First of all, if youre going to greet your customers when they walk in the door, make sure you greet all of them, not just the white ones.Second, hire younger workers. The older lady who did my pedicure yesterday did a horrible job. My toes look like I need a fill in and it hasnt even been 24 hours since I got them done. She looked like she was old enough to be my grandmother and wore glasses. Not sure if she couldnt see well but I am very displeased with the work she did. She also barely scrubbed my feet. Still rough on my heels and the sides of my big toes. If you continue to use this lady to do pedicures you need to lower your prices. She is not a professional and I couldve done a better job myself for free.I only went here because someone bought me a gift card but I will more than likely not be back.

Well, I have been going to this salon almost close to 20 years, definitely a good 15. Yesterday was my last straw. I just had a total negative experience yesterday. They were laughing and talking in Vietnamese as usual. It was extremely rude. They are definitely talking about customers and we are paying them. I dont know who is managing the salon, but there is one lady there who is definitely sarcastic. There are other salons I can give my money to from now on.

I have been getting my nails done at this nail salon for years. I usually get my nails done by the gentleman that only works the weekends. He is professional, and friendly. Today (Thursday), my daughter asked if we could go get our nails done so even though my usual guy wasnt there I decided to go . I usually spend anywhere between 50-140 dollars there and like I said I have been going to this place for at least 12 years. The staff ( except for the weekend guy) is getting less and less tolerable. They are impatient, unfriendly, and act as if they are doing the customer a favor. The one manicurist with the tiny tattoos on his hands that did my full set today was down right RUDE. Never once did he look up or speak a word to me . When I happen to blow some of the dust off my fingernail he got angry and moved his chair back. He also kept on twisting my fingers and was very rough. Maybe making some eye contact and saying actual words instead of rude gestures and stares would save me as a customer but unfortunately I will no longer be getting my nails done there If anyone can recommend a good nail salon that actually appreciates their customers please let me know. As for Beverly Nails ...thumbs down!!!!

Ive always been treated well here. The service is great, my nails turn out beautiful, and theyve never tried to pressure me into getting extra services. The staff at Beverly Nails is always friendly, and Ive found their pricing very affordable.

Nope. Dont go. Theres plenty of other places in the area to try. Got a pedicure and because I didnt allow her to upsell me to the 50 dollar chocolate rubdown thing she basically disregarded me as a customer. She rushed through the pedicure.I frequently get my feet tended to. Ive been to many places. This was my first time trying them. Now I have a red swollen ingrown toenail and the bottom of my feet look like snake skin. These feet do not look like they got a pedicure 2 days ago.My girlfriend sitting next to me had the exact same experience with the girl tending to her. So disappointing.

Theres great service and they did my nails very nicely. Probably that most nails and service in Gastonia. I highly recommended! They talk in a different lauguage but theyre not talking about you like the other reviews say. I dont understand why there are so much one star reviews. This nail salon is amazing and like I said before I highly recommend it! The decor and everything about it is stunning!

I used to get my nails done here all the time but when they remodeled the prices went way up and service way down. I decided to give them another try today but wished I would have went elsewhere. Pedicure (regular one) $29 and wanted gel polish which they charge another $25. They charge for every little thing. I will not be going back. My jaw dropped to the ground when she told me the price.

Ive went there for years, My daughter and I go regularly, Not after today! !! First let me say they was not busy at all, second I got a escort from the nail polish area to my pedicure seat, Rushing me to pick a color! ! So I told the lady I wanted to soak my feet for 10 minutes, I was told NO, only 2-3 minutes, I said why cant I soak ??? I said its my feet and my money, Why cant i? ????I was told customers waiting, I said what customers, there was no one waiting. Then a man spoke and said 3-4 minutes. Pathetic, Absolutely Pathetic! !! If my daughters friend had already started on her nails, We would had left. I will never go there again! !! Been going there for years, What was I ???Apparently not a customer. Very angry with the nosy owner! They are so nosy and rude, I actually feel sorry for a few of the older ladies that work there.

Not Highly Recommended...this is the worst nail salon in Gastonia, poor customer service with BAD attitudes. I had a bad experience with the people in this salon my daughter had to experience this today and I hate I was not there with her. These people are VERY RUDE and unprofessional, work is very sloppy. I dont know where these people obtained their license from but they all need to go back to school for more training. I will inform all my friends and family NOT to go to this salon. I will make sure this business is reported.

I dont understand the rude comments about these people being rude. I find them to be professional at what they do much better than I can. Perhaps these folks are getting back what theyre giving. My friend from Miami always wants to go to Beverly Nails when shes in town because its one of her favorite nail salons...and shes been to plenty.

I have always received good service at Beverly Nails. Nails and toes always look great! I have been getting acrylic nails and pedicures for the past 15 years and over that time I have learned to either go to Avalon at SouthPark mall or Beverly Nails in Gastonia. Does not matter how fancy the place is, it is the outcome of the nails and toes that matter to me! I Beverly Nails is by far the best in town.

I have pedicure,manicure and eye brow waxing with 3 different people who was rushed and dont do proper jobs.......Sorry for you guys,I dont have a good experience with you;-(;-(,after 1 week I have to pay the same amount of $95+tips +my time to re do it all of this procedures (-;(-;Horrible customer service. Horrible mani/pedi. Charge spa prices for a less than standard job. STAY AWAY from this place! Waste of time and money!
