Use a mom and pop storage unit before you use a place like this. I moved out 5 days after months charge and called to see if rate would be prorated for the following month. They refused to pro rate and stated they would be charging for the whole month. This is a first for me. Every storage unit Ive used in the past, including my moms storage currently at a different location WILL prorate! Because best believe they will be renting to someone else since the unit is empty. Just bad business! Support local instead!

So I needed some storage space a few months back to store my trailers. I found 2 empty slots at inner loop storage perfect for what I needed. I walked in, and John totally made the process simple and explained everything in detail. Over time, our business grew and I needed bigger slots and an enclosed unit. I told John to let me know if anyone moved out and let me know. He did just that. He made the process simple again and made sure we had the units we needed. If there was ever a face for customer service, I’d give the award to John . You don’t see his kind of professionalism too often these days. John is absolutely the most courteous manager I’ve met in awhile. He was very helpful in accommodating my storage needs. He was very professional and patient when answering all my questions. Absolutely love how clean the facility is. Will definitely be referring all of my family and friends to John.

My 2-car garage is just not big enough. Inner Loop Storage is convenient, easy to get to, and had so many size choices for their clean units. I chose a 10 x 15 & its perfect. The site is fenced with coded entry so security is a priority. I felt safe & secure on the premises. Plenty of room to drive up to my storage unit for loading and unload. The new management staff is so friendly, even called to remind me once about my payment. There are many choices for storage in Georgetown - so glad I chose the best.

Very dissatisfied with new management. They have inconvenience me by forcing me to change the date that my rent is due to make it better for them instead what is best for the customer. I had my payments due right after I got paid. This inconvenience has made me to change a lot of my bills to suit them. Unacceptable! In addition, I have had my storage there for more than 10 years they had the nerve to raised the rent on me SEVERAL TIMES as well. Unacceptable, I can understand if I was a new customer but I am not. Also, they have NOT fix the storage door on my unit my stuff keeps getting wet and still no action has been since I complain about it. (They have finally fix them it took them several months and me being on their case) I am very disappointed on this new management NOT a happy camper. I would NOT recommend using this facility it is the worst with this new management is just greedy for money and they dont do contract to keep your rate the same as long as you stay with them. The worst place to rent a storage on Inner Loop location. Their are constantly raising rent even if you are a long term customers to them it doesnt matter loyalty. Customers are not able to use the trash dumpster to throw away trash. I would think with the high prices that they charge for the storage at least they can provide a service for us to get rid of our trash. I had rat and snake problems in my storage unit and nothing was done about it. Even when you make a complain their excuse is that the other person didnt inform them since they continue to change staffing so your request is left in limbo so nothing gets done about the problem. As well access to your storage is limited you have to work around their hours instead of them making it more accessible and convenient to their customers. Their are not there to provide any kind of service to customer only to make money the customer service goes out the door. Which I think is terrible for a company? I know is a business and they have to make money but they need to be more considerate about their long term customers that make payments on time every month and been there for several years. I would not recommend this facility to anyone whatsoever. GRADE F-

I have been super happy with my storage unit here! I have the leisure to come and go as I please! I have not been misfortunes in anyway during my lease. There was a small misunderstanding through a third party website I found the site through, but the staff were very accommodating and gave me a great deal out of it! I love Inner Loop Storage!

We’ve had our storage unit for about 3 years. The previous management was very kind but were not always available. The new management had a few obtacles but they communicated with us and promptly returned calls. They are more professional.

John was very welcoming and patient with my husband and I. He gave us great recommendations for what we needed and we couldn’t have asked for better.

John showed great customer service!! He did not pressure us to purchase anything we did not want to buy.

I have had my things in storage here for many years. I have never worried about my property being safe and protected. Innerloop Storage is always neat and clean. I have not met the new managers yet but hopeto in the near future. I will continue storing woth them for many more years probably! Good job!

I have had no issues with Innerloop storage. They are always helpful and friendly. They switched hands last year so the transition Im sure effected some. We were supposed to have a special where are 6th month was free. Though it no longer reflected on our account they still honored it. Thank you for being awesome.

Easy access, nice facility, great location

We have stored our boat there for the last 4 years with very minimal issues. After the change in management we lost our 24hr access but we left them a message and they called back in less than 24hrs to reset our 24hr access.

Dont waste your time. June 2014 the staff was horrible. Couldnt tell me if she had an empty unit in two days. I felt she was overwhelmed with my request. ?? Poor communication.
