I think this place does it all! Was recommended there to have curtains hemmed. Two-week turnaround time was longer than Id like, but service and quality was great. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent work! I had two custom embroidered couch pillow cases that needed mending, which required hand sewing. I had contacted several other sewing services and they could not do it. Bell Embroidery did a perfect match in the color and pattern, and the work was done so quickly too!! I couldnt be more pleased. Highly recommend : )

Bell Cleaners Alterations & Embroidery & Tuxedo Rental is exceptional. They do outstanding work and their prices are very good. I live in Austin and drive all the way to Georgetown to use their services...thats how impressed I am with them. The staff is very friendly and professional too. They have done alterations, repairs and cleaning for me and I have never been disappointed. They have literally brought my old clothes back to life.

They do the alteration they promise at the price they quote, and within the time frame they stated. Who could ask for more...Oh yeah, I could. The quality of work is very good!

Rude, Rude!! - the lady at the front desk was so rude, I think it bothered her that I was in there. Nonetheless I dropped off some items to embroider and wanted to purchase some more items to embroider, but I was told the lady that does that was not in. So I asked when would she be in and could I not just pick out a few items to order in the meantime? After much discussion, I gave up and left my items with my phone number. I came back by about 4 days later after not hearing from anyone only to learn no one had even give the embroidery lady the message to call me or that I was waiting on her to let me order additional items. What a waste of time!!And to top it off... the embroidery lady was even more rude than the girl at the front desk! Wow... what a shame...this used to be such I nice little local shop.
