Currently sitting in a pedicure chair ..I made an appointment for 5:30. It’s now 6:30 they’ve had my toes soaking for an hour now.. there’s 3 clients in here including me . & the girl that put the foil on my toes AN HOUR AGO just disappeared & I have not seen her since. They had the nerve to offer me a hot can of coke & a book with nail colors KNOWING I PICKED MY COLOR OUT AN HOUR AGO 🙄 SOOOO ANNOYED.

I had the best nail experience I’ve ever had at this spa yesterday! Kelly was my nail tech and was SO sweet. She fixed a strange nail job I had done several weeks ago at a different shop, and happily answered my questions about what I was getting done this time and the benefits for my nails. She took her time with me and I came out with GORGEOUS nails. I love that she took the time to educate me on the process after I told her I was new to getting my nails done regularly. I’m excited to go back and will be asking for Kelly again! The entire staff is super friendly and easy to talk to as well.

I was in search of a new nail salon in Gastonia. I came across My Nail Spa, and I must say I am overly impressed! The staff was very professional, and hospitable! I was greeted immediately upon entering, and helped within 5 minutes of walking in without an appointment. The service was very gentle, and I was offered refreshments from my nail tech Kelly! She did an amazing job on my full set, and was pleasant to chat with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nail services.

Let me just tell you... I am still sitting in the parking lot writing this review. This was the most professional wonderful experience I’ve EVER had at a nail salon. They were extremely professional on the phone when I made an appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. They asked me if I would like something to drink. Mimi promptly gave me the colors to look over and started on my nails. As you can tell by the photos they are nothing short of amazing. I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years and let me tell you this is one of the best experiences. So happy to have amazing nails with TOP NOTCH customer service! I’m going back in a couple weeks to get my toes done! This place is amazing!!!!!!! Thank you

I came here on a Saturday evening 30 minutes before they closed, and I’m so glad I did. Most places would have rushed through the service because it was almost closing time but Jill and the ladies made me feel welcome as they took their time making sure the service I requested was to my liking. My fill in was nice and smooth and my nails were filed to perfection. The salon was very neat and clean. And they had plenty of colors to choose from. Customer service is a biggie and they definitely delivered when it came to that. I have definitely found my new nail spot! Thanks again you guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thought I found my new forever salon. Was sadly MISTAKEN. I’ve been getting mani/pedis for over 10 years of my life. And here, at the this establishment, was the first time I’ve EVER gotten an infection!! A FUNGUS INFECTION! AND AFTER MY FOURTH VISIT AT THAT! My big toe is swollen, itchy, discolored, and in a LOT of pain. I’m currently at the doctors office. The customer service is wonderful but that’s irrelevant if there equipment and work environment is DIRTY and UNSANITARY!! If you go here, please WATCH them disinfect all tool!!! Though I would highly recommend not stepping foot in this place. Highly disappointed and will NEVER be back.

Ive been here many times, my mom brought me here when I came for the first time months back I get a mani-pedi when I come, and not once have ever been disappointed. My grandmother and grandfather come here also, it is an awesome nail salon! My nails are just honestly horrible and then Jill gets them looking amazing! I am very pleased with his work, I plan on coming back many more times in the future!

I called today at 11:30am and asked about a pedicure, the gentleman who answered told me to come on theyre available. The salon is clean, the young lady who did my pedicure was absolutely wonderful. Ive found my new favorite nail salon and I will be returning, beyond happy with the service and the price.

Loved this salon because it was very clean. Me and my mother went to get our nails and feet done and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Very kind and hardworking people. The people really take their time to insure that you’re taken care of and everything is done correctly. I got a ombré acrylic nail set and it’s beautiful. They only had two people working which I’m sure because of covid you can’t have too many people in the salon. Two customers got told they would have to wait a while to be seen but that’s because they already had three customers they were waiting on. Other then that it was a amazing salon. Definitely will be coming back.

I just got finished with my first hot stone pedicure here and I am thrilled. I went to cosmetology school and owned my own nail business, so I am very particular about pedicures and manicures. I just moved into the area and My Nail Spa was the first salon I tried and I wont be going anywhere else! My technician was absolutely fantastic and wonderfully attentive. My feet have never felt smoother and I will absolutely be recommending this salon to everyone I know!

Well, we had an appointment for a party of 3 at 3:35, by 5:08 my girls decided to just leave because they had not even started on them. They charged me $45 including a discount for a pedicure which 2 of my toes werent even done.

Just got a hot stone pedicure here, nice quiet atmosphere. Very relaxing. My technician immediately offered me a beverage and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. I have cerebral palsy and end up with a lot of skin buildup on my toes as well as really rough sides to my big toes, and really rough heels as well. Every other salon Ive gone to hasnt taken the time to truly smooth out my feet, but My Nail Spa did! Im very happy and will absolutely be returning! (Dont let the older negative reviews dissuade you from coming here, theyre under new management and it is absolutely wonderful!!)

Jill is something amazing he is always so precise and my nails always look perfect! I won’t ever let anyone else touch my nails. Also the salon is very clean and professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

When I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi, I Googled every nail place in Gastonia to figure out the best bang for my buck. This afternoon I went into three places and walked back out the door again. Y’all, when I say it was God, that’s not a joke. I happened upon this place and it was a BLESSING! Jill is a Christian who has his spa filled with the peaceful presence of the Lord. He is kind, a great conversationalist AND did a phenomenal job on my nails and toes. The price for both was only $35!!! I am positive that given the crowds at the others places I stopped, I wouldn’t have enjoyed this treat nearly as much. — side note — It would be wise to show up with a lot of patience because at times, he’s a one-man-show. That being said, you can make appointments. If you need to stick to a schedule, make an appointment. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see Jill!

Jill gave me the best pedicure ive ever had. This is a super clean salon. The atmosphere is christian and so relaxing. I wanted the water very hot and thats what I got. They really care about how you feel. Thank you Jill and My Nails Spa for a wonderful experience. 😊

Love it! I have been a customer for over 3 years. Always satisfied. I like complex nail art and they always are able to do it. There is no bad nail tech in the place. Everyone knows how to do great work!

This place seems like some sort of a secret, exclusive club. I have come in and called on several different occasions trying to get an appointment for a pedicure and the guest service I got each time was by far the most unhelpful. I was told that they’re just so busy with clients that they don’t take new clients and basically gave me no answer how to get an appointment with them at all.

Walked in shop and no waiting, I was immediately taken care of and atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Will definitely be making a return visit.
