Price is why I signed up! One month free and I only needed it for a few months while staging our house. I was most pleasantly surprised by the easy and excellent customer service! They provided a lock for me to use, a phone call was all that was needed to cancel. No difficult rigamarole. Just as pleasant and painless of an experience as I could want.

The facilities and management at AAA is top-notch! Ive had to ask for several unit changes due to needing to store more items than what I originally thought of both on inside and outside units and Robin has been very helpful in getting me what I needed, plus they have a large roundabout that lets you come through even with a long trailer with out any worries of not having enough space to turn.

I rented a small storage unit from them for 3 mounths between moves, they had great customer service and made checking in and checking very easy. I would recomend them to anyone in the area.

This place is the BEST!!! Besides being the best priced and having an amazing move in special, they run the cleanest storage place I have ever used. In the year that I have been there I have never seen even a tail-tail sign of a rat or even so much as a single bug!!! Robin and her husband are the kindest and most patient people I think I have ever met, they even told me how I could save more money on my units!!! I am so glad I found AAA storage!

Robin and Jerry are awesome folks and the best of the best managers; Ive ever had the pleasure of working with!! During a particular trying time of events and circumstances happening, all at once..Robin and Jerry went above and beyond on more than one occasion. With there great provision of much needed space and service(s)..I am eternally grateful for them. They surely deserve more than 5 stars if it was available!!Due to logistics and change in lifestyle..I am no longer renting units with them; However, will not hesitate in the future..if need arises!

Best prices around, very professional & so helpful .I had a reservation elsewhere I set up online when my company relocated us to the area. On driving into our neighborhood we passed AAA & they were way closer. I went over on a Saturday without a reservation just hoping there was availability, Robin took great care of us got us a unit right away.

Nice new and organized storage place. For those with trailers, it is all cement paved with high fence. No worries about bugs & weeds coming out of the ground to settle into your cargo trailer.

The ease of use with this place is amazing and the facilities are top notch. Our climate controlled unit is perfect for our needs and the storage areas are always clean and tidy.. The staff is always polite and answers any questions we have. Highly recommended!

Easy in and out for a semi

This storage facility is noticeably very clean and well maintained. I appreciate managers who strive to be the best at what they do. I also respect the design of the drive aisles to be wide with ample room for large trucks to turn around in. Well done AAA Storage University.
