Reserved and payed for a unit and when I got there was a lock on unit so I put my stuff directly across from it in one that was not being used and came back with our second load and there was a lock on that one. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Overall terrible experience. I had to rent my uhaul for an extra day cause I have no where else to put it. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good prices, but sketchy staff. VERY difficult gate to drive through with large RV, and even tougher parking!Follow up to “owner” comments;4 different employees working the “desk” in one year. None of them able to assist with any questions, prices, or in explaining what “Missy’s vision is” for redesign and realignment of trailer/RV parking. (Ya, I know this place)Also, our rental spots were under my wife’s maiden name, owner. FYI

Unfriendly, I backed up trailer, they werent going to unhook, wouldnt provide receipt. No thank you, I even returned it 2 days early. Poor

I have been with self storage for awhile and made a payment yesterday and the facility wonderful, Katie clark and shane clark always make sure im promptly taking care of couldnt ask for better service thanks guys see ya next month!!!

We parked our RV here for a while. Very difficult to get in and out of the gate. The staff attending at the location wasn’t very knowledgeable and couldn’t assist most of the time.

We finally got our own place again and kept all our stuff for exactly 1 year in storage. We took it all out couple days ago.. you think paying good money a month that our stuff be safe and clean.. every. Box. Had. mouse poop and pee in every box!... our very nice white shaggy rug we had had poop and a dead squish mouse inside! End up throwing all our kitchen appliances and rug away... very disappointed.

I have had a unit here for a year and have not had a single issue and then all of a sudden I have received several notices that my bill is late and that they are going to auction my unit for unpaid unit rent. When i called to check on this a week ago, the older man assured me that we were paid up and that nothing further was needed, however when i got the letter about selling our unit I called this morning and a younger fellow informed me that i havent made a payment since OCTOBER. When i asked what kind of system they have to track payments he said they make a note every time someone pays their rent. Clearly that is not working, and i am beyond livid.

DO NOT RENT ANY OF THESE UNITS!!! I had my stuff stored here for 4 days before it became INFESTED with cockroaches. I lost everything and the office was no help and had no concern for me or everything I lost.

Best prices in Georgetown! Very secure with cameras everywhere. The manager is very nice and helpful.
