This was done yesterday. A hot mess!!!!! Doesn’t even look like she did a fill in, the acrylic is super thick and the gel polish didn’t last at all. She was proud of it but as you can see she’s not ready for nails. Never again will I step foot in this place

I came to this establishment and got my eyebrows waxed, this service is only $10 when I got home and checked my bank statement they charged me $20 . When I came back to the nail salon to explain what they have done the worker Was very rude to me and basically told me oh well and left. I will be heading to my bank for my Refund and will never go back to this establishment again !

Not the best of places I had to go here because my private nail tech was having a baby. Sad choice ...paid all this money and my acrylic set was mediocre. Would not get my nails done here again. Dont get me wrong they are cool people just not good at doing my nails.

I paid $100 (no tip included) for a mani pedi because owner told me gel polish will last 3 to 4 weeks. My nails didn’t last 3 or 4 days before I was able to peel them off with ease. I went back to ask owner to repolish my nails and she said she would have to charge me full price again and giggled. I was livid because the owner thought it was funny when I showed her how easily my polish was peeling off. This establishment is trash!!! Please do not spend your hard earned money at N Nails!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN if it’s the last nail shop on the face of the Earth. It’s not even worth 1 star. If I was petty, I would sue them for $100 along with pure shame and embarrassment for walking around looking like a 2 year old polished my nails. They should be locked up for price gauging, lying to customers and trying to imposter nail technicians!!! N Nails Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Full set for myself + pedicure and gel manicure for my daughter $95. Wanted neon colors for my baby girls nails for her birthday celebration. Dull colors and then asked them to change it two of the colors because they were still dull. Her polish came off 2 days later. They didn’t soak her hands or clean her cuticles, they claim that’s American manicure it cost more. Who goes to get their nails painted for $25 and nothing else. My nails looked lumpy and uneven. The only thing that was decent was my pedicure. IM NEVER GOING BACK.!!!

Im reviewing for a friend. If there was 1/2 star I would still be hesitant. The quality of work was extremely poor and child like. Her nails were chipping almost immediately after leaving. They werent shaped to make them even look adult like. During her session the nail tech questioned her about the Covid vaccine and seemed to be angry because she was a healthcare worker and he couldnt get it because they didnt consider him a frontline. Said they would fix them but they seemed extremely annoyed. Too much money spent for the quality of work.

I called them and asked how much it would cost to get my feet done they told me $30 over the phone but they charged me $60 dollars I was mad when I left and I wont be going back because they lied to me.

My nails are lifting only had them for 2 days and paid 50 dollar I will never go bacc .

I got my nails done at this location. They charged way to much. The next day my nails were falling off and they were chipping. Also poor detail. They rushed my nails .

I’ve gone here maybe only 3 times. The first and second time, they did good on my acrylic nails and pedicure. The last time I went, about a week or so ago, the lady suggested I’d get gel because it lasts longer than regular acrylic nails. I ended up getting gel and paid more $15 and it already looks like I need a fill in. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. They rush through your nails. Terrible experience!! Won’t be going back.

Went with my sister and best friend to get our nails done. The lady that did theirs did a great job but the lady that did mine was in a hurry to get them done. We went on Wednesday may 27th and they all popped off at once today may 30th. Im upset cause it cost $50 and this poor quality happened.

My pedicure was rushed through— nails were not filed and shaped carefully. Pedicure was less than a week ago and my feet still have dead skin on them. Was more concerned with up-selling gel polish than listening to me. Fiancé asked for clear coat on toes/hands— it’s actually more of a rainbow prism color which he is not happy about.Nails on my hand are ok— literally just ok. none of this is worth the money we paid. We will not return and do not recommend others to visit.

This is the worst nail salon u could ever go to they make the nail so thin and not shaped properly or design are not good the nail is so thin that I broke I my nail the next day and the nail polish didn’t dry good It was smearing when I got home so I had to go over it with my own polish then the polish on the nail had got stained that same week my nails looked terrible they looked childish

They are the WORST. Bad business and overcharged me. $35 for 1 toe repair and gel polish just for my polish to come off and 3 days. Although it was supposed to be $15 I still payed and said it was okay her response was “yeah I know it’s okay”. NOT professional at ALL

I arrived at opening. Very rude staff. Asked me to wait so I said sure. I asked for the gel polish colors to go through while I waited. She gave them to me. Later she comes and very judgmentally informed me that gel was $20 more. I told her I understood but knew what I came for and would still like the gel polish. The rest of my visit was fine but when she was done with my manicure you could still see my nails through the polish on one of my nails. I asked for another coat and she gave it to me. My nails were done very sloppily. My 5 year old niece paints my nails cleaner than this woman did. I will upload pictures. I am considering going to get a manicure somewhere else later today because they were done so badly. I paid for the service but I will not be returning.

