Diane is awesome and really makes you feel like a valued customer

So I usually try and get my nails done every chance I get without my kids ... well today my usual shop was booked ! So I drove to the next solace which was upscale nails! Only this time I had my youngest 2 year old with me because I have babysitter and my nails look horrible and it’s my day off ! I have her in a stroller as well as a mask 😷! Tell me why upscale nails denied my service because they don’t allow children in a nail salon.?!?!!!!!I’m appalled by this I have never been to a nail salon who doesn’t invite children in the shop what if my two daughter wanted their nails done 💅! Children should not be denied 🙅‍♀️ that is absolutely insane ! Not only that when I asked for a number or owner info the lady ignored me and talk to me like me and my daughter were not important amd she didn’t care ! Round of applause! 👏🏼👏🏼 Worst nail salon of 2021 this far !

1st visit they fixed my broken nail and used 2 different gel colors and cost me $40. My second visit I just needed a fill in and 1 color with matte top coat, I was smacked on my hand, they never told price and told me I couldn’t use a color that I picked out and instead picked a different one and charged me $50. Plus she was very rude I don’t know her name but was the younger lady

Works well for me! I go there monthly. It us close to my home. The nail tech there ( Heather) does a good job and is friendly.

Walked in at 5:30 pm. There was noone waiting and they only had 2 customers in there getting pedicures. The open sign was still on, but I was given a very awkward look when I walked in by the employees. Due to the look I was given, I asked if they were closed and she said yes. The sign for their hours said they are open until 7, and once again like I said the open sign was still on. They had no clue what I needed before immediately turning me away and they werent closing for another hour and a half.

I was taken right in without an appointment for an acrylic gel fill. The tech was really nice but got up about 6 times to do other things which left my nails inconsistent. All of the nails on my right hand are now pointing to the left. She was very rough and my cuticles are in pain today. Also only one day later the gel nail polish is chipping off already. Definitely would not recommend this place.

WORST place I’ve ever been in my whole life. I’ve been here multiple times because it’s close by my house and they are always so rude I’ve never been disrespected so bad at any business with dirty looks and attiudes for asking a simple question . Also The workers won’t own up to their mistakes, they just say that it’s the way my nail is or blame it on me . This is no way to run a business . If I’m giving you my money then why should I be treated that way. Don’t recommend to anyone. Hope your business is shut down.

I took my 14year granddaughter there after she bugged me crazy. The lady told her it would be $15 to fill her nails in, she had one that was broken, the lady told her that would cost $3 more making it $18 total, after the lady pooped off all the other nine nails put on 10 new nails and buffed and filed them down she ask that I pay before she put polish on my grandaughters nails, we went up front to the counter, I pulled out $20 to pay her, she says $30, I tried to find out why the difference in the price, she said the nails that was on my grandaughters fingers couldnt be filled in, so she removed them and put new ones on, I wasnt told that and I didnt tell her to do it. You can go there if you want to, but Ill not go back, and Ill tell all my friends, that if you want to get jipped, or taken advantage of help yourself, not a very good way to run a business.

Nails on pedicure were very pretty. Gentle and not cutting. However, I go to get my heels and feet smoothed. I can do the rest easily at home. I do not run or abuse my feet, but they need a good buff after the winter. The girl did a cursory job with a mildly abrasive scrubber. After they were dry, the heels looked the same as when I came in. Not attractive for open shoes. When I mentioned they were still rough, she was immediately defensive and hostile. I scrubbed them. What do you want? You cant get everything (wow) I very politely said they looked smooth when they were wet, but they looked like they did when I came in. Could they be smoothed. She was very hostile and said They were rough when you came in. What did you expect (???) I told her I get pedicures to smooth out the roughness. (at this point I am really confused. Ive never seen this kind of attitude in any salon. Strip mall or high end salon) She huffed and rolled her eyes and said, then go back where they do it like that I have never had trouble any place else. It is usually a pleasure to get a pedi.
