After 15 years Im finding another dry cleaner. Totally unacceptable service
Had a shirt recently purchased needed pressed. $60 shirt destroyed. The owner was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. Take responsibility, your the professional.
They grossly overcharge for everything. $6+ for laundering a shirt? Absolutely ridiculous. I will be driving to Lexington for dry cleaning from now on.
Not open Saturday.
Can I rate them as a minus 5 stars? They lost 4 of my shirts and refused to replace them even though I returned the other guys shirts they gave me in error. I will never set foot in one of their stores again and I recommend you dont either.
Got my comforter back a few wks.ago. its very heavy and I was waiting to put it on my bed so it has hung in the bag in my closet til last night. I got it out and it smelled bad. Still damp!!! Had a stain on it which was not there before . I put it in the dryer bc I didnt know what else to do and it is now ruined. Wish I had taken it out of the bag when i picked it up. Im disgusted with this place and very upset. Will never return! 230$ comforter. 60$ crappy drycleaning fee and its trashed! Thanks Harts!!
Need to change your slogan as For the Quality and Service You Expect! is not accurate. With Harts, I have had several shirts harmed either by tears in the shirt, ripped out button holes, or incorrect hemming taking away too much of my shirt sleeves once hemming the wrong ones and doing once that were already to size. Still yet I remained as I figured Concord wasnt any better and since some of the staff at the Georgetown Harts were nice people that I enjoyed seeing. For a looong time now I have been putting up with an almost each transaction issue of collar buttons on the same side of my collar EACH time even on new shirts being melted or shattered or both. Generally I would send them back if I had more shirts to take their place. There were some times when I had to scramble in the morning and sew my own buttons on. When someone trusts you with their business attire they should be able to trust the clothes are CLEAN, pressed properly, all buttons are accounted for, and no holes etc. are in them. There has been a major lack in customer service/quality in this aspect. Here recently I have been finding large oily spots usually on the upper right side of my shirts. Normally whatever it is comes right out when I send them back. There have been times I didnt catch it while getting dressed in my sleepy stooper and showed up to work to look in the mirror and had to be the slob for the day. This last time the claim is that a shirt that I brought already had the spot on it, I agree it may have because it was one I am pretty sure SHOULD have been marked as a redo from the time before. In addition to that TWO of the buttons on that same shirt were destroyed. The top button and a cuff button. This has happened far too often and I have put up with it far too long. I was VERY close to ending my business with Harts when a matching shirt to a outfit which was very sentimental was lost and the answer was since it was purchased in a set not only was the green undershirt lost but that the overshirt would have to be turned in too. I am awaiting someone at the Georgetown office to answer my call as their phone has been busy for the past 45 minutes at this point. I just cant wait to hear what I will be told as when I had issues with two shirts on my last trip and was told (keep in mind LOOONG TIME CUSTOMER who has had the same documented issues multiple times) that I was 4 days outside of the return period (as I had taken some vacation right as I was dropping off my last bundle of shirts).See photo for full review as character limit exceeded
I just had abdominal surgery and went to in and asked for help bringing in a heavy, king comforter, due to lifting restrictions. The girl working the counter said it was cold (50°F) and she didnt bring a jacket, and for me to pull up to the wondow. I figure if she is too damn lazy to help someone, in that circumstance, I dont want her cleaning anything owindow. First and last attempt in using that business.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN
My family will never use this company again! They totally ruined an expensive polo shirt and then refused to do anything about it and were rude and argumentative to my wife when she went to see if the stains they got on the shirt could be removed. Total bad experience.
Lost my business.
Gotta visit again soon... cleaned suit for husband...
Average price and turn around time. I use them because they are the closest to me.
