We live in the country & to have a night out with drinking, this is the BEST way to travel and if you compare with Uber prices for 4 couples and just imagine how expensive a DUI would be so it’s actually cheaper to take a Limo. This will MAKE your night! We highly recommend you splurge a little and go in style!

No stars if I could....My car broke down at the pharmacy so I called for a ride home. They asked for my address and said it would be $25.00 and someone will be on their way. I waited a good 45 minutes or so and no cab. I called back and explaid Im stranded and was told... Im so sorry! our driver said he/she was unavailable and I should have called you back. Im sorry I dropped the ball. I should have called uber first.$25.00 cab VS. $8.00 Uber

The best taxi service around!

I’m giving them one star because I have to give this poor lady who calls herself the owner, E for effort for screaming through the phone at me at 5 in the morning. Was supposed to be picked up at 3:45AM for a ride to the airport and my driver never showed. Yes, I missed my flight. Called numerous times and they NEVER picked up. The calls went straight to a recording..as if they hadnt paid their phone bill. Finally at 5am I called again for the FIFTH time and they answered. When I tried explaining and questioning in a very polite manner as to why my driver never showed for my flight this lady couldn’t even take the slightest blame for their OWN mess up. I even told her I’d email her my outgoing call log to them to prove the calls I DID make to get ahold of my driver. (Of course she said she never received any calls)The same lady, the manager who claims to be the ‘owner’ is truly a joke. I never got refunded and they didn’t even offer to give me a free ride for their mistake. Come to find out they not only had the wrong address, but the wrong name on the receipt when I paid over the phone and received an email confirmation. MY name is clearly stated in my email, how do you mess that up when I stated that was me. They don’t have their stuff together at all. When I also called to book a couple days prior for this ride the owner was constantly talking OVER one of her drivers when I was trying to make the reservation with him. Poor guy could hardly get in two words to me while she was blabbing in the background at him.I truly feel sorry for one of the drivers for being in such an awful environment. It really shows the “managers” level of intelligence for talking the way she did to me on the phone. Never would I ever recommend them for a ride ANYWHERE. I’d rather go spend $300 on a ride than $100 just so I don’t ever have to deal with such classless people.

I used their service for the first time this morning. My car battery died and I had no other way to work. I called from Georgetown at 7:52 am, he was at my home by 8:03 and got me to work in Round Rock by 8:19. This was done during morning rush hour traffic. I was extremely suprised and very pleased with this experience. In the past dealing with a cab service has been a hassle and I would end up waiting for 45 mins or longer. He gave me his card which I made copies of and placed the board at work which everyone looks at daily for updates. Definitely calling again when needed.
