I took a queen size comforter on or about 12/22/20. I was told it may take a little longer due to the holiday. The next day I got a text saying my order was done. I go to pick up and she looked for it for ab 10 min & came back to say there was a mix up and they put my name on someone else’s order. As I was standing there waiting while she looked I noticed that my comforter was laying on the floor in the very back room! I called this past Mon several times and the phone rang and rang. Called another location of JB and she told me she would get in touch with this location and get back w me. No return phone call...called this location on Tues AM and they answered telling me it was ready! No notification of any kind. Very poor customer service to say the least. BTW your company was highly recommended to me by a dear friend.

On November 23, I contacted the store by phone to ask about how long it would take to dry clean a formal dress with beading. I was told just 2-3 days, and I was told there would be a Black Friday special, so I elected to wait to take the dress in until November 29 with that information in mind. On November 29, I dropped off the dress with Andrea and told her I needed it no later than December 4. She acted like that was kind of pushing the timeframe to be able to complete it but said it could be done. She advised me the dress tag said “spot clean only” and did not allow for dry cleaning. She told me that basically just meant I have to tell her to do it despite what the tag says. I asked her opinion, and she said it would most likely turn out fine. It seemed like she wanted me to release JB from any liability if the dress was ruined, which was a little upsetting, but I was hoping for the best as there were stains on the dress and I needed the dress for an event on December 5. Because she acted so weird about getting the dress back in time, I thankfully ordered a different dress for the event, though I had not planned on having to use it and was thinking I’d be able to return it. The dress was not ready on December 4, so I called the morning of December 5 just after JB opened to figure out what the hell happened. Andrea answers, and frantically begins telling me they have lost the dress. I would expect this from some mom and pop company but not JB. Incredibly disappointing. Andrea assured me she would call me the second the dress was located. Instead, I got an automated text 6 hours later letting me know my order was ready, and I owed $20. I called to ask whether or not I was really being charged because how incredibly insulting can a business be? For 10 minutes, she argued with me. She refused to give me the name of her boss. She made excuses, refused to apologize, and only at the very of the conversation when I mentioned calling corporate did she offer to comp the dress. She then quickly added “but you’ll still have to pay for the rest of the order you know”. I am dumbfounded you are in business if this is how you treat people.

Absolutely rushed and no attention to detail. Uniform wasn’t pressed and barely cleaned to standards.
