It was or very first time here and after my husband returned home and spent $65 for 6 men’s shirts, 1 pair of jeans and 1 dress I was not happy. I called to verify the prices and turns out a new employee had accidentally charged me for blouses and not the normal men’s shirt. Mia took care of everything and promptly refunded the difference. I appreciate the professionalism and shirts looked great!

It takes too long for clothes to return and this place is entirely too expensive for no reason. I will never go there again.

We love Village Cleaners! They are so friendly- I recently had a baby and the morning staff has actually come out to my car to get our laundry bag so I wouldnt have to get the baby out of the car and the afternoon staff has helped me out to my car with my clean items. And we have never had a problem with the items we have brought there.

I too, purchased a Groupon for the same value and payed extra money for a wedding dress to be dry cleaned. I paid in full at drop off and THREE weeks later, they contacted me saying the dress could not be dry cleaned. The label said spot cleaning only and the lady I spoke to was confused and told me that spot cleaning would damage the beading on the dress so I told her that I would be there to pick up the dress and turned down their services and requested a refund. The next day, someone called me and left me a message saying they cleaned the dress. I was furious. I went to pick up my dress and it was NOT cleaned at all. They said that spot cleaning is not guaranteed and I explained that I had not authorized any cleaning. I ended up calling the manager several times to get no response and so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Nothing was resolved and I did not get a refund. I paid $136 for them to stare at my dress. DO NOT GO THERE! Not only is customer service bad, but obviously their services are as well.

Village cleaners ruined my dress pants and would not refund me. I would never go to this place, all is well until they mess up. Then they just deny any doing. Bad Business! If you read onto other reviews you will see a pattern with this place.

I used the Georgetown location. Sally on the PM shift was eminently helpful. She helped with organizing all my items, explaining all the processes in the cleaning, and was generally very informative. Plus very friendly!

The girls at village cleaners are so sweet and helpful. i cant brag on them enough. honest, hard working, professional and super personable.

Horrible service .. Please do not waste your money.These people shrunk 4 of my polos that have never been washed until I paid then to dry clean them.. Then on top that the sorry a$$ owner doesnt have a contact number but is also the person they tell you to contact to resolve the issue???? The shirts were 75.99 in which I told them I got the polos on sale for 49.99

Extremely bad experience. The young lady who is there time to time is unbelievably rude and I just dont feel comfortable going there anymore.

The shirts are returned exactly how I would want them to be cleaned and pressed. The problem is price - 11 shirts cost over $47.00!!!! Ive had enough price gouging. This is stealing.

Wont admit it but they laundered our dry clean only linen drapes-- shrunk 5-6 inches. it cost us ~$70/each to wash, $119/each to replace. NEVER AGAIN! Photo: normal panel on left; Village Cleaners panel on right.

First time customer with ONE item and it wasnt ready when they said it would be. Were really hoping its there tomorrow or were in some trouble. I will NOT be coming back here.
