Eric was right on time. He and his co worker started on our Coach shortly after arriving. The weather rapidly turned to heavy rain but they finished what they were able to get done under the circumstances. I am very happy they worked to get at least the entire exterior washed, and the wheels cleaned.

I had really been struggling with water spots on my midnight blue BMW. I need my car everyday so dropping it off at a shop wasn’t an option. Tornado Shine came to my office downtown Lexington. I never even saw them. The process was seamless. When they were done, they asked me to remote unlock the car so they could dry the sills. He sent me several pictures so I could inspect the work. Once I was satisfied, I paid via Venmo. The work was better than expected. It rained several days in a row after the detail and I have no water spots. I will use them again in the spring.

Eric did such a great job on my cars interior. I received the car from a family member who worked in a coal mine and I am floored by how clean my seats are now. I didnt think to take before pictures, but trust me, they were bad. The darker spots in the photos are because the seats were still a little wet.

I used to visit Gorilla Shine every few months because they had the best reputation, but Eric truly outperforms all of the competition in this town both by his attention to detail and the fact that he comes to YOU. Easy to book him on his site, and hes prompt, professional and excellent at what he delivers (often for a lower price than his other premium competition). He shows up to wherever your car is at in his own sprinter van with everything he needs (water, electricity, supplies) and the guy is a perfectionist. My car has never looked better, and he does a final walk through with you to make sure he got EVERY detail right. In the rare event anything needs to be addressed, he does it right there on the spot before he moves on to his next appointment. This is an incredible offering in terms of customer service in our area, and Eric CRUSHES at filling this much needed gap.

Our car was in the shop. The shop destroyed the interior and didn’t want to fix or clean anything... Eric and his team at Tornado Shine made everything right. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable... had awesome tools! I trusted them to do everything that they thought was right and I’m glad I did. Great detail, very professional. My mom SUV is rid of the kid funk and looks fantastic! No more sticky spots, dog hair or years of crumb build up that you cant get with a regular vacuum. Id highly recommend, so worth it. They spent 4 hours on every book and crevice.

Just had my car detailed by Eric and Preston with Tornado Shine. My car is old, but, you sure cant tell, it looks brand new! The inside is is as perfect as the outside even after spilling a large sweet tea in the console and on the seats and floorboard. I am on the maintenance program and couldnt be happier. My Subaru turned 5 this past week and gave it a pampering on the outside. You know I could go pay 22+ here in Georgetown and they will wipe my windows and clean out my ashtray (smile) in the 5 minutes they spend with my after its car wash but there is nothing like a bath with a clay bar treatment and hand waxing, mind you the wheel treatment (including that hard to reach brake dust and road grime on your alloys) over a three+ hour period for your car and its a whole lot cheaper then you buying a polisher, wax, clay bar kit, and mind you it was not a warm day today. Eric DOES have a passion for making your car look showroom new again. My suggestion save your $22, do the $2.50 or $8 car washes several times instead of the $22 and try Eric for that going into winter protection or that spring get the salt grime off clean.

Wow! My car’s interior looks and smells amazing after a detail from Tornado Shine. The company is incredibly professional in every way and comes to you. This saved me a huge amount of time and the hassle of dropping my vehicle off somewhere and waiting for a few hours. Eric even got a few very old stains out of my cloth seats which i did not think possible. If you are on the fence about getting your vehicle detailed, I urge you to pull the trigger and strongly suggest Tornado Shine.

Eric did a great job on my SUV. My 2 girls reek havoc on my vehicle and he made it look better then when I bought it. He was very professional and polite. He took great care of the items left it my car such as keeping them on a stool instead of the ground as he was cleaning and upon leaving, folding up my kids coat that was thrown in the back before. My favorite part was the fresh vacuum lines in the carpet!

AMAZING!!! I have 3 small children and our vehicle gets gross! However, that is not how I prefer it :). Tornado Shine turned my fry-infested SUV into a new-looking vehicle!! My favorite part is how he has a steamer and can get all the small, nasty particles out of cup-holders, etc. Also, I love that he comes to me and I dont have to arrange a drop-off and a ride home or have to wait at a location for hours!