I went to get a full set done, the lady jumped right into it never once cleaned my cuticles, so when I asked her if she could before she began she looked at me annoyed and responded “we don’t clean the cuticles, if you want that, you have to pay extra for each hand” She was rough and rude and when she cut me she laughed a little to herself, no apology or anything of that sort. I’m sure you can imagine her tip was a whole $0 I would never return to this place

This place is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The employees are rude they over charge. And not to mention I used to work beside them at Subway. Every few hours they expected to come over and get free drink in their personal cup. I charged them Every timeWater is free soda is not.

So I arrived at the nail salon she was eating at her work station so they suggested I paint my toes while I wait so I agreed which she said would be $8+$21 for a full set which brings me to $29+5 for wanting coffin shaped nails which would bring me to $34 I look at my account today I was charged $38 so basically she included a tip without my permission I brought my own nail polish and my own mat top coat they seemed to be talking about me bringing my own polish she didn’t make any small talk continued to speak in her native language with coworker did not speak at all my polish hadn’t even dried before I was rushed out the door not a good experience at all I wouldn’t recommend any one to this place I did not enjoy my experience here and a tip was not deserved

Always have my nails and toes and face (wax) looking good.... Great boss and have an amazing staff.

My toes look good from a distance but up close there was nail polish all over my toes. I asked for one toe to be touched up. She huffed at me and said that my pants messed it up. (My pants were at my knees the entire time). Then my mother asked for a touch up and they told her that her feet needed extra lotion because she had dry feet. Theres a point to being rude and giving advice. Wont be back.

Didnt removed all the polish off my toes from my prior pedicure. She didnt paint all my toes fully. Rushed through my pedicure and I didnt enjoy my experience. I dont recommend coming here if you expect a nice job. Pictures of my toes will be posted if you would like to see my experience.

She was on the phone the whole time, she even cut my finger. My nails fell off after 1 week. Whole thing was horrible.

They are terrible. First set of nails were coming off with in a week. When i webt back for a fill in they claim that that can happen. And my fill in was worst never ever ever will go back. The only thing i liked were my toes and eyebrow arch.

Doesnt even deserve one star!! Rushed through my pedicure.. Shaved skin off my toe with the buffer taking off my polish and THEN shaved my ankle bone while scrubbing my heels... Refused to give discount or even apologize and said it was all my fault.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I just left this business 5/11/19 totally unsatisfied And disgusted.I was overcharged for a service i DID NOT ask for and all the manager would say was sorry.I will never patronize this business ever againLadies spend your money elsewhere.

When I was in high school almost 7 years ago this was the popular shop to come to so naturally when I moved back to gastonia a few months ago I started going again. I got a full set amost 2 months ago and I was happy with the turn out. The older guy did a great job. The older woman told me $35 for gel and $15 for fill in. I do work with my hands so i spent the extra money. Recently i went back to get a fill in and i was very disappointed in the work. The older woman rushed and my GEL POLISH started chipping after day one. I was in vacation from work so that could jot have been the cause. So i decided to remove them. And when i removed one of the nails my real nail was green in the middle. At first i thought it was just dirt so i washed my hands. IT WAS NOT DIRT. My nail is now starting to rise from my skin. They cannot be santizing their equipment. Thank god its nothing serious but it could have been. I would not recommend going to them.

Horrible service. I sat for over an hour with my feet in cold water waiting for a predicure. I then waited even longer for someone to finally look at my nails and tell me that they couldnt preform the services on my nails that I was requesting. My first and last visit.

I am not happy about my services at this location Ive been a few times trying to give someone in there a chance to redeem the shop from its failure not only did my toes look like my 8 yr old polished them but my nails still had the previous color on them and was lumpy and different sizes I didnt have a chance to actually relax in the massage chair one lady did my nails while the other did my toes the chair was on so image how many times my finger got cut and the whole time they was talking to each other I will never go back to this shop again Ill continue to go to Carolina place mall and see Marie I even took pictures of the work from this shop last time stepping foot in there
