend at all.

If i could give this no stars i would. I went for a pedi and polish change on my hands. The work was not the best but the guy seemed to be trying and putting attention to the details. He had to use polish remover a lot to erase what he got on my skin and then it left a faint color on my skin. Then, they had my nails soaking for over an hour in acetone while they did my pedi. After they changed the polish i thought the tips of my nails were soft but figured they would harden back up shortly after. Its 2 days and all my nails hurray cracked and brok . I really hope they do right and give me a set while i grow then back out! very disappointed

Not only did they not file my nails down, the tech spent 1.5 trying to do SNS. I will never go there again. I even vented my frustration and all the lady would say is that I could come back to have them corrected... if you are particular about your nails, don’t go here!

I had to sit there and wait for three hours to get a manicure and they took almost two hours just to get my nails buffed and get a set of fake nails. The person that did my nails was really rough and rude about me reacting when she hurt me. The lady didnt even do the nails I requested, and I had them fixed to what I asked for. There was an old lady crying because the man doing her feet was so rough with her. And the constant talking in Chinese while glancing at the clients is just so rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their nails or wants things done right the first time.

I went in got a fill in and my another polish was charged a full $35. The lady was not personable at all and kept jerking my hands around and to open then. She tapped the bowl to let me know to take my hand out. Not really happy with the look very clunky. Place isn’t sanitary at all lady working on my hands has dried blood down her hand from a cut in a fingernail. DISGUSTING! I will never venture from my main spot in Versailles ever again.

Went for a pedicure and SNS with my sister who has been a regular customer for many years. Our first hint that it was going to be a bad visit should have been that only one person was there working, but she assured us others were coming “soon”. So we signed in at 10:20am, picked our colors and had our feet in water by 10:30. Second, my sister’s pedicure water was ice cold! After correcting that issue, we sat and sat and sat and then sat some more. Finally, at 11:15 we were told the others would be there in 25 minutes! So we got up, dried our feet and left...an hour after arriving. They lost a 22 year customer today as this was the final straw in a string of other occurrences recently. If you value your time, don’t go here.

Worst nail salon ever. My nails were uneven and look like they were painted by a child. I showed the young man that did what was wrong with them and he fixed them or try to fix them which made it worse. The older lady I’m assuming the owner got very upset because she said she wants to fix them too and I told her that’s OK don’t worry about it I don’t have five hours to sit there and my nails keep getting worse and worse. My sisters nails which is the Spatzl Bubbley out on top and now polish came off immediately. This was supposed to be a fun time with my sister that is visiting me from Germany it was the most horrible experience with both experience ever . I paid her $45 cause I didn’t know what else to do . I will report them to the Better Business Bureau

This salon she be named Nails NO Pretty!!! Both my daughter and I had SNS nails done. The lady that did ours nails cut both of us. She didn’t use enough product on the nail so they are almost transparent. She miss shaped them no two match. She left color product all over my fingers. I picked out 3 polished for my toes all were bad in the bottle. Beyond rude. If I could have ranked them a zero star I would have. Dont waste your time or the 3 hrs it took to get them done. Not kidding 3 hrs for a no tip SNS nail and pedicure.

My mother in law and I went to get our nails and feet done. I got sns done (which I’ve had done multiple times) it was terrible my nails weren’t polished all the way, the corners weren’t cleaned up, it looked like I had my 5yr old do my nails. My mother in law sat the entire time I got my nails done with her feet in water waiting for her pedicure and never which never got done. They took the other customers that came in after us. No one apologized until we were getting ready to walk out of the door. This all happened on mother’s day. She didn’t get a chance to have her nails and feet done like she wanted to on mother’s day.

Got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. The nail tech was very friendly offered me something to drink when I came in to be seated. He did a great job on my nails, was very friendly and went over pricing and what he was going to do before he even touched my feet. The lady who did my eyebrows on the other hand wasnt very personable and she was a bit rough when turning my head during my waxing. Will return for pedicures! Overall great experience!

I’ve had SNS nails done several times. Normally every 3 weeks. Yesterday I went to Nails Pretty for SNS. I walked right in no wait. I had to soak the old nails off that were beautiful and done by Lavish Nails in Lexington. I was trying to save time by going to Georgetown. Instead it turned into thick uneven nails. Some look round and some are pointed. I just wasted $35 for some ugly nails. I won’t go back!

Awful!!!! This has to be the worst place I have been to! I have had some terrible experiences before but this tops it all. Will not return. They didnt change their gloves or wash their hands in between customers. Told me what I wanted on my nails instead of listening to what I wanted. There was zero customers when I went in and they sat me at a chair and left me there for 45 minutes.

THEY FIXED MY EYEBROWS IN A SNAP OF A FINGER. As someone who cares about their facial features, I had a mega emergency when my friend had messed them up. I walked in on the spot and they took care of me, on a sunday, no less. Extremely pleased with this salon, seeing as how this was my first time to their business. Nonetheless, they helped me in my dire time of need. 5 STARS.

Worst place ever!! Will never go back I simply asked for matte black and matte maroon acrylic nails and the women ripped of my skin with a pair of tweezers and made me bleed by grinding off my skin then made them a gloss NOT a matte after waiting over 2 hours and was VERY rude

Not very good. Got charged $30 for sns on my real nails. Didnt shape my nails, the sides of my nails do not have clear coat on them. And cut my cuticle to short on 3 different fingers. Will not be returning to this shop. Very unhappy

I asked one lady how much a gel set would be she said 30 which was not a problem. Then i go to get them done and another says 50 i told her what the other lady had said she she aked and said only paint it 30 i looked at the price diplay bored and no where on there does it say 50 for anything.. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF NEVER EVER COMING BACK THE CHARGE YOU TWICE AS MUCH AS THE ACTUAL PRICE

The older guy was talking on his phone the whole time. He didnt do white tip but clear tip instead. He didnt ask me what I wanted done and just assume that I wanted clear tip. The guy blames me saying that it was my fault that I didnt tell him what I wanted. I told him that it says it in the books and that the woman told him what I wanted but he was on his phone. He then cuts one of my cuticles. He didnt even apologize for it. He even kept tugging at my hands and wrists in a position that he wanted. He was extremely rude. I asked for a discount on my nails since they were not what I wanted and they refused to give me one. Another staff member said that they could fix it but they didnt. This place is HORRIBLE and I will never be going back again. This is an awful place with poor customer service.They blame the customers for their wrong doing. On top of all that, after 3-5 days, my nails turn yellow and I am NOT even a smoker.

In from out of town so I gave this place a shot with a fill in. TERRIBLE! The guy was trying to leave small lifted parts without clipping them and parts of some nails are way thicker than others. I shouldnt have to tell him how to do his job but I did and he still couldnt get it right. Worst part, he put the polish on so think that it just wouldnt dry, even after being under the fan for 30 minutes. Nearly 1.5 hours later, I had to give up on it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get a mani and eyebrow wax & both were horrible. The water was dirty and the nail service was poor. While doing my eyebrows she took half of my eyebrow off...HORRIBLE!

Overcharged my wife by adding $5 to the tip on her card transaction. When she called this place, they hung up on her.

Asked for a heart it looks like a 3 year old did it
